Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction time by putting a ready-made standard- sized plywood on a wooden frame to form a panel and forming grooves at both sides or in the joint side of the panel and putting a connection plate in between the grooves to joint the panels. SOLUTION: A groove 5 is formed at the joint side of a wooden frame in which a ready-made standard-sized plywood or a plywood similar thereto is put to form a panel 10. The panel 10 is erected between the ceiling and the floor at a required partition position and fixed with L-shaped metal fittings 8 by screws 9, and a connection plate 7 is put in the groove 5 to connect the panels, 10. Further, a groove 6 is cut in the bending direction and the connection plate 7 is put between the groove 6 and the groove 5 of the panel to connect the corner. Accordingly, a wall body having a necessary length is formed and inexpensively executed.

いたい部分の、天井と床にこのパネル（１０）が入る部
分を、Ｌ型金物（８）でビス（９）止めする。あとはパ
ネル間に、連結板（７）をパネルの溝ｃ（５）に入れて
接合していけばよい。プレハブハウス内において、コー
ナー部の接合は図１に示すように木枠Ａ（１）の端面で
はなく、曲げる方向に溝ｄ（６）を掘っておき、連結板
（７）をその溝とパネルの溝ｃ（５）に入れて接合すれ
