Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging body that includes a packaging body and a member that is attached to the packaging body.
Press through pack (PTP) sheets are used to store items such as medicines or supplement tablets or capsules. PTP sheets are also called "PTP packages" as described in, for example, Patent Document 1. PTP sheets have a base material and a lid material sheet. The base material is sheet-like, and has a storage section with an opening in which the items are stored, and a flange section extending from the periphery of the opening in the storage section. The lid material sheet is bonded to the flange section so as to form a covering section that covers the opening of the storage section. Generally, a user of a PTP sheet crushes and deforms the storage section with his/her fingertips, and thereby the stored item inside the storage section is pressed against the covering section of the lid material sheet to break the covering section, allowing the stored item to be removed.
However, when the storage section is deformed in a crushing manner, the force of the contained item breaking through the covering section may cause the contained item to suddenly fly out of the PTP sheet. This is not limited to PTP sheets, but even in blister packs that are configured so that the contained item can be removed by peeling the base material and the lid material sheet, the force of peeling too forcefully may cause the contained item to suddenly fly out of the blister pack.
Therefore, the objective of the present invention is to provide a package that reduces the risk of the contained items popping out and allows the contained items to be easily removed from inside the storage section.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a packaging body according to one embodiment includes a base material having an opening, a storage section in which an object to be stored is formed, and a flange section extending from a periphery of the opening, and a lid material sheet bonded to the flange section so as to form a covering section that covers the opening;
a slide member attached to the packaging body and configured to be movable relative to the packaging body;
The slide member is provided with a claw portion capable of breaking through the covering portion.
With this type of packaging body, the packaging body and the sliding member are moved relative to each other, and the covering portion of the packaging body can be broken by the claw portion of the sliding member. When the packaging body and the sliding member are then moved further relative to each other, the covering portion is torn by the claw portion, and a break opening is created in the covering portion. The contained item can be removed from inside the storage portion through the break opening. Therefore, compared to when no break opening is created in the covering portion, there is a reduced risk of the contained item flying out, and it becomes easier to remove the contained item from inside the storage portion.
The sliding member may be provided with a base cover recess that forms a gap for receiving and sliding the storage part, and a pressing part that presses the storage part toward the claw part when the storage part is slid in the gap, thereby pressing the covering part against the claw part.
With this packaging body, when the sliding member is slid to slide the storage section in the gap, the covering section also slides along with the storage section. When the storage section is pressed in the direction of the claw section by the pressing section during this sliding movement, the covering section pressed against the pressed storage section is pressed against the claw section. This makes it easy to break through the covering section by the pressing section and the claw section.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a packaging body according to one embodiment includes a base material having an opening, a storage section in which an object to be stored is formed, and a flange section extending from a periphery of the opening, and a lid material sheet bonded to the flange section so as to form a covering section that covers the opening;
a slide member attached to the packaging body and configured to be movable relative to the packaging body in a direction along the sheet surface of the covering material sheet,
The slide member is provided with a claw portion configured to be capable of deforming from a non-protruding state in which the covering portion is not broken through to a protruding state in which the covering portion is broken through.
According to this packaging body, after the claw portion is changed from a non-protruding state to a protruding state to break the covering portion, the packaging body and the slide member on which the claw portion is provided can be moved relatively in a direction along the sheet surface of the lid material sheet. During this relative movement, the covering portion of the lid material sheet is torn by the protruding claw portion. After the covering portion is torn by the claw portion and a break opening is created in the covering portion, the contained object can be removed from inside the storage portion through the break opening. Therefore, compared to when no break opening is created in the covering portion, there is a reduced risk of the contained object flying out, and it becomes easier to remove the contained object from inside the storage portion.
In one embodiment of the packaging body, when a direction in which the storage portion is arranged relative to the covering portion is defined as a downward direction, and a direction in which the claw portion deformed into a protruding state can advance the packaging body relative to the sliding member so as to tear the covering portion is defined as a forward direction, the storage portion is:
A front end wall portion having a slope formed at a front end portion of the storage portion so as to move the stored object rearward;
and a side wall portion having a slope formed on both sides so as to move the stored item toward the center of the storage section behind the front end wall portion.
With this packaging body, when the packaging body is in a position where the covering portion faces upward and the storage portion faces downward, the front end wall portion can prevent the contained object from remaining at the front end of the storage portion. In addition, the side wall portion can move the contained object toward the center of the storage portion. Therefore, when the packaging body is in the above-mentioned position and the covering portion is to be broken by the claw portion, if the portion of the covering portion that is disposed above the front end wall portion is broken, the covering portion can be easily broken while avoiding the contained object that is to the center of the storage portion. Therefore, when the covering portion is broken by the claw portion, it is easy to prevent the contained object contained inside the storage portion from coming into contact with the claw portion and being damaged.
In one embodiment of the packaging body, the slide member is arranged on the packaging body so as to cover a portion of the lid material sheet including the covering portion, and has a lid material covering portion having a confrontable portion that may be positioned to confront the covering portion depending on the relative movement between the packaging body and the slide member, and the confrontable portion of the lid material covering portion is provided with the claw portion and a lid material covering plate that covers a portion of the lid material sheet, and an opening for removing the contained item may be formed.
Such a packaging body is configured so that the packaging body and the slide member can be moved relative to each other so that the claw portion, the lid material cover plate, or the removal opening is arranged in a position on the slide member facing the covering portion of the packaging body. When the lid material cover plate is arranged in a position facing the covering portion, the covering portion is protected by the lid material cover plate, making it easy to avoid the covering portion being accidentally torn. When the claw portion is arranged in a position facing the covering portion, the claw portion is deformed from a non-protruding state to a protruding state, and then the packaging body and the slide member are moved relative to each other to arrange the removal opening in a position facing the breaking opening of the covering portion created when the covering portion is torn by the claw portion, and the contained item can be easily removed from inside the storage unit via the breaking opening and the removal opening.
In one embodiment of the packaging body, the sliding member has a lid material covering portion arranged to cover a portion of the lid material sheet including the covering portion with respect to the packaging body, and a base material covering portion connected to the lid material covering portion and arranged to cover a portion of the base material including the storage portion with respect to the packaging body, a gap is formed between the lid material covering portion and the base material covering portion, and the packaging body may be provided with a gripping portion arranged to protrude from the gap.
In this packaging body, the covering portion and the containing portion are housed in a gap formed between the lid material covering portion and the base material covering portion in the packaging body. This makes it easier to prevent the covering portion or the containing portion from being damaged by unexpected external pressure. In addition, in this packaging body, the gripping portion is configured to protrude from the gap. Since it is easy to grip the gripping portion and move the packaging body and the sliding member relative to each other, the covering portion can be easily torn off by the claw portion deformed into a protruding state.
As described above, the present invention provides a package that reduces the risk of the contents spilling out and allows the contents to be easily removed from inside the storage section.
The packaging body according to the present invention comprises a packaging body and a sliding member attached to the packaging body. The packaging body may have a PTP sheet, or may have a blister pack depending on the contents, for example when the contents are food. Below, an example of an embodiment in which the packaging body has a PTP sheet is described with reference to several figures. In each figure, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals.
<Embodiment 1>
The packaging body 1a according to the first embodiment shown in Fig. 7 includes a packaging body 10a having a PTP sheet 20a and a sliding member 50a. As will be described in detail later, the sliding member 50a is configured to be able to slide and move relative to the packaging body 10a and is attached to the packaging body 10a. The sliding member 50a is provided with a claw portion 61a.
As shown in FIG. 1, the PTP sheet 20a in the packaging body 10a has a base material 21 and a lid material sheet 30. The base material 21 is a sheet-like material made of a resin composition. The base material 21 is formed with a storage section 22a and a flange section 24. The storage section 22a is a portion of the sheet-like base material 21 that is formed in a convex shape on one side and has a concave opening 23 on the opposite side. The storage section 22a stores the object 11 inside. The flange section 24 is a portion of the base material 21 that extends to the periphery of the opening 23 of the storage section 22a. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the lid material sheet 30 is in the form of a sheet and is bonded to the flange section 24 so as to form a covering section 31a that covers the opening 23 of the storage section 22a. The configuration of the lid material sheet 30 is not particularly limited as long as it can be torn by pushing it with a protruding claw section 61a (dashed line in FIG. 11) described later, as long as it is not contrary to the purpose of the present invention. For example, the lid material sheet 30 may be a laminated sheet in which a layer of a resin composition is formed on at least one side of an aluminum foil or a resin sheet. The thickness of the lid material sheet 30 is not particularly limited as long as it can be torn by pushing through the protruding claw portion 61a described later, as long as it does not go against the purpose of the present invention. The resin composition constituting each of the base material 21 and the lid material sheet 30 may be a composition containing one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyacrylonitrile, polyamide, or ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer as a resin component, but is not limited to these examples. PP may be CPP or OPP. The base material 21 and the lid material sheet 30 may be bonded with an adhesive, but from the viewpoint of easily maintaining the airtightness inside the storage section 22a, it is preferable to melt-bond them by heat sealing.
For convenience, in this specification, the direction in which the lid material sheet 30 (covering portion 31a) is arranged relative to the substrate 21 (storage portion 22a) is referred to as "upward", and the direction in which the substrate 21 (storage portion 22a) is arranged relative to the lid material sheet 30 (covering portion 31a) is referred to as "downward". FIG. 1 is a view of the packaging body 10a as viewed diagonally from below (substrate 21 side), and FIG. 2 is a view of the packaging body 10a as viewed from above (lid material sheet 30 side). As shown in FIG. 2, the covering portion 31a viewed from above is elliptical. The front end portion of the elliptical shape of the covering portion 31a is referred to as the front edge portion 35a. The surface of the lid material sheet 30 arranged on the upward side (the surface not bonded to the flange portion 24) is hereinafter referred to as the "lid material sheet surface" and is indicated by adding the reference numeral 37 as necessary. The lid sheet surface 37 extends in a direction perpendicular to the direction connecting the top and bottom (the up-down direction), and this perpendicular direction will be referred to as the "direction along the lid sheet surface" below. As shown in FIG. 1, when the package body 10a is oriented so that the storage section 22a faces downward relative to the covering section 31a, the contained item 11 is contained inside the storage section 22a in a contained state that does not contact the lower surface of the covering section 31a (the surface opposite the lid sheet surface 37).
The packaging body 10a has a mount member 12 configured to hold the PTP sheet 20a by clamping the flange portion 24 from above and below. The mount member 12 may be configured by folding and pasting one mount so that the flange portion 24 can be clamped, or by pasting two mounts so that the flange portion 24 can be clamped between the two mounts. As shown in FIG. 1, the mount member 12 has a holding hole 13 in which the convex shape of the storage portion 22a is fitted and held in the lower side (substrate 21 side) of the mount member 12. Therefore, the storage portion 22a protrudes downward from the mount member 12 through the holding hole 13. As shown in FIG. 2, the mount member 12 has an opening hole 14 in the upper side (covering material sheet 30 side) so as not to cover the covering portion 31a. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a gripping portion 15a with a finger hole 16 is provided on a portion of the periphery of the backing member 12 in the direction along the surface of the lid sheet, so that the user can easily grip it with their fingertips.
Although the details will be described later, in this specification, for convenience, as illustrated in Figs. 10(b) and 10(c), the direction in which the package body 10a can be advanced relative to the slide member 50a (claw portion 61a) so that the claw portion 61a deformed into a protruding state tears the covering portion 31a is described as "forward", and the opposite direction is described as "rear". When the package body 10a is advanced forward in this manner, the package body 10a is pulled toward the side where the grip portion 15a is provided relative to the storage portion 22a and the covering portion 31a. For this reason, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the direction where the grip portion 15a is provided relative to the storage portion 22a and the covering portion 31a is described as "forward", and the opposite direction is described as "rear". In addition, for convenience, in this specification, the direction connecting the front and rear is described as the "front-rear direction", and the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction among the directions along the surface of the lid material sheet is described as the "width direction". The edge of the packaging body 10a (backing member 12) in the direction along the surface of the lid sheet is located rearward of the storage section 22a (retaining hole 13, FIG. 1) and the covering section 31a (opening hole 14, FIG. 2). The edge 18a, which is the portion of the edge of the backing member 12 in the direction along the surface of the lid sheet excluding the gripping section 15a and the rear end 19, is provided with an engagement protrusion 17, which will be described in detail later.
5 and 6 show the slide member 50a in a state where it is not attached to the packaging body 10a. The slide member 50a is assembled by folding one of the development sheets 80 shown in FIG. 3. When considering the state where the slide member 50a is attached to the packaging body 10a later, the upper side of the paper in FIG. 3 corresponds to the front, and the lower side of the paper corresponds to the rear. The development sheet 80 is a sheet-like material made of a substantially transparent resin composition having a certain degree of rigidity. The resin composition constituting the development sheet 80 (slide member 50a) is not particularly limited as long as it does not contradict the purpose of the present invention, and may be, for example, the resin composition already described in the description of the base material 21 and the lid material sheet 30 or PET. A main fold line 82 is formed in the center of the development sheet 80, in which a narrow linear groove is provided along the front-rear direction. The development sheet 80 has a lid material covering portion 60a and a base material covering portion 70a, which are connected to each other across the main fold line 82.
When the unfolding sheet 80 is folded to assemble the slide member 50a shown in Figures 5 and 6, and the slide member 50a is attached to the package body 10a as shown in Figure 7, the lid material cover portion 60a is a portion that is arranged above the lid material sheet surface 37 and in a direction along the lid material sheet surface 37 so as to cover a part of the lid material sheet 30. The part of the lid material sheet 30 covered by the lid material cover portion 60a includes the covering portion 31a. In the unfolding sheet 80 shown in Figure 3, the lid material cover portion 60a has a flat lid material cover plate 68a. A claw portion 61a is provided in the center of the lid material cover plate 68a. A notch 87a is formed in the lid material cover plate 68a in front of the claw portion 61a (upper side of the paper surface in Figure 3). The notch 87a is a portion that functions as the removal opening 69a described later. A portion of the lid cover plate 68a that contacts the main fold line 82 is cut out to form an engagement opening 76. The end of the lid cover plate 68a opposite the main fold line 82 is the portion that functions as the joining piece 53a described below.
As shown in an enlarged view from above in FIG. 4, the claw portion 61a is formed by providing a cut line 81a in the lid cover plate 68a so that the claw portion 61a having a pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) is formed near a cutout 87a (extraction opening 69a described later) formed in the lid cover plate 68a. Between both ends of the cut line 81a and the cutout 87a, a claw support portion 67a having a pair of groove-shaped fold lines (65a, 65b) is formed. The claw support portion 67a is not a part of the claw portion 61a, but is a portion that supports the claw portion 61a so that the claw portion 61a does not fall off the lid cover plate 68a. The claw portion 61a has a claw base end 62a connected to the claw support portion 67a, a pair of tapered claw tips (63a, 63b) extending from the claw base end 62a, and a semicircular claw recess 64 arranged between the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b). In the claw portion 61a shown in Figures 3 and 4, the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) and the claw recess 64 are in a state in which they face in a direction along the lid sheet surface (a non-protruding state described below). When the claw portion 61a in this state is pressed from above with a fingertip, it is folded around the part where the pair of fold lines (65a, 65b) are provided in the claw support portion 67a as a fulcrum, and the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) and the claw recess 64 are deformed to a state in which they face downward (the back side of the paper surface of Figures 3 and 4) (a protruding state described below).
The substrate covering portion 70a shown in FIG. 3 is a portion that is arranged below the lid covering portion 60a (on the front side of the paper in FIG. 8) so as to cover a part of the substrate 21 when the unfolded sheet 80 is folded to assemble the slide member 50a (FIGS. 5 and 6) and the slide member 50a is attached to the package body 10a as shown in FIG. 8. The part of the substrate 21 covered by the substrate covering portion 70a includes the storage portion 22a. As shown in FIG. 3, the substrate covering portion 70a has a substrate covering plate 71 that is connected to the lid covering portion 60a via a main fold line 82. In the front part (upper side of the paper in FIG. 3) of the center part of the substrate covering plate 71, a cut line 86a is provided along the width direction (direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction) to form the forward movement restricting portion 72a described later, and two mountain fold lines (84a, 84b) and a valley fold line 85a are provided in a groove shape along the front-rear direction. In the rear part (lower side of the paper in FIG. 3) of the center part of the base material cover plate 71, a cut line 86b is formed along the width direction, and two mountain fold lines (84c, 84d) and a valley fold line 85b are formed in a groove shape along the front-rear direction in order to form a retreat restriction part 73a described later. In the center part of the base material cover plate 71 between the front cut line 86a and the rear cut line 86b, a groove-shaped center fold line 83 is formed along the front-rear direction. The end part of the base material cover part 70a opposite the main fold line 82 is a part that functions as a joint piece 53b described later. The joint piece 53b is connected to the base material cover plate 71 through a part where a valley fold line 85c is formed along the front-rear direction.
When assembling the slide member 50a (FIGS. 5 and 6), the unfolded sheet 80 shown in FIG. 3 is folded in a mountain fold at the center fold line 83 and the four mountain fold lines (84a, 84b, 84c, 84d) so as to form a convex shape toward the front side of the paper in FIG. 3. The three valley fold lines (85a, 85b, 85c) are folded in a valley fold so as to form a convex shape toward the back side of the paper in FIG. 3. Then, the unfolded sheet 80 is folded at the main fold line 82 so that the lid material covering portion 60a and the base material covering portion 70a face each other. By folding the main fold line 82, the joining piece 53a in the lid material covering portion 60a and the joining piece 53b in the base material covering portion 70a are overlapped. The portion where these two joining pieces (53a, 53b) are joined becomes the joining portion 54a that connects the lid material covering portion 60a and the base material covering portion 70a, as shown in Figures 6 and 7, and the slide member 50a is assembled. The joining method here is not particularly limited as long as it does not contradict the purpose of the present invention, and may be, for example, joining by adhesive, and preferably joining by fusion bonding using a heat sheet. The assembly procedure described here is only one example, and the order of folding and joining the fold lines is arbitrary.
As shown in FIG. 6, in the slide member 50a, a gap is formed between the lid material covering portion 60a and the base material covering portion 70a that face each other. When a part of the package body 10a is inserted into the gap 57 of the slide member 50a shown in FIG. 6 so that the storage portion 22a shown in FIG. 1 is covered by the base material covering portion 70a and the covering portion 31a shown in FIG. 2 is covered by the lid material covering portion 60a, a package 1a in which the slide member 50a is attached to the package body 10a can be obtained as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. When the slide member 50a shown in FIG. 6 is attached to the package body 10a in this way, if a part of the package body 10a cannot be inserted into the gap 57 because it is blocked by the forward movement restricting portion 72a and the backward movement restricting portion 73a, at least one of the forward movement restricting portion 72a and the backward movement restricting portion 73a may be temporarily deformed so that it can be inserted. For example, in FIG. 6, the forward movement restricting portion 72a has an upward convex shape with the valley fold line 85a as the apex, but it may be temporarily bent and deformed so that the valley fold line 85a has a downward convex shape. Alternatively, the retreat restricting portion 73a has an upwardly convex shape with the valley fold line 85b as the apex, but the valley fold line 85b may be temporarily bent and deformed to have a downwardly convex shape. After the slide member 50a is attached to the package body 10a, the advance restricting portion 72a and the retreat restricting portion 73a that have been deformed to have a downwardly convex shape can be deformed to have an upwardly convex shape by bending the valley fold lines (85a, 85b) again.
7 shows the package 1a viewed from above (the side where the lid material covering portion 60a and the lid material sheet 30 are arranged). FIG. 8 shows the package 1a viewed from below (the side where the substrate covering portion 70a and the substrate 21 are arranged). For example, in the package 1a in which the sliding member 50a is attached to the package body 10a as described above, the package body 10a and the sliding member 50a can be slid and moved relative to each other in a direction along the lid material sheet surface of the package body 10a. In the relative movement, the package body 10a can be advanced relative to the sliding member 50a until the storage portion 22a of the package body 10a shown in FIG. 8 hits the forward movement regulating portion 72a of the sliding member 50a, and the sliding member 50a can be retracted relative to the package body 10a. In addition, the package body 10a can be retracted relative to the slide member 50a until the storage portion 22a of the package body 10a contacts the retraction restriction portion 73a of the slide member 50a, and the slide member 50a can be advanced relative to the package body 10a. The relative movement direction involving such forward and backward movements is indicated by the symbol RD in FIG. 7 and other figures.
For example, a user can pinch the gripping portion 15a of the package body 10a with the fingertips of one hand, grasp the slide member 50a with the other hand, and then move the package body 10a and the slide member 50a relative to each other as described above. From the viewpoint of facilitating the relative movement by pinching, in the package body 10a to which the slide member 50a is attached, it is preferable that the gripping portion 15a is arranged so as to protrude from the gap 57 (FIG. 6) of the slide member 50a, and it is even more preferable that the gripping portion 15a is always configured to protrude forward from the gap 57 (FIG. 6) regardless of the relative movement between the package body 10a and the slide member 50a shown in FIG. 7. As shown in FIG. 7, during the relative movement, the lid material covering portion 60a of the slide member 50a has a confrontable portion 51 that may confront the covering portion 31a of the package body 10a. The confrontable portion 51 is provided with a claw portion 61a and a lid material covering plate 68a, and is formed with a removal opening 69a. Therefore, by the relative movement between the package body 10a and the slide member 50a, the slide member 50a can be switched so that the claw portion 61a, the lid cover plate 68a, or the removal opening 69a is arranged at a position facing the covering portion 31a of the package body 10a. When the claw portion 61a is arranged at a position facing the covering portion 31a, the engagement protrusion 17 of the package body 10a and the engagement opening 76 of the slide member 50a are arranged in a positional relationship such that the engagement protrusion 17 is hooked on the engagement opening 76. Therefore, the combination of the engagement protrusion 17 and the engagement opening 76 can function as a positioning means for the covering portion 31a and the claw portion 61a. From the viewpoint of efficiently tearing the covering portion 31a, it is preferable that this positioning means is configured to hold the front edge portion 35a of the covering portion 31a and the non-protruding claw portion 61a in a positional relationship facing each other.
9, when the lid material cover plate 68a is disposed at a position facing the covering portion 31a of the packaging body 10a, the covering portion 31a is covered and protected by the lid material cover plate 68a so as not to be broken by an external force EF from above. The storage portion 22a is covered and protected by the base material cover plate 71 so as not to be crushed by an external force EF from below. The portion of the slide member 50a near the boundary between the lid material cover portion 60a and the base material cover portion 70a is provided so as to slide against the peripheral portion 18a of the packaging body 10a from at least one of the upper and lower sides as the packaging body 10a and the slide member 50a move relative to each other, and functions as a sliding contact portion (55a, 55b) that prevents the packaging body 10a from rotating within the gap 57. As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 11, each of the forward movement restricting portion 72a and the backward movement restricting portion 73a is arranged so that it can slide against the backing member 12 of the packaging body 10a as the packaging body 10a moves relative to the forward movement restricting portion 72a and the backward movement restricting portion 73a, preventing the packaging body 10a from rotating within the gap 57.
When removing the contained item 11 from the package 1a, the covering portion 31a (preferably the front edge portion 35a of the covering portion 31a) and the claw portion 61a face each other as shown in Fig. 7, and the claw portion 61a is pushed toward the covering portion 31a with the fingertips of one hand of the user as shown in Fig. 10(a). Fig. 11 shows the claw portion 61a in a non-protruding state in which the claw portion 61a faces the direction along the lid material sheet surface 37 and does not break through the covering portion 31a, with solid lines. The non-protruding state can also be said to be a state in which the claw portion 61a does not protrude from the slide member 50a so that the claw portion 61a does not enter the inside of the storage portion 22a. In addition, the claw portion 61a in the non-protruding state shown in Fig. 4 is pushed by a fingertip, and the pair of claw tip portions (63a, 63b) are rotated downward (toward the back of the paper in Fig. 4) with the pair of folding lines (65a, 65b) as a fulcrum, so that the claw portion 61a deformed to a protruding state in which the covering portion 31a is pushed through as shown in Fig. 11 is shown by a broken line in Fig. 11. The protruding state can also be said to be a state in which the claw portion 61a protrudes from the slide member 50a so as to penetrate into the inside of the storage portion 22a. Next, as shown in Fig. 10(b), the user pinches the gripping portion 15a with the fingertip of the remaining hand of the user, and moves the packaging body 10a and the slide member 50a relative to each other (pulling the gripping portion 15a to move the packaging body 10a forward relative to the slide member 50a), whereby the covering portion 31a is torn through by the protruding claw portion 61a. Therefore, as shown in Figures 10(c), 12, and 13, a break opening 33a is formed in the covering portion 31a, and the removal opening 69a of the sliding member 50a is disposed at a position facing the break opening 33a. The contained object 11 can be removed from inside the storage portion 22a (Figure 12) through the break opening 33a and the removal opening 69a. Compared to a conventional package in which the contained object is forced to break the covering without a break opening in the covering, the package 1a reduces the risk of the contained object 11 popping out, making it easier to remove the contained object 11 from inside the storage portion 22a.
From the viewpoint of facilitating removal of the contained item 11, it is preferable that the protruding claw portion 61a shown by the dashed line in Fig. 11 is configured to be able to push and tear the covering portion 31a (preferably the front edge portion 35a of the covering portion 31a) so that an incision is made in the covering portion 31a along the width direction (the direction connecting the front side and the back side of the paper surface of Fig. 11) perpendicular to the relative movement direction RD shown in Fig. 11. When configured in this manner, when the package body 10a and the sliding member 50a are moved relative to each other after pushing and tearing, the covering portion 31a torn by the protruding claw portion 61a is pushed by the protruding claw portion 61a as shown in Fig. 12 to become a broken piece 32 folded in an accordion-like shape, and a relatively large breaking opening 33a is formed. From a similar perspective, it is even more preferable that the width BW of the claw base end 62a of the claw portion 61a shown in Fig. 4 is equal to or greater than the width of the contained object 11, and that the claw portion 61a in the protruding state is configured to be able to break the covering portion 31a so that the claw base end 62a hooks onto the covering portion 31a as shown in Fig. 11. When configured in this way, the breaking opening 33a shown in Fig. 12 is likely to be formed to have a width equal to or greater than the outer diameter of the contained object 11, making it easy to remove the contained object 11.
From the viewpoint of avoiding damage to the contained object 11 by the protruding claw portion 61a, it is preferable that the protruding claw portion 61a is configured to be able to break through the covering portion 31a but not to come into contact with the contained object 11 contained inside the storage portion 22a. From the same viewpoint, the claw portion 61a has a semicircular claw recess 64 between a pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) as shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, in the claw portion 61a deformed to the protruding state as shown in FIG. 11, the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) and the claw recess 64 pierce and break the covering portion 31a, while the claw portion 61a is configured to easily move relatively to the contained object 11, which has a circular cross section such as a capsule tablet, so that the contained object 11 passes between the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) without coming into contact with the claw tips (63a, 63b) or the claw recess 64. In this way, the semicircular arc shape of the claw recess 64 shown in FIG. 4 is configured to be less likely to damage the stored object 11. From the same perspective, it is preferable that the width WF between the two tips of the pair of claw tips (63a, 63b) is wider than the width of the stored object 11 stored inside the storage section 22a.
In addition, in a conventional package in which the container is deformed to crush, the contents in the container are pressed against the lid sheet, and the contents are broken by the lid sheet, the container may be damaged in the process of breaking the lid sheet if the contents are fragile, such as soft capsules. The contents that leak out when the soft capsule is broken may be soiled by sticking to the broken lid sheet or the hand that holds the soft capsule. In addition, in a conventional package in which the container or covering is not protected, the container or covering may be pressed by an unexpected external force (for example, an impact caused by dropping the container on the ground or a child hitting the container) during storage before use, causing damage to the contents before removal in the container. In contrast, as shown in the cross section of FIG. 9, in the package 1a, the container 22a is covered by the base cover plate 71, and the container 22a is configured to be less likely to be crushed by an external force EF from below (the base cover 70a side). In addition, in the package 1a, when the lid cover plate 68a is disposed in a position facing the covering portion 31a, the covering portion 31a is covered by the lid cover plate 68a, and the covering portion 31a is configured to be less likely to be damaged by an external force EF from above (the lid cover portion 60a side). Furthermore, in the package 1a, if the protruding claw portion 61a is configured to be less likely to come into contact with the contained object 11 as described above, the contained object 11 is less likely to be damaged when the covering portion 31a is torn, so that the contained object 11 can be easily removed while avoiding damage to the contained object 11. Therefore, the package 1a is not limited to applications in which tablets or hard capsules are stored as the contained object 11, but is also expected to be preferably used for applications in which soft capsules and other brittle and easily damaged objects are stored.
In recent years, when the contents of a package are medicines, there has been a demand for child-resistant (CR) packages that are designed to be difficult for children to open, so that children do not accidentally ingest the medicine. There is also a demand for senior-friendly (SF) packages that are designed to allow even elderly people with somewhat weakened finger strength to remove the medicine. In response to this, the package 1a is designed so that the contained item 11 is difficult for children who are unfamiliar with this procedure to remove, as explained using FIG. 10 etc., and is therefore easy to meet the CR requirement. The contained item 11 can be removed by elderly people using the procedure described above, and is also easy to meet the SF requirement.
<Embodiment 2>
The packaging body 1c according to the second embodiment shown in Figures 19 and 20 includes a packaging body 10c that is a PTP sheet 20c, and a sliding member 50c. The sliding member 50c is configured to be able to slide and move relative to the packaging body 10c in a direction along the lid material sheet surface 37, and is attached to the packaging body 10c. Hereinafter, the description of the configuration and effects of the packaging body 1c that are common to the above-mentioned packaging body 1a will be largely omitted, and the differences from the packaging body 1a will be mainly described. The meanings of terms such as upper, lower, direction along the lid material sheet surface, front, rear, front-rear direction, width direction, confrontable portion 51, non-protruding state, and protruding state used in the description of the above-mentioned packaging body 1a are the same in the description of the packaging body 1c.
Compared to the above-mentioned package body 10a (FIGS. 1 and 2), the package body 10c shown in FIG. 14 and FIG. 15 is configured similarly, except for the following points. The package body 10c does not have a backing member, a holding hole, an opening hole, a finger hole, or an engagement protrusion, and is made of a PTP sheet 20c. The PTP sheet 20c has a flange portion 24 that is elongated in the front-rear direction and has a knob portion 15c at the front end, where a part of the base material 21 is formed in a downwardly convex shape from the flange portion 24. Also, as shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20, in the package 1c, one slide member 50c is attached to three package bodies 10c.
The slide member 50c is assembled from the lid material covering portion 60c shown in FIG. 16 and the base material covering portion 70c shown in FIG. 17. Before assembling the slide member 50c, the lid material covering portion 60c (FIG. 16) and the base material covering portion 70c (FIG. 17) are separate members. Three package bodies 10c shown in FIG. 15 are placed on the base material covering portion 70c from above, and the lid material covering portion 60c shown in FIG. 16 is further placed on top of them from above, and the base material covering portion 70c and the lid material covering portion 60c are connected to obtain a package 1c including the package body 10c and the slide member 50c.
Compared with the above-mentioned lid material covering part 60a (FIG. 3), the lid material covering part 60c shown in FIG. 16 is configured similarly except for the points described below. The lid material covering part 60c does not have an engagement opening, is not connected to the base material covering part 70c before assembly, and has three confrontable parts 51. Each confrontable part 51 is provided with a non-protruding claw part 61c, a lid material covering plate 68c, and a notch 87c (corresponding to the removal opening 69c). Each non-protruding claw part 61c is supported by a claw support part 67c near the notch 87c so as not to fall off the lid material covering plate 68c. The claw support part 67c is connected to the lid material covering plate 68c, has a pair of fold lines (65a, 65b) and has approximately the same width as the notch 87c. The claw portion 61c has a claw base end 62a that extends from the claw support portion 67c with a narrowed width, a pair of claw tip ends (63a, 63b) that extend from the claw base end 62a, and a semicircular claw recess 64 that is disposed between the pair of claw tip ends (63a, 63b). In addition, in the lid material covering portion 60c, joint pieces 53c are provided at both ends in the width direction and between the three facing portions 51. Therefore, a total of four joint pieces 53c are provided in the lid material covering portion 60c.
Compared to the above-mentioned substrate covering portion 70a (FIG. 3), the substrate covering portion 70c shown in FIG. 17 is configured in the same manner, except for the points described below. The substrate covering portion 70c does not have a cut line or a fold line, and is not connected to the lid covering portion 60c (FIG. 16) before assembly. In the substrate covering portion 70c shown in FIG. 17, substrate covering recesses 77c formed in a concave shape when viewed from above are formed at positions that overlap with each confrontable portion 51 in the lid covering portion 60c (FIG. 16) when assembled. Three substrate covering recesses 77c (FIG. 17) are formed in the substrate covering portion 70c in correspondence with the three confrontable portions 51 in the lid covering portion 60c (FIG. 16). A flat substrate covering flat portion 78 is provided on the periphery of each substrate covering recess 77c. When the slide member 50c is assembled, a part including the storage section 22a in the packaging body 10c (FIG. 14) is overlapped inside each substrate covering recess 77c, and the confrontable part 51 of the lid material covering part 60c shown in FIG. 16 is further overlapped above. Therefore, between the substrate covering part 70c and the lid material covering part 60c, a gap 57 (FIG. 21) is formed in which a part including the storage section 22a and the covering part 31a in the packaging body 10c (FIG. 14) is accommodated. In the substrate covering recess 77c of this gap 57, when the packaging body 10c and the slide member 50c are moved relative to each other, the storage section 22a advances or retreats. In order to enable such relative movement, as shown in FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, each substrate covering recess 77c is formed in the substrate covering part 70c extending along the front-rear direction. In FIG. 21, when the package body 10c is moved forward relative to the slide member 50c and the storage section 22a hits the wall portion at the front end of the substrate covering recess 77c, the wall portion at the front end prevents the package body 10c from further advancing. Therefore, the wall portion at the front end of each substrate covering recess 77c functions as an advancement restricting portion 72c. When the package body 10c is moved backward relative to the slide member 50c and the storage section 22a hits the wall portion at the rear end of the substrate covering recess 77c, the wall portion at the rear end prevents the package body 10c from further advancing. Therefore, the wall portion at the rear end of each substrate covering recess 77c functions as a retreat restricting portion 73c. In addition, when the lid material covering portion 60c is overlapped from above the substrate covering portion 70c as described above, the four joining pieces 53d of the substrate covering portion 70c shown in FIG. 17 are arranged directly below the four joining pieces 53c of the lid material covering portion 60c shown in FIG. 16. The rear end of the base cover portion 70c (the end on the lower side of the paper in FIG. 17) has three elongated joint pieces 53e arranged between the joint pieces 53d. A constriction 75 is provided on each of the side walls on both sides of the base cover recess 77c.
The three packaging bodies 10c shown in FIG. 15 are placed from above on the three substrate covering recesses 77c in the substrate covering portion 70c shown in FIG. 17, and the lid covering portion 60c shown in FIG. 16 is further placed from above, and the four joining pieces 53c in the lid covering portion 60c and the four joining pieces 53d in the substrate covering portion 70c are joined to obtain the packaging body 1c shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20. The three joining pieces 53e arranged at the rear end of the substrate covering portion 70c are joined to the rear end of the lid covering portion 60c. In the slide member 50c provided in the packaging body 1c, the part where the joining pieces 53c and the joining pieces 53d are joined functions as the joining portion 54c that connects the lid covering portion 60c and the substrate covering portion 70c. The part where the rear end of the lid covering portion 60c and the joining piece 53e are joined functions as the joining portion 54e.
Compared to the above-mentioned packaging body 1a (FIGS. 7 to 13), the packaging body 1c shown in FIG. 19 to FIG. 21 is configured similarly, except for the following points. When the packaging body 10c and the slide member 50c are moved relative to each other in the packaging body 1c, the vicinity of each joint 54c in the slide member 50c slides against at least one of the upper and lower edges 18c of the packaging body 10c, and functions as a sliding contact portion 55c that prevents the packaging body 10c from rotating within the gap 57. The three packaging bodies 10c provided in the packaging body 1c can be moved individually relative to the slide member 50c. At the rear end of the slide member 50c in the package 1c (the end on the lower side of the paper in Figs. 19 and 20), the substrate cover portion 70c and the lid cover portion 60c are connected by a joint portion 54e, and when the package body 10c retreats relative to the slide member 50c and the main body rear end portion 19 hits, the joint portion 54e can function as a second retreat regulating portion 73e that prevents the package body 10c from further retreating. As shown in Fig. 21, in the grip portion 15c in the package body 10c, the substrate 21 is formed in a downwardly convex shape, and when the package body 10c is moved relative to the slide member 50c so as to retreat, the convex shape of the grip portion 15c is configured to hit the front end portion of the slide member 50c. Therefore, the grip portion 15c can function as a third retreat regulating portion that prevents the package body 10c from further retreating. As shown in Fig. 18, the constrictions 75 provided on the side walls of each substrate cover recess 77c in the slide member 50c are arranged near the lower side of the claw portion 61c. When the packaging body 10c and the sliding member 50c are moved relative to each other to position the claw portion 61c facing the covering portion 31a (preferably the front edge portion 35a of the covering portion 31a) as shown in Figures 19 and 20, the constriction 75 can function as an alignment means that easily maintains this positional relationship by hooking onto the side wall of the storage portion 22a.
When the contained object 11 is removed from the package 1c, the claw portion 61c is pushed from above and rotated to deform the claw portion 61c into a protruding state, while the covering portion 31a and the non-protruding claw portion 61c are facing each other as shown in FIG. 21. In FIG. 21, the claw portion 61c is shown by a broken line in a state in which the covering portion 31a is deformed to break through the covering portion 31a and the claw base end portion 62a is hooked on the covering portion 31a. Next, when the package body 10c is moved forward relative to the slide member 50c, the covering portion 31a is torn by the protruding claw portion 61c, as shown in FIG. 22. A break opening 33a is created in the covering portion 31a, and the removal opening 69c in the slide member 50c is disposed at a position facing the break opening 33a. The contained object 11 can be removed from inside the storage portion 22a through the break opening 33a and the removal opening 69c.
<Embodiment 3>
The packaging body 1f according to the third embodiment shown in Figures 28 and 29 includes a packaging body 10f that is a PTP sheet 20f and a sliding member 50f. The sliding member 50f has a lid material covering portion 60f and a base material covering portion 70f, and is configured so as to be able to slide and move relative to the packaging body 10f in a direction along the lid material sheet surface 37, and is attached to the packaging body 10f. Below, the description of the configuration and effects of the packaging body 1f that are common to the above-mentioned packaging bodies (1a, 1c) will be largely omitted, and the differences from the packaging bodies (1a, 1c) will be mainly described. The meanings of the terms used in the description of the above-mentioned packaging body 1a will also be used in the description of the packaging body 1f.
Compared to the above-mentioned packaging body 10c (FIGS. 14 and 15), the packaging body 10f is configured in the same manner, except for the points described below. As shown in FIG. 23, the storage section 22f in the packaging body 10f is a portion formed so that a part of the base material 21 protrudes downward from the flange portion 24, so as to include the base wall portion 25, the front end wall portion 26, the side wall portion 27, the bottom wall portion 28, and the rear end wall portion 29. As shown in FIG. 23 and FIG. 31, the base wall portion 25 is a portion that connects with the flange portion 24 from the front end portion to the rear end portion of the storage section 22f, and forms a peripheral wall that extends downward from the connecting portion with the flange portion 24 (the periphery of the opening 23). The front end wall portion 26 is a portion that forms an inclined wall that is inclined downward from the portion of the base wall portion 25 at the front end of the storage section 22f to the bottom wall portion 28 behind the front end wall portion 26. The bottom wall 28 is a portion that forms the bottom wall of the storage section 22f behind the front end wall 26. The upper surface of the bottom wall 28 faces the lower surface of the covering portion 31f, and is provided in the center of the storage section 22f when viewed from above. The rear end wall 29 is a portion that forms an inclined wall that is inclined upward from the bottom wall 28 to a portion of the base wall 25 at the rear end of the storage section 22f behind the bottom wall 28. As shown in Figures 23 and 30, the side wall 27 is a portion that forms a side wall that is inclined downward from the base wall 25 to the bottom wall 28 on both sides of the bottom wall 28 in the width direction of the storage section 22f. In the width direction of the storage section 22f, the portion where the bottom wall 28 and the side wall portions (27, 27) on both sides are combined forms a V-shaped cross section.
Because the storage section 22f has the above-mentioned shape, when the packaging body 1f is oriented with the base material 21 (storage section 22f) facing downward relative to the covering sheet 30 (covering section 31f), the stored item 11 is shifted rearward at the front end of the storage section 22f due to the inclination of the front end wall section 26. In addition, on both sides of the bottom wall section 28 behind the front end wall section 26, the stored item 11 is shifted toward the bottom wall section 28 due to the inclination of the side wall section 27. The stored item 11 shifted toward the bottom wall section 28 is prevented from being shifted further rearward by the rear end wall section 29. For this reason, when the packaging body 1f is oriented as described above, the stored item 11 is likely to be placed relatively stably on the bottom wall section 28. In other words, the stored item 11 that is gathered on the bottom wall portion 28 is gathered toward the center of the storage portion 22f in the width direction, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 30, and can be said to be easily held in the V-shaped valley formed by the V-shaped cross-sectional shape described above.
As shown in FIG. 24, the covering portion 31f of the packaging body 10f is rectangular with four corners 34, and the long sides are arranged in the front-rear direction. The corners 34 may be rounded. The front edge portion 35f, which has two corners 34 arranged on the front side of the rectangular covering portion 31f, is arranged above the front end wall portion 26 of the storage portion 22f (FIG. 31).
Compared to the above-mentioned lid material covering part 60c (FIG. 16), the lid material covering part 60f shown in FIG. 25 is configured in the same manner, except for the following points. The lid material covering part 60f has three facing parts 51, and each facing part 51 is provided with a claw part 61f, a lid material covering plate 68c, and a notch 87c (corresponding to the removal opening 69c). The claw part 61f is formed by providing a cut line 81f in a part of the lid material covering plate 68c near the notch 87c. The claw part 61f is supported by the claw support part 67f so that it does not fall off the lid material covering plate 68c. The claw support part 67f is a part that is connected to the lid material covering plate 68c near the notch 87c without providing a fold line. The non-protruding claw part 61f has a trapezoidal shape whose width is narrowed as it moves rearward from the claw support part 67f by the cut line 81f. In the trapezoidal claw portion 61f, the relatively wide base portion that is connected to the claw support portion 67f functions as the claw base end portion 62f. In the trapezoidal claw portion 61f, the end portion that includes the relatively narrow side portion on the rear side and the two vertices on both ends of the side portion can function as the claw tip portion 63f.
Compared to the above-mentioned substrate covering portion 70c (FIG. 17), the substrate covering portion 70f shown in FIG. 26 is configured in the same manner, except for the points described below. Three substrate covering recesses 77f having a V-shaped cross-sectional shape along the width direction are formed in the substrate covering portion 70f. A substrate covering flat portion 78 is formed on the periphery of each substrate covering recess 77f. No joining piece is provided on the rear end side (lower side of the paper surface in FIG. 26) of each substrate covering flat portion 78. Each of the three substrate covering recesses 77f in the substrate covering portion 70f is overlapped from above with a package body 10f shown in FIG. 24, and further overlapped from above with a lid covering portion 60f shown in FIG. 25, and the four joining pieces 53c in the lid covering portion 60f and the four joining pieces 53d in the substrate covering portion 70c are joined to obtain a package 1f having three package bodies 10f and one slide member 50f, as shown in FIG. 28.
Compared to the slide member 50c (FIG. 18) described above, the slide member 50f shown in FIG. 27 is configured similarly except for the following points. From the viewpoint of positioning described later, it is preferable that the constriction 75 formed on the side wall of the substrate covering recess 77f is arranged near the claw support portion 67f when the slide member 50f is viewed from above. No joint is provided in the rear portion (lower side of the paper surface of FIG. 27) of the three confrontable portions 51 provided on the slide member 50f. As shown in FIG. 30, in a cross section along the width direction of the slide member 50f, the substrate covering recess 77f has a portion with a similar V-shaped cross-sectional shape that is slightly larger than the V-shaped cross-sectional shape formed by the combination of the bottom wall portion 28 and the side walls (27, 27) on both sides of the bottom wall portion 28 of the storage portion 22f arranged inside the substrate covering recess 77f. Therefore, each of the storage portion 22f and the substrate covering recess 77f has a relatively high buckling strength due to the V-shaped cross-sectional shape, and is not easily crushed by an external force from below. Because the cross-sectional shapes are similar, the gap between the base cover recess 77f and the storage section 22f can be designed to be narrow.
Compared to the above-mentioned packaging body 1c (Fig. 19), the packaging body 1f shown in Fig. 28 is configured similarly, except for the points described below. As described below, from the viewpoint of easily avoiding contact between the claw portion 61f and the contained object 11, and from the viewpoint of easily removing the contained object 11, the packaging body 1f is preferably configured so that the positional relationship between the packaging body 10f and the sliding member 50f is easily maintained, so that the front edge portion 35f of the covering portion 31f and the inclined wall inclined downward to the rear at the front end wall portion 26 of the storage portion 22f are arranged at a position overlapping with the claw portion 61f when viewed from above. For example, it is preferable that the sliding member 50f is provided with a positioning means for maintaining the above-mentioned positional relationship, such as the above-mentioned constriction 75 (Fig. 27).
In the packaging body 1f, it is preferable that the length along the width direction of the rectangular covering portion 31f (the length of the short side of the rectangle) is approximately the same as the width BW of the claw base end portion 62f, which is the base portion of the claw portion 61f. Even if the width BW of the claw base end portion 62f is designed to be wide in this way, the rectangular covering portion 31f (FIG. 28) is more likely to avoid contact between the trapezoidal claw portion 61f deformed into a protruding state and the flange portion 24 (not shown in FIG. 28) at the corner portion 34 than the elliptical covering portion 31a (FIG. 19). For this reason, when the front edge portion 35f having two corner portions 34 of the rectangular covering portion 31f is pushed and torn by the trapezoidal claw portion 61f, a relatively long cut is likely to be formed along the width direction. In other words, as illustrated in FIG. 31, the rectangular covering portion 31f is preferable from the viewpoint that the front edge portion 35f (the portion arranged above the front end wall portion 26) of the covering portion 31f is easily pushed and torn by the trapezoidal claw portion 61f. As described above, the object 11 is relatively stably arranged in the center of the storage section 22f (top surface of the bottom wall section 28) by the front end wall section 26 and the side wall section 27. The front edge section 35f of the covering section 31f is located at a certain distance from the center of the storage section 22f (top surface of the bottom wall section 28). This positional relationship makes it easier to avoid contact between the claw section 61f and the object 11 when the front edge section 35f of the covering section 31f is pushed through by the claw section 61f. In this way, the space above the front end wall section 26 inside the storage section 22f (space below the front edge section 35f) can function as a space for at least a part of the claw section 61f to enter the inside of the storage section 22f when the covering section 31f is pushed through by the claw section 61f.
As described above, when the trapezoidal claw portion 61f creates a relatively long cut in the width direction in the covering portion 31f (preferably the front edge portion 35f), when the package body 10f and the slide member 50f are moved relative to each other, the covering portion 31f is torn by the protruding claw portion 61f, and a relatively wide break opening 33f is formed in the width direction as shown in FIG. 32. Since the opening area of the break opening 33f is large, it is easier to remove the contained item 11 from inside the storage portion 22f. When the covering portion 31f is pushed and broken by the front edge portion 35f by the claw portion 61f, the covering portion 31f is torn by the protruding claw portion 61f with the subsequent relative movement, and a break opening 33f that is wide not only in the width direction but also in the front-rear direction is created, which is preferable from the viewpoint of making it easier to remove the contained item 11.
<Embodiment 4>
Hereinafter, the packaging body 1g according to the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 33(a) and FIG. 33(b) will be described mainly with respect to the differences from the above-mentioned packaging body (1a, 1c, 1f), while omitting the description common to the above-mentioned packaging body (1a, 1c, 1f). The meaning of the terms is the same as that of the above-mentioned packaging body (1a, 1c, 1f). The packaging body 1g includes a packaging body 10f and a sliding member 50g. The packaging body 10f of the packaging body 1g is a PTP sheet 20f having a storage section 22f and a covering section 31f, which is configured in the same manner as the packaging body 10f (FIG. 23) of the above-mentioned packaging body 1f. The sliding member 50g of the packaging body 1g is configured to be capable of moving (sliding) relative to the packaging body 10f, and is a member attached to the packaging body 10f. The sliding member 50g is provided with a claw portion 61g capable of breaking through the covering portion 31f provided on the packaging body 10f. In addition, the slide member 50g is provided with a substrate covering recess 77g which forms a gap 57 for accommodating and sliding the accommodating portion 22f of the packaging body 10f, and a pressing portion 56 which presses the accommodating portion 22f toward the claw portion 61g when the accommodating portion 22f and the covering portion 31f are slid in the gap 57, thereby pressing the covering portion 31f against the claw portion 61g.
35(a) and 35(b) show only the slide member 50g in a state where the package body 10f is removed from the package 1g. The slide member 50g has a lid material cover portion 60g and a base material cover portion 70g facing each other, and the gap 57 between them functions as a space for storing and sliding the storage portion 22f and the covering portion 31f. The lid material cover portion 60g is provided with a lid material cover plate 68c and an outlet 69c, similar to the lid material cover portions (60c, 60f) of the above-mentioned packages (1c, 1f). The claw portion 61g is provided so as to protrude from the base material cover portion 70g into the gap 57 in the middle of the path that slides the storage portion 22f and the covering portion 31f from the rear (upstream side) to the front (downstream side) of the gap 57. A pressing portion 56 is also provided in the middle of this path. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 35(b), an inclined portion 79 that abuts against the storage portion 22f and presses it upward is provided at the bottom of the substrate covering recess 77g in the substrate covering portion 70g.
In the package 1g shown in FIG. 33(b), when the storage section 22f and the covering section 31f are slid from the rear (upstream side) to the front (downstream side) within the gap 57, the storage section 22f rides on the inclined portion 79 described above, and is pressed in the direction (upward) of the claw portion 61g. The covering section 31f is pressed by the pressed storage section 22f and pressed against the claw portion 61g. In other words, the covering section 31f is pressed against the claw portion 61g by the pressing section 56 and is broken. After that, when the storage section 22f and the covering section 31f are further slid forward (downstream side) within the gap 57, the covering section 31f is torn by the claw portion 61g, and a breaking opening 33f is created in the covering section 31f, as shown in FIG. 34(a) and FIG. 34(b). The resulting break opening 33f slides to overlap with the removal opening 69c provided on the front side (downstream side) of the gap 57. Therefore, the contained item 11 in the storage section 22f can be easily removed through the break opening 33f and the removal opening 69c.
The slide member 50g of the package 1g can be assembled by folding one unfolded sheet 80g shown in FIG. 36(a) and FIG. 36(b). The unfolded sheet 80g before folding is integrally molded from one sheet made of a resin composition, for example, by pressing, and has a lid material covering portion 60g, a base material covering portion 70g, and a hinge portion 88. The hinge portion 88 is a portion that connects the lid material covering portion 60g and the base material covering portion 70g. By folding the unfolded sheet 80g in the folding direction BD at the hinge portion 88 as shown in FIG. 36(b), the lid material covering portion 60g and the base material covering portion 70g can be overlapped and joined to assemble the slide member 50g. After placing the package body 10f in an orientation in which the storage portion 22f is arranged on the side of the base material covering recess 77g of the unfolded sheet 80g, the unfolded sheet 80g can be folded and joined to assemble the package 1g.
The pressing portion 56 is not limited to the inclined portion 79 described above, but may be configured to press the storage portion 22f, which is slid from the rear (upstream side) to the front (downstream side) in the gap 57, toward the claw portion 61g, thereby pressing the covering portion 31f against the claw portion 61g. The pressing portion 56 may be, for example, a protrusion (not shown) provided on a portion facing the claw portion 61g. When the storage portion 22f is slid so as to ride on this protrusion, the covering portion 31f is pressed toward the claw portion 61g (upward) and is broken.
