The steam outlet cylinder 90 is formed so as to be separable from the heated water tank 60, is installed at a predetermined position of the main body storage container 52 above the heated water tank 60, and blows out steam S generated from the heated water tank 60. To lead to. A plurality of vents 92 are provided at a lower portion of the steam outlet tube 90 so that the steam S can be smoothly released from the outlet 58. A plurality of openings are formed in the outlet 58 at predetermined intervals to ensure safety, and steam S is discharged from the plurality of openings to the outside of the humidifier 50. I have. The basic operation of the conventional heating type humidifier 50 having the above configuration will be described. First, when a user injects a desired amount of water into the water supply tank 70 and mounts the water supply tank at a predetermined position on the main body storage container 52, the push-up boss 82 provided in the water receiving tank 80 allows the water supply tank 70 to be filled with water, as described above. The water stop valve 72 of the cap 78 is pushed up, and the water W is
0 and the heated water tank 60 communicating with the water receiving tank 80. When the water surface reaches the water inlet of the cap 78, air stops flowing into the water supply tank 70, the air A in the water supply tank 70 is reduced in pressure, the supply of water W is stopped, and the water surface is constantly set at the set height. Is to be kept.

As described above, when the water W is supplied to the heating water tank 60 and the user starts operating the humidifier 50, the heating water tank 60 is heated by the electric heater 66 attached to the bottom of the heating water tank 60, and the water is heated. W boils and evaporates, and steam S passes through the steam outlet tube 90 and, as described above,
The air is further discharged to the outside of the humidifier 50 to humidify the room. In this case, as described above, since the air is supplied from the vent 92 provided in the lower part of the steam outlet tube 90, the steam S can be smoothly released.

As described above, in the conventional humidifier, a plurality of vents are provided at the lower portion of the steam outlet tube in order to smoothly release steam. However, when water is boiled in the heated water tank, the water in the heated water tank foams, and the water that has popped out from this vent may leak out. In addition, as described above, a structure is provided in which the steam outlet cover is attached to the outlet to prevent the condensation water from dripping. Water can leak from the vents. If the position of the air vent is provided above the steam outlet tube as a countermeasure against this, there is a new problem that the air permeability in the steam outlet tube is deteriorated and the efficiency of releasing steam is reduced. On the other hand, in the conventional humidifier, a receiving stand for receiving water leakage is provided on the outer edge of the heated water tank, but the shape of the upper surface is flat and insufficient for receiving water leakage.

As the water supplied to the heating water tank, tap water is used in ordinary ordinary households.
Minerals such as Mg are contained, and if water leakage from the vent is left, the splashed water droplets will be removed around the heated water tank,
When it enters the gap between the steam outlet tube and the heating water tank and evaporates at that location, these mineral components precipitate as salts such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate.

If this is left for a long period of time, the precipitated salts will be stacked and the gap will be widened, and as a result, the water in the heated water tank will leak from this gap, and the waterproofness of the humidifier will be deteriorated. Is assumed. An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems (problems) and to provide a humidifier with improved waterproofness.

According to the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the humidifier according to the first aspect, a heating water tank for heating and evaporating water and supplying water to the heating water tank. In a humidifier provided with a water supply tank and an outlet for discharging steam generated in the heated water tank to the outside, and a steam outlet tube attached above the heated water tank and configured to guide steam to the outlet. A part of the outer edge of the heated water tank was formed so as to form a receiving base for receiving water leakage having an upper surface having a concave cross section. With this configuration, the water leaking from the heating water tank is stored in the concave portion of the pedestal whose upper surface has a concave cross-sectional shape, and the leakage of water to the outside can be minimized. Vessel. Also, during operation of the humidifier, the pedestal itself is also hot, so most of the leaked water evaporates on the pedestal, causing mineral salts to precipitate on the surrounding parts of the heating water tank, causing inconvenience. Can be prevented.

The humidifier of the present invention has the following excellent effects because it is configured as described in claim 1. (1) If a part of or the whole outer edge of the heated water tank is formed with a receiving base for receiving water leakage having an upper surface having a concave sectional shape, water leaked from the heated water tank has a concave upper surface shape. Since the water is stored in the concave portion of the cradle and leakage of water to the outside can be minimized, a humidifier with improved waterproofness can be obtained. (2) During operation of the humidifier, the pedestal itself is also hot, so most of the leaked water evaporates on the pedestal, and salts of minerals precipitate on peripheral parts of the heating water tank. As a result, a situation where inconvenience occurs can be prevented.
