ラムの通水周面に定着した吸水リングをフレーム前後の
車輪12と共に溜水上に転がすことで、吸水リングの上
部で絞りローラにより絞り落した水を上記通水ドラムを
経て、このドラム内に枢支した受水槽内に貯溜すること
ができ、被除水面を婦女子や高齢者でも軽快に作業性よ

吸水部材に吸水させることで除水する装置において、横
軸1に通水ドラム2をその左右の側板3で回転可能に軸
支し、このドラム内に上部解放で下部に排水栓4を有す
る受水槽5を所定間隙を保ち内装して、この受水槽をそ
の左右の側板6で前記横軸1に枢支して備え、また、前
記通水ドラム2の通水周面2Aには吸水リング7を嵌合
定着するとともに、前記横軸1の左右突出部1Aをそれ
ぞれ左右の支持片8に枢支して、これらの支持片8をほ
ぼ台形枠形のフレームFに固定し、このフレームに突設
した左右の支片9に前記吸水リング7の上部を押圧する
絞りローラ10を軸支横設し、かつ、前記フレームFに
