Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin film, which exhibits a satisfactory vermin attraction-inhibiting effect and is ready for use as a protective film. SOLUTION: The vermin attraction-inhibiting acrylic resin film, which has a thickness of 300 μm or below and is excellent in transparency, has a transmittance of light having a wavelength of 400 nm or below at 20% or below and a transmittance of light in a visible light range of 420 nm or below at 55% or over, and the laminate has the above film on the surface thereof. In order to cut off UV light at 400 nm or below, the film should preferably comprise a combination of (a) 0.05 to 6 g/m2 of an azomethine UV absorber, an indole UV absorber or a benzophenone UV absorber, and (b) 0.2 to 6 g/m2 of a benzotriazole UV absorber or a triazine UV absorber.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pest attractant-preventing acrylic resin film which blocks light having a wavelength to which pests are sensitive from transmitting to the outside, thereby preventing the pests from actively flying by light. And a laminate having the film on the surface. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is useful, for example, as a protective film or a protective plate for preventing pest attraction in applications such as lighting covers, show windows, vending machine front panels, and glazing.

2. Description of the Related Art Flying insects have been a problem in various fields. For example, an accident in which a flying insect such as a fly or a mosquito is mixed into a product of a food factory is a serious problem in quality control. Recently, factories are often located in suburban areas, and agricultural pests such as planthoppers and leafhoppers generated from surrounding paddy fields and fields are attracted by lights and fly to the factories, causing product contamination. There are many.

[0003] In addition, pests attracted to evening lights in villas, mountain cottages, suburban restaurants, and the like often fly on window glasses, and have a poor impression on customers. In particular, during the breeding season of termites and the like, they fly in thousands or tens of thousands and hit show windows and the like, which sometimes hinders sales.

The above-mentioned conventional countermeasures are all focused on controlling pests that have come flying, so that the control effect is insufficient or used for controlling. Secondary harm is caused by insecticides and the like.

[0007] For example, when an insect screen is used, it is possible to prevent invasion into the room to some extent, but it is not possible to prevent flying or adhesion to window glass or the like. Therefore, flying pests often fly around the building and invade through gaps, particularly in small gaps such as under aluminum sash rails.

[0008] For example, in the case of extermination with an insecticide, secondary adverse effects such as toxicity, product safety and environmental pollution are induced. Further, in the conventional insect repellent light, since the lighting itself is treated, the indoor lighting becomes colored light, which often impairs the habitability. Examples of the substrate include various conventionally known thermoplastic resins such as polycarbonate and acrylic resin. When the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin is used as the base material, the lamination can be performed by, for example, thermal lamination, which is very advantageous in terms of cost. Moreover, the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin is formed by vacuum molding, pressure molding, push-up molding,
Good post-processing properties such as bending. Further, with respect to other thermoplastic resins, the films can be bonded together by means such as coextrusion, in-mold molding, or bonding with an adhesive. The method of providing a film on the surface of the substrate as described above is a very useful method in that an expensive ultraviolet absorber can be efficiently dispersed on the surface.

[Table 2] As shown in Table 2, in Examples 1 to 8, the ultraviolet absorbers (a) and (b) were used in combination, and the content ratio of the ultraviolet absorber (a) was 0.05 to 6 g / m 2 . Within the range, the ultraviolet rays of 400 nm or less are sufficiently cut, so that an excellent effect of inhibiting pest attraction can be obtained.
Since the transmittance in the visible light region of nm or more is 55% or more, the transparency is good. On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1 to 5, the ratio of the content of the ultraviolet absorbent (a) was less than 0.05 m 2 ,
Since the cut of wavelengths around 90 nm and 400 nm is insufficient, the effect of preventing pest attraction cannot be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, the property of blocking light having a wavelength at which a pest is sensitive is greatly improved, a sufficient effect of preventing pests from being attracted is obtained, and the pest is easily used as a protective film. In addition, it is possible to provide a pest-inducing acrylic resin film having excellent transparency and a laminate using the film.
