[0003] However, in the case of the gravity flow type drainage, in order to secure the required gradient, a part of the floor surface is raised, and the installation position of the drainage equipment is restricted due to the restriction of the distance between the drainage source and the vertical pipe. There is a problem that a large underfloor space must be taken.

(Operation) The drainage piping structure in a house according to the present invention 1 comprises a drainage pipe from a drainage device installed on a second floor or more of a multi-story house, and a drainage tank having a built-in drainage pump. A drain horizontal pipe connected to one end and a drain horizontal branch pipe connected to the other end of the drain tank, and the drain horizontal branch pipe is connected to a drain vertical pipe in a drainage piping structure in a house; Has a vertical part that hangs vertically through a horizontal part, and this vertical part is connected to a drainage vertical pipe at a vertical pipe joint located under the floor below the floor, so that drainage flows to the vertical pipe joint. Upon arrival, the drainage is performed by the siphon effect, and the drainage flow rate necessary for the self-cleaning effect of preventing the drainage lateral branch pipe from being clogged can be ensured. The installation location of the drainage equipment is not restricted, and Since after emission effects generated the waste water pump is stopped, the pump operating time becomes short, the life of the pump Hakare, electric charges will allow savings.

In the piping structure for drainage in a house according to the third aspect of the present invention, the operation start position of the drainage pump in the drainage tank is set to a higher water level than the drainage port of the drainage tank.
When the amount of water discharged from the drainage equipment is large, the water level in the drainage tank reaches a higher level than the drainage port, and starts the drainage pump. Since the drainage is performed and the drainage pump is stopped, the operation time of the pump is shortened, the life of the pump is extended, and the electricity bill can be reduced.

The material of the drain horizontal branch pipe is not particularly limited, but it is flexible from the viewpoint of pipe workability until the horizontal drain pipe is vertically suspended through the horizontal portion and connected to the vertical drain pipe. It is preferable to use a material having a property, for example, rubber such as crosslinked polyethylene, polybutene, and chloroprene. Also, the caliber can be small, because a strong siphon effect can be obtained by the action of the second vertical portion of the drain horizontal branch pipe hanging down to the vertical pipe joint section downstairs. In this embodiment, a crosslinked polyethylene pipe having an inner diameter of 20 mm is used. Using.

What is important in a drainage system using forced drainage means in a small-diameter, non-gradient piping structure is to secure a required drainage flow rate to impart a self-cleaning effect and remove oil and the like adhering to the pipe inner wall. The goal is to prevent clogging of the horizontal branch pipe if possible. According to the experiment of the inventor, the drainage flow rate was set to 1.5 m / sec.
When the value is c or more, a self-cleaning effect appears. And caliber 20m
m, the horizontal part length of the horizontal part of the drain horizontal branch pipe is 10m,
When the vertical length of the second vertical branch of the drain horizontal branch pipe is 2 m or more, the drain flow velocity is 1.5 m / sec due to the siphon effect.
Experiments have confirmed that the above can be secured. Therefore,
In this embodiment, as described above, the vertical length of the drain horizontal branch pipe second vertical portion 44 is set to 2.5 m.

Next, the mechanism of drainage in this embodiment will be described. The mechanism when drainage is small (5 liters / min or less) is as follows. The drainage from the sink 2 flows into the drainage tank 31 and the water level rises. At this time, the air is discharged through the ventilation pipe 51, and the pressure in the tank is maintained at the atmospheric pressure. When the water level reaches the drain port 34, the discharge of the drain water is started through the drain horizontal branch pipe first vertical portion 42. When the drainage falls down the first vertical portion 42 of the drainage horizontal branch pipe and reaches the horizontal portion 43 of the drainage horizontal branch pipe, the siphon effect is caused by the height difference between the suction port 33 and the horizontal portion 43 of the drainage horizontal branch pipe (FIG. 1A). 1 is expressed, and the drainage is sequentially sucked from the suction port 33. When the drainage reaches the drainage horizontal branch second vertical section 44 and starts to fall, the siphon effect 2 is developed, and the drainage suction is promoted. When the waste water falls down the drain horizontal branch pipe second vertical section 44 and flows into the vertical pipe joint section 81 provided in the underfloor space section 91 of the floor 11 on the first floor, the drop is reduced to the drain horizontal horizontal branch pipe second vertical section. The length is 44 m, which is equal to the length of 44 m. The siphon effect 2 is maximized, and the discharge of drainage is continued while ensuring the drainage flow velocity necessary for the in-pipe self-cleaning effect.

When the amount of drainage from the sink 2 is large (5 liters / minute or more), the water level of the wastewater flowing into the drainage tank 31 from the drainage pipe 41 rises beyond the drainage port 34 and rises. It reaches the height of the water level sensor 35 installed at a position higher by a predetermined dimension than 34. When the water level sensor 35 senses the drainage, the drainage pump 32 is activated, the drainage of the drainage in the drainage tank 31 is started immediately, and the siphon effect 1 and the siphon effect 2 are developed. A timer (not shown) is set in advance for the time until the drainage reaches the vertical pipe joint 81, and after the time when the siphon effect 2 is obtained, the drainage pump 3
2 is stopped.

When the drainage from the sink 2 to the drainage tank 31 is finished, the water is sealed by the water sealing trap 22 and the water level in the tank falls. At this time, air enters from the ventilation pipe 51, and the inside of the tank is kept at the atmospheric pressure to keep the water sealed. When the water level further decreases, air flows in from the suction port 33, and the discharge of drainage ends.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the drainage pipe structure in a house is:
Because of the above-described configuration, when the drainage reaches the vertical pipe junction, the subsequent drainage is performed by the siphon effect, and the drainage flow rate necessary for the self-cleaning effect of preventing the clogging of the drainage lateral branch pipe can be secured. The pipes are small in diameter and have no slope. The required underfloor space is very small, the installation position of the drainage equipment is not restricted, and the above-mentioned drainage pump is stopped after the siphon effect occurs. It takes time, prolongs the life of the pump, and saves on electricity bills.

Since the drainage pipe structure in a house according to the third aspect of the present invention is configured as described above, the effects of the first aspect of the present invention are exhibited, and the water level in the drainage tank when the amount of drainage from the drainage device is large. Reaches the higher rank than the drainage port and starts the drainage pump, the drainage is rapidly filled with drainage in the drainage horizontal branch pipe, the siphon effect occurs quickly, and the drainage is performed thereafter, and the drainage pump is stopped. The operation time is short, the service life of the pump is prolonged, and the electricity bill can be reduced.
