Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully withstand a long-term use by prolonging the life of the cable wiring structure between fixed and movable members. SOLUTION: In the cable wiring structure between fixed and movable members, a fixed member 2 and a movable member 3 that can travel relative to the fixed member 2 are arranged along the traveling direction of the movable member 3, a cable support member 5A made of a band-shaped metal plate 50 that is in a sectional shape for forming a convex surface in a widthwise direction and can be curved and deformation in the longitudinal direction where a middle part is connected by a flexible flat cable 4 that is folded back in a U shape, the middle part is looped back in a U shape along the outside of the flat cable 4, and both ends are connected to the fixed member 2 and the movable member 3. In the cable wiring structure, the cable supporting member 5A joins a film 51 made of a synthetic resin for covering the surface of the band-shaped metal plate 50 to the surface, and stress that acts on the above loop-back part is relaxed by the reaction of the film 51.

FIG. 5 shows an outline of an example of the wiring structure.
The slide door D is movably supported on the side of the vehicle body by a slide rail (not shown), and moves between a closed position (two-dot chain line) and an open position (solid line). The slide door D is provided with a guide rail 1 extending along the moving direction. A fixed member 2 fixed to the rear end of the guide rail 1 and electrically connected to the slide door D is connected to the vehicle body via a link member 7 so as to be movable along the guide rail 1 and to be mechanically connected. The movable member 3 is provided with a movable member 3. The fixed member 2 and the movable member 3 are electrically connected to each other by a flexible flat cable (hereinafter, referred to as a flat cable) 4 which extends in the moving direction of the movable member 3 and has an intermediate portion folded in a U-shape. . A cable supporting member 5 is formed on the outside of the flat cable 4 by bending the intermediate portion in a U-shape along the flat cable 4 and connecting both ends to the fixed member 2 and the movable member 3, respectively. The flat cable 4 is supported from the outside.

By the way, if a flat band-shaped metal plate is used as the cable supporting member 5, the folded portion is deformed so as to bulge outward (FIG. 6), and a large space is required. Therefore, in order to impart straightness to the metal plate, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-253813, the cable support member uses a band-shaped metal plate having a cross-sectional shape having a convex curved surface in the width direction, and the folded portion is formed. The folded back diameter is reduced to save space.

However, in a cable supporting member using a strip-shaped metal plate having a convex curved surface in the width direction, a tensile stress is applied to the folded portion so as to extend the metal plate in the width direction into a flat plate shape. In addition, a tensile stress acts to extend linearly in the length direction. Therefore, stress is repeatedly applied to the cable support member as the slide door D is opened and closed, causing fatigue damage. In particular, if the cable supporting member has a contact flaw with another member during the assembling work, the cable supporting member is easily damaged from the flaw. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to improve the durability of the cable support member by relaxing the stress acting on the cable support member.

Further, since both ends of the cable support member are firmly fastened to the fixed member 2 and the movable member 3 by the screw members, when the movable member 3 rattles during movement, the folded portion of the cable support member is twisted. Occurs and the torsion occurs in addition to the tensile stress, further shortening the durable life of the cable support member. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cable support member mounting structure in which a cable support member is not twisted even when the movable member rattles.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises a fixing member,
A movable member that is relatively movable with respect to the fixed member is disposed along the moving direction of the movable member, and the middle portion is connected by a flat cable that is folded back into a U-shape, and along the outside of the flat cable. A cable support member made of a strip-shaped metal plate that is bent in the longitudinal direction and has a cross-sectional shape that forms a curved surface that is convex in the width direction and has both ends connected to the fixed member and the movable member, respectively, In a cable wiring structure between a fixed member and a movable member, wherein the flat cable is supported from the outside by a cable supporting member, a synthetic resin film covering the surface of the cable supporting member is joined to the surface of the cable supporting member. . The tensile stress acting on the cable supporting member is reduced by the reaction force against the elongation of the film.

The above-mentioned synthetic resin film is formed wider than the above-mentioned cable supporting member, and is joined to the outer surface and the inner surface of the cable supporting member, respectively. The protruding edges are joined to each other (claim 2). Since the entire surface of the cable supporting member is covered and protected by the film, the cable supporting member can be prevented from being damaged, and the film is not peeled off because the edges protruding from the cable supporting member are joined to each other.

Since the cable supporting member 5A is formed into a curved shape having a convex outer surface side, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), the radius of curvature of the folded portion can be reduced, and the portion from the fixed portion 2 to the folded portion can be reduced. Since the portion from the movable member 3 to the folded portion is horizontally parallel to each other, the space can be reduced without contacting the lower surface 11 and the ceiling surface 13 of the guide rail 1. Then, the cable supporting member 5A presses the flat cable 4 from the outside at the folded portion and supports the flat cable 4.

Further, a tensile stress acts on the cable supporting member 5A in the length direction and the width direction at the folded portion. However, since the belt-shaped steel plate 50 has the synthetic resin film 51 adhered to the upper and lower surfaces thereof so as to cover the same, the above-mentioned stress is relieved by the resistance of the film 51. Further, the cable supporting member 5A can prevent the strip-shaped steel plate 50 from being damaged at the time of assembling work or the like. The film 51 is hardly peeled off because the ear portions 52 are provided by bonding both side edges of each film 51 protruding from both side edges of the strip-shaped steel plate 50 to each other. As the film 51, a film of a plastic synthetic resin such as nylon other than polyester is used.

Further, the cable support member 5A connects both ends to the connector 2 of the fixed member 2 and the movable member 3 respectively.

3,303 and bolts B1 and B3
Since the base plates 21 and 31 are closed so as to be relatively rotatable in the width direction, the cable support member 5A can be prevented from being twisted when the movable member 3 moves. Therefore, the durability of the cable supporting member 5A is improved by reducing the tensile stress and preventing torsion,
It can withstand long-term use.
