Since petroleum is used as a raw material for resin, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of protection of petroleum resources. The present invention has been made in order to solve such conventional problems, and its purpose is to reduce production costs by using plant fibers such as straw as a main raw material, and furthermore, to reduce the cost of powder. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disposable container / tool made of plant fiber and a method for manufacturing the same, and a mold for manufacturing the container / tool, which can simplify a processing step by molding in a state and prevent environmental pollution due to disposal.

The male mold 4 is fitted in the circular concave portion 2 of the female mold 3 and the tableware (containers and utensils) is provided between the two.
Is to be press-molded. On the outer edge of the upper end of the female mold 3, a raised ridge 5 which contacts the male mold 4 when closing the mold is formed. A groove 6 is formed on the outer edge of the male mold 4 so that the raised ridge 5 is fitted therein. When the mold is closed, the raised ridge 5 and the groove 6 are closed.
Abuts to prevent leakage of the raw material and to cut burrs generated at the outer edge of the molded product at this portion.
When the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are closed, the gap between the male mold and the female mold becomes 0.03 mm to 0.05 mm. When the raw material is pressed, the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are completely crimped from 0.3 seconds to
The ridge 5 and the groove 6 are brought into close contact with each other 0.5 seconds ago, and then the male mold 4 and the female mold 3 are closed with strong pressure, so that leakage of the raw material is prevented and sealing is performed, and pressing is performed with high pressure. . In addition, since a powdery raw material is used, the raw material in the female mold is dispersed vertically and horizontally when the mold is closed during pressing, and is uniformly filled in the mold and pressed. Therefore, occurrence of defective products is reduced.

If the female die and the male die are quickly separated after pressing, air rapidly moves into the mold, and explosion due to the movement of air occurs. May occur, and this explosion may cause destruction of the pressed product. Therefore, an exhaust hole is formed to prevent this explosion. That is,
When removing the female mold and the male mold, the hot air is exhausted from the exhaust hole and the outside air enters, mitigating the rapid air movement and preventing the explosion due to the air movement when separating the female mold and the male mold. I do.
