【請求項2】 第1の駆動源の力により液体吸引管が容器に向かって移動したときに液体吸引管に上向きの外力が作用したことを検知する外力検知手段と、液体吸引管先端部分が液面に到達したことを検知する液面検知手段を備え、
制御手段は、上記外力が検知されなかった場合、液面検知手段による液面検知情報又は外力検知手段による外力検知情報に基いて第1の駆動源を停止させ、上記外力が検知された場合、液面検知手段による液面検知情報に基いて第2の駆動源を停止させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体吸引装置。
【請求項3】 液体吸引管の管先端に斜めカット面が形成され、その斜めカット面における管内壁端に鋭角エッジが生じないよう構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体吸引装置。
