Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply mount and demount a non-slip tool on and from a tire and mount the non-slip tool without lifting a car body. SOLUTION: To simply mount a non-slip tool to eliminate time and labor required for lifting of a car body, a wheel rim is utilized. A through-groove 1 is formed in the outer peripheral end of a wheel rim 9, the claw of the non- slip tool hooks the through-groove and firmly fixed on a tire surface through the expansion and contraction force of a spring. Further, a rubber ring-form fixing auxiliary material is arranged at the outer peripheral part thereof and the claw of the non-slip tool hooks it to fix the non-slip tool.

[Prior Art] When an automobile is running, it is likely to be on a snowy road, frozen on a road surface, slippery, and cause a very dangerous state such as a collision. The use of spiked tires, which was the most effective method to prevent this slip, had a great effect on the road surface, and was banned from being used not only because of the problem of not only road surface damage but also dust pollution. Currently, non-slip tools mainly used are tire chains or integrated ones made of rubber material.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] These non-slip devices have their respective advantages, and they are currently mainly used as effective non-slip devices. However, these methods have common wearing disadvantages.Either method requires lifting the car body each time. It is easy to work, but the road condition is bad, even if it is a slope, especially jacking up is a difficult task for women and weak people. The work load is high and experience is needed. Most of the time, when trying to escape when the wheels are caught on a bad road, you almost always need to jack up. The emergence of an easy-to-install and secure slipper that does not need to be lifted or moved at all is expected. Among various applications, there are various ideas and inventions as a solution to this problem, but there seems to be a large number of things that are expensive and question the safety.Statless tires are expected to have a non-slip effect as well. No anti-slip effect can be expected on frozen roads. It is necessary for users to develop a method that can be worn with one touch and that can increase or decrease the number of wearable slippers regardless of the road surface conditions. The following development was made to solve this problem.

[Means for Solving the Problems] As shown in the figure, a through groove is provided in a part of the tire wheel rim so that the claw of the slip stopper can be fixed. Since the existing wheel cannot be processed, a through groove like a wheel is provided in a ring-shaped rubber ring shown in FIG. The rubber ring is an object that is pressed between the tire and the wheel and has a structure that does not come off or come off by air pressure. In either case, the fixing method uses a through groove. First of all, in the case of a wheel with a through groove, as shown in FIG. 2, a groove is provided on the outer periphery of the wheel, and the tire is covered with a groove 5 on the outer periphery of the wheel. When it is multiplied by 1, 1 is fixed to the tire surface by the expansion and contraction force of 4. When using a rubber ring, fix the slip stopper by the same procedure. This development tool does not require any jack-up and is a quick work.

[Embodiment of the Invention] The specific structure of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The function of FIG. In order to secure the friction material, a through groove such as 1 was formed and used as a base point for fixing the friction body. The purpose of this base point is to make the friction members 3 and 7 of FIG. 3 impossible to move up, down, left and right due to the rotational friction of the automobile tire and to stabilize them.
The friction body of the slipper is a single unit, and most of the conventional slippers are formed in solidarity. This is for the purpose of freely increasing or decreasing the mounting amount. The effect of increasing / decreasing the slipper depending on the condition of the road surface aims at simplifying the mounting work and improving the driving feeling. If the tire wheel does not have a through groove, as shown in Fig. 2, add 1 to the periphery of a rubber ring or the like that has elasticity on the wheel, fit it into the wheel and fix it between the wheels by the air pressure of the tire. Then, I took 3.7 and rubbed it on that one,
This method makes it possible to use wheel rims even for non-grooved wheels

[Embodiment] This non-slip device can be mounted on the tire more or less. In other words, when the tire slips into a bad road, as described in the previous example, when using the conventional anti-skid device, jacking up the vehicle body is indispensable, you must work from the jack-up, and attach the friction device to the tire It runs and escapes due to the friction. To this end, lifting the vehicle body (jacking up) to attach the friction material (slipper) is indispensable. The advantage of the present invention is that it does not require a jack-up during the dressing and attaches the non-slip to the radius of the vehicle. When the radius of the car is stuck on a rough road and cannot be moved, multiply the diameter of the unsunk car by 5 and hang it on 3 and 1 and fix 7 on the outside 1 of the wheel. The frictional force could be increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the number of clothes.

[Effects of the Invention] Conventional slip stoppers are chains or rubber-type integrated slip stoppers, all of which cause a vehicle's rotational friction by being fixedly mounted on the entire circumference of wheels. It is. The product of the present invention is a method capable of arranging a skid at several points of a wheel, and proves that a skid effect is generated even if the skid is not worn all around. For example, if the road surface is slippery even when the vehicle is running with the wheel fixed at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock depending on the condition of the road surface, additional wearing may be done at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock. Of course, you don't need to add anything. You only need two nails to fix one slipper, so it can be easily installed by women and the weak. In addition, it is easy to remove by extending 4 and the anti-skid device has the same effect even if it is not completely or partially installed on the entire circumference of the tire, eliminating the need for jacking up It enables easy attachment and detachment.
