Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】アンプルやバイアルをそのまま注射器として使
用でき，汚染の機会を減らし医療廃棄物を減らす事がで
きる。 【構成】図３でゆうと、親指で押すと口先５から薬液が
出る。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】この発明は、アンプルやバイアルをそのま
ま注射器として使用できる様にした
【０００２】従来はアンプルやバイアルから注射器に注
射針を付けて吸っていたが、アンプル注射器にすれば点
滴の測管（三方活栓）からアンプル注射器中の液を直接
入れる事ができる。病・医院の医療従事者は、アンプル
やバイアルを注射器で１つひとつ手で取って組立てい
た。これは、病院関係者にとって極めて手間が掛かり，
不潔になり易く，又医療廃棄物が増える原因となりマイ
ナス面が多かつた。
【０００３】したがって、余分な手間が掛かり救急時に
すぐ患者に薬液を使用できない。手間が掛かり汚染しや
すい。また、医療関係のゴミが増えるため医療ゴミ問題
が起きている。本発明は、こうした使用者の強い要望に
こたえるために発明されたのである。
【０００４】アンプルやバイアルをそのまま注射器とし
て使用することで、アンプルやバイアルから注射器で吸
う手間がない、感染の機会が減り，医療ゴミが激減す
る。
【０００５】アンプル注射器を袋から手で裂いてから出
す。それから、アンプル注射器の口先の取ってをひねて
取る。それから、患者の点滴回路、透析回路、側管から
薬液を入れる。または、普通の注射針を付け、患者に注
射してアンプル注射器内の液を入れる。または、点滴内
に液を入れる。インシュリンの時は、アンプル注射器に
注射針を付けた物を袋から出して、患者に皮下注する。
薬液量は、医師の指示にしたがった量をいろいろセット
をつくって置く、またアンプル注射器内の気体（滅菌状
態）も薬液がきれいに入る様に加減する。
【０００６】だからアンプルにすることで、アンプルか
ら吸う手間がなく、患者に入れる前にラベルで確認が用
意にでき、清潔である。また、医療ゴミも少なくなる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（イ）アンプルやバイアルがそのまま注射
    器として使える様にした。 （ロ）滅菌物であり、デスポ製品であり、材料でつかえ
    る物は全てはいる。 （ハ）アンプル及びバイアル注射器として使える形は全
    て入る。 （ニ）アンプル注射器を袋や箱に入れても入れなくても
    入る。
  2. 【請求項２】（イ）アンプル注射器の口先の取ってをひ
    ねることで、アンプル注射器の口になる。また、アンプ
    ル注射器の口に普通の注射針も付けられる様にした。 （ロ）アンプル注射器に針を付けてキャップをはめても
    入る。また、付けなくとも入る。
