PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly wipe up lubrication oil spilt in removal of an oil filter by arranging a pair of left and right oil guide parts integrally between an oil filter mounting seat part and an oil pan connecting flange. SOLUTION: On the outside face of a skirt part 2 in a cylinder block 1 in an internal combustion engine, a flange 4 is integrally arranged in the lateral direction, while above the flange 4, a reinforcing lateral rib 5 is arranged integrally. A seat part 7 for an oil filter 6 is integrally arranged above the lateral rib 5, and a pair of left and right oil guide parts 8 extending downward while putting the seat part 7 between them are integrally arranged between the seat part 7 and the lateral rib 5. から、オイルの拭き取りに要する手数が増大するばかり
か、オイルが隅部に入ってしまい完全に拭き取ることが
できない事態が発生すると言う問題があった。
