前記熱い壁に対して前記空気を対応する噴流で向けるための間隔を置かれた複数のインピンジメント穴32を有するプレート、および前記プレート中に一体に形成され前記複数の穴32の対応する穴の上流に設けられて該穴32を前記空気のクロスフローから遮蔽する複数のディンプル34を含む、熱い壁20、36。
【請求項2】
前記ディンプル34の各々が前記プレートの外側側面に凹型のくぼみ40を含み、前記プレートの内側側面にこれに対向する凸型の隆起42を含む請求項1記載の熱い壁。
【請求項3】
前記ディンプル34の各々が球形であり、前記内側側面における最大直径の基部からこれから或る高さにある頂点まで延びている請求項2記載の熱い壁。
【請求項4】
前記ディンプル34の各々が前記インピンジメント穴32の隣接する穴の間に整列されている請求項2又は3記載の熱い壁。
【請求項5】
前記プレートが前記入口穴32およびディンプル34の両方を一体的に含んだシート金属のスタンピングである請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
【請求項6】
前記熱い壁20、36と組み合わされており、前記隆起42が前記熱い壁に隣接していて、前記プレートの内側側面と戦記熱い壁との間に前記インピンジメント空気のためのフローチャネル44が維持されている、請求項2乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
【請求項7】
前記インピンジメント穴32とディンプル34が、複数の前記ディンプルが前記穴の対応する穴を横方向に包囲するパターンで整列されている請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
【請求項8】
前記熱い壁がガスタービンエンジンの燃焼器ライナ36、38である請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
【請求項9】
前記燃焼器ライナ36が複数の膜冷却穴46を含んでおり、前記バッフルの隆起42が前記ライナに当接している請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
【請求項10】 前記熱い壁がガスタービンエンジンのノズルの静翼20である請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。

熱い壁20、36であって、
冷却空気を前記熱い壁20、36に対して衝突させるように向けるためのバッフル30を有し、
前記バッフル30が、
前記熱い壁に対して前記空気を対応する噴流で向けるための間隔を置かれた複数のインピンジメント穴32を有するプレート、および前記プレート中に一体に形成され前記複数の穴32の対応する穴の上流に設けられて該穴32を前記空気のクロスフローから遮蔽する複数のディンプル34を含む、熱い壁20、36。

前記ディンプル34の各々が前記プレートの外側側面に凹型のくぼみ40を含み、前記プレートの内側側面にこれに対向する凸型の隆起42を含む請求項1記載の熱い壁。
【請求項3】
前記ディンプル34の各々が球形であり、前記内側側面における最大直径の基部からこれから或る高さにある頂点まで延びている請求項2記載の熱い壁。
【請求項4】
前記ディンプル34の各々が前記インピンジメント穴32の隣接する穴の間に整列されている請求項2又は3記載の熱い壁。

前記プレートが前記入口穴32およびディンプル34の両方を一体的に含んだシート金属のスタンピングである請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の熱い壁。
