に外輪のカム面側に移動させることが可能となり、信頼
性の高い一方向クラッチが得られる。ここで、クラッチ
機能ON状態におけるばね定数を小さくできることは、
部品の寸法ばらつきの影響も小さくなり、動作が安定す
ることにも繋がる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 複数の転がり部材と、内周面に周方向一
定の間隔でカム面が形成された外輪と、その各カム面に
対してそれぞれ転がり部材が配置されるよう各転がり部
材を周方向一定の間隔で保持する保持器と、各転がり部
材をそれぞれカム面に対して楔作用を発揮する向きに付
勢する複数のバネを備えるとともに、各転がり部材をバ
ネの付勢力に抗する向きに強制的に変位させて当該各転
がり部材とその内側の軸とが非接触のクラッチ機能OF
F状態となすクラッチ機能ON/OFF手段を備えた一
方向クラッチにおいて、 上記各バネが、クラッチOFF状態での撓み量における
ばね定数が、クラッチON状態での撓み量におけるばね
定数に比して増大する2段バネとなっていることを特徴
とする一方向クラッチ。
