SOLUTION: A detergent used for a beer dispenser, esp. for a draft beer dispenser, and remarkably excellent in handleability and detergency is obtd. by incorporating a peroxo acid salt as the main ingredient of cleaning-active substances and if necessary a surfactant into the same. An environmentally friendly method is provided whereby dirt can be removed very easily by circulating an aq. soln. of the detergent through the dispenser, esp. its coil.
