Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a packaged object from unexpectedly sliding off or falling off from a sleevelike packaging case. SOLUTION: By folding a sheet having transparency, a packaging case 2 is formed which comprises a front and a rear walls 5, 6, a top wall 7 and a bottom wall 8, and whose both sides are opened. In a package containing an object to be packaged in the packaging case 2, a top face of the object is formed into a convex shape. Moreover, the distance L1 between the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8 is to be set shorter than the height L2 of the object.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, products such as cosmetics are housed in a packaging case formed by bending a transparent plastic sheet in consideration of display properties at the time of sale. This type of packaging case has a sleeve shape having front and rear walls, a top wall, and a bottom wall, and having both sides opened.

Since the conventional packaging case is open on both sides, the product is accommodated and packaged from one opening of the packaging case, or when the product is packaged in the packaging case. When handling such a package, there is a disadvantage that the product easily jumps out of the packaging case or falls off.

Therefore, a stopper may be formed by cutting a part of the packaging case to bend the stopper piece and positioning the stopper piece on both sides of the product to hold the product. With such means, there is a possibility that the stopper piece may be restored to the state before bending by the elastic force, and it is difficult to maintain the bent state of the stopper piece,
We cannot expect a sufficient effect.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made as a package and a packaging case to solve the above problems. The technical means as a packaging body is to form a packaging case 2 having front and rear walls 5 and 6, a top wall 7 and a bottom wall 8 and opened on both sides by bending a transparent sheet. In the package in which the package 10 is accommodated in the case 2, the upper surface of the package 10 is formed in a convex shape, and the distance L 1 between the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8 is equal to the size of the package 10. Is set to be smaller than the height L2.

When the article to be packaged 10 is packaged in the packaging case 2, the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8 are subjected to a reaction force to extend the front and rear walls 5, 6, so that the upper and lower surfaces of the article 10 are packed. Is pressed, and the packaged object 10 is sandwiched between the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8. At this time, the top wall 7 is curved because the top surface shape of the packaged object 10 is convex, and the top wall 7 is curved.
To prevent the upper part of the head from being displaced from the ceiling wall 7. In addition, since the bottom surface of the package 10 is pressed against the bottom wall 8 with good stability, the package 10 is securely held by the packaging case 2.
It should be noted that the bottom surface of the article to be packaged 10 is not limited to a flat shape, but also includes a case where an annular convex portion or a concave portion is provided at the center.

The packaging case 2 comprises front and rear walls 5 and 6, a top wall 7 and a bottom wall 8. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, for example, the plastic sheet 3 has folds a and b in which the rear wall 6, the top wall 7, the front wall 5, the bottom wall 8 and the overlapping portion 9 are sequentially folded and ruled from one side. , C, d. Then, the overlapping portion 9 is adhered to the outer surface or the inner surface of the rear wall 6, and the sleeve-shaped case 2 having left and right open sides is formed here.

In the package having the above structure, the storage case 2 is formed by fitting the container 10 through one side opening of the case 2 or by wrapping the plastic sheet 3 around the container 10. Here, since the height L1 of the case 2 is set lower than the height L2 of the container 10, the container 10 attempts to separate the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8 of the case 2 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the case 2 is subjected to a force for extending the case. Since the top surface of the cap 13 is a convex spherical surface, the top wall 7 is curved along the top surface shape of the cap 13, and the container 10 is sandwiched between the top wall 7 and the bottom wall 8.

Moreover, since the maximum outer diameter B of the container body 11 is set to be larger than the width A of the packaging case 2 with which the portion having the maximum outer diameter B comes into contact, the container body 11 has the front and rear walls 5,6. Is bent in a direction to separate the container 10, the container 10 is sandwiched by the front and rear walls 5, 6.

The upper edge of the cap 13 is engaged with the opening 15, so that the cap 13 can be fixed without being shifted. Moreover, since the bottom surface of the container body 11 is pressed against the bottom wall 8 as described above, the stability of the container 10 is good, and the packaging case 2 securely holds the container 10.

A slight gap 28 is formed between the lower end of the cap 13 and the container body 11. Then, the rising piece 22 is bent and adhered along the inner surface of the rear wall 6, the holding piece 23 is bent forward, and the notch 27 for fitting the holding piece 23 into the gap 28 of the container 10. . Therefore, the container 10 is held by the reaction force for extending the packaging case 2 as in the above-described embodiment, and is supported from both sides by the holding pieces 23, so that the container 10 is more firmly held by the packaging case 2. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but it is a matter of course that the packaged object may be other than a container for cosmetics, and its shape is also particularly limited. Not something. In addition, the shape of the upper surface of the cap 13 may be a configuration in which a projection whose central portion is protruded upwardly in addition to the spherical shape, and the shape of the convex shape is not particularly limited. Moreover, as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
The opening 15 can be provided over the front and rear walls 5 and the top wall 7 by cutting the sides.

As described above, in the package of the present invention, the top surface of the package is formed in a convex shape, and the distance between the top wall and the bottom wall is set smaller than the height of the package. As a result, a force acts in the direction of separating the top wall and the bottom wall from the packaged object, and the top wall is curved by the top surface of the container, and the packaged case securely holds the packaged item. It becomes possible. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the packaged object from accidentally jumping out of the sleeve-shaped packaging case or dropping off.
