に連結し、且つ、この矩形状の一角に柱を省略した柱省
略角部を有する2乃至4個の建物ユニットが、柱省略角
部を互いに突き合わせて据え付けられたユニット建物に
おいて、前記柱省略角部を有する建物ユニットの天井梁
は柱省略角部で連結され、且つ、この柱省略角部を有す
る建物ユニットの1個以上には、柱省略角部より離れた
位置に天井梁を支持する中柱が設けられていることを特
徴とするユニット建物。

以上では着脱自在な柱を取り外して柱省略角部より離れ
た位置に移動させて中柱とし、残りの建物ユニットでは
着脱自在な柱を取り除くことを特徴とするユニット建物
の施工方法。
