Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled car, that can travel on the top surface of a cable rack provided at a height by remote control from ground and send out a leading thread as it travels, and a cable-wiring method that enables it to wire the cable efficiently and safely on the top surface the cable rack provided at a height with the remote-controlled car. SOLUTION: A remote-controlled car 1 is put on an appropriate position of a cable rack 11 suspended at the height of ceiling. A rope 17 of a required length is connected to the end of a leading thread 9 wound on a bobbin winder 6, and a cable 18 is connected to the tail end of the rope 17. The remote- controlled car 1 is made to travel over a given distance by remote control from the floor surface, which causes the leading thread 9 to be sent out. When the car 1 is in a stopped state, an operator pulls the leading thread 9, the rope 17 and the cable 18 in sequence to wire the cable 18 on the surface of the cable rack 11.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a factory where many machine tools and assembling apparatuses are installed, an extremely large number of cables are used to electrically operate the machine tools and assembling apparatuses. By the way, since these many cables are hermetically sealed when passed through pipes arranged under the floor and have heat and reduce allowable power, a cable rack is suspended horizontally on the ceiling and collected on the upper surface of the cable rack. The wiring is done in the form. Since this wiring cannot be carried out by pushing out the cable, the worker walks while arranging the cable from a point on the upper surface of the cable rack to another point while holding the cable.

However, according to the above-mentioned wiring method, the worker must walk on the upper surface of the cable rack at a high place and at a narrow width, and arrange the heavy cables by hand. There are many problems such as difficulty in work, requiring a lot of labor, and time required to be careful, resulting in poor work efficiency, and danger and safety problems due to work at height. Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. By using a remote-controlled car equipped with a peg on which a yarn is wound and running by remote control from the floor, the cable on the upper surface of the cable rack is provided. It is an object of the present invention to provide a remote control car for cable wiring and a cable wiring method using the remote control car, in which the wiring work can be performed extremely efficiently with little labor and time and can be performed safely.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a remote control car for cable wiring which is equipped with a peg wound on a main body of a remote control car and runs on the upper surface of a cable rack by remote control. Is done. And
The remote control car is placed at an appropriate place on a cable rack suspended horizontally at a high position on the ceiling, and the end of the yarn wound around the bobbin is connected to a rope of a required length. Connect the cable. Next, the remote control car is remote-operated to travel the upper surface of the cable rack for a predetermined distance to send out the yarn, and in a state where the remote control car is stopped, the worker drags the yarn, the rope, and the cable in order, thereby connecting the cable to the cable rack. Wiring was performed on the upper surface. In this manner, the cable can be sent out by remote control using a cable wiring remote control car, and the cable can be wired by pulling the rope and dragging the rope and further the cable. As a result, the wiring work of the cable becomes extremely efficient because of less labor and time, and can be performed safely.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a remote control car for cable wiring according to the present invention; FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a remote control car. The remote control car 1 has a known internal structure, and although not shown, includes a radio wave receiving unit, a driving unit, a power supply unit, and a control unit for controlling the driving unit. The axles 3a and 3b are pivotally supported at the lower part of the remote control car main body 2 back and forth,
The rear axle 3b is selected as a drive shaft, and is connected to the drive unit via a gear (not shown). Each axle 3
Wheels 4 and 4 are mounted on both ends of a and 3b, respectively, and further, caterpillars 5 and 5 are installed between the wheels 4 and 4 at front and rear positions. The caterpillars 5 and 5 have a length that does not fall off the upper surface of a cable rack 11 described later, and run by biting the beam 13. A thread spool 6 is provided on the upper surface of the remote control car main body 2 near the rear. The bobbin 6 has a rotatable winding shaft 8 horizontally supported between a pair of support rods 7, 7, and a winding thread 9 is wound around the winding shaft 8. Reference numeral 10 denotes an antenna protruding from the radio wave receiving unit. The remote control car 1 can be freely driven by remote control by a controller (not shown). The thread winding 6 can be synchronized with the running speed of the remote control car 1 by assembling a clutch mechanism (not shown) on the winding shaft 8 or the running thread 9 can be automatically unwound. It is good also as composition.

[0006] A method of wiring cables on the upper surface of a cable rack suspended at a high place on the ceiling using the remote control car 1 configured as described above will be described. FIG. 2 shows the cable rack 11 assembled in a flat rectangular shape. The cable rack 11 is formed in a ladder shape by arranging beams 13 at equal intervals between two parallel main body frames 12, 12, and the remote control car 1 runs when the caterpillars 5, 5 bite the beams 13. . The cable rack 11 is usually suspended from the ceiling by a hanger fitting (not shown). The gold wheels 1 are located at corners C1 to C4 where the straight sections S1 to S4 intersect.
4 are installed. This wheel 14 has a pulley shape as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the base end of the handle 15 is fixed to the inside of the outer main body frame 12, and a rotating wheel is attached to the bifurcated portion at the tip. The shaft 16 is supported horizontally, and the warp yarn 9 is wound around the circumferential groove 17 of the rotating wheel 16.

[0007] Therefore, first, the worker places the remote control car 1 on the corner C1 at one end of the straight section S1 of the cable rack 11 on which the worker climbs the ladder, and in this state, a length corresponding to the straight section S1 is provided at the tip of the road thread 9. Connect the rope 17
A cable 18 is further connected to the end of the rope 17. Then, the operator operates the controller (not shown) on the ground to move the remote control car 1 toward the corner C2 at the other end as shown in FIGS. As a result, the road thread 9 is sent out from the thread spool 6 as the remote control car 1 travels. The remote control car 1 is stopped when it reaches the corner C2. Next, at the corner C2, the worker climbs on the ladder, pulls the string 9 around the rotating wheel 16 of the wheel and pulls it, pulls the string 9, the rope 17 and the cable 18 in order, and passes the cable 18 in the straight section. It is wired on the upper surface of the cable rack 11 of S1.

In the cable routing method of the present invention in which the cable 18 is wired on the upper surface of the cable rack 11 using the remote control car 1, the controller is operated on the floor to move the remote control car 1 to the cable rack 11. The upper surface may be run for a predetermined distance and stopped, and the operator may sequentially pull the thread 9, rope 17 and cable 18 sent out at this location. For this reason, the construction becomes easy, and not only the labor is reduced, but also the working time can be shortened and the working efficiency is improved. In addition, the number of times the worker moves up and down the cable rack 11 suspended at a high place can be reduced, and the worker hardly needs to walk on the upper surface of the cable rack 11 to reduce danger and improve safety. .
It is needless to say that the cable wiring method of the present invention can also be adopted for a cable wiring method in an underground pipe.
