Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winder capable of smooth winding without disconnection and having good operation even for a perforated bag-forming tube having many perforated cut parts and allowing easy disconnection in use. SOLUTION: This roll winder is provided with: a winding receiving roller 51 for winding a perforated bag-forming tube 1a having perforations and a sealed part and rotated at the same peripheral velocity as the carrying speed of the tube 1a; a winding shaft upwardly downwardly parallel movably installed at the upper side of the winding receiving roller 51 and having a demountable winding core at its outer boundary; and a winding auxiliary roller 52 placed at the upper side of the winding shaft in parallel, upwardly downwardly parallel movable, downwardly energized and rotated at the same or slightly higher peripheral velocity as or than the peripheral velocity of the winding receiving roller 51. The perforated bag-forming tube 1a is wound on the outer boundary of the winding core mounted on the winding shaft, and placed on the winding receiving roller 51. The winding auxiliary roller 52 is abutted to the upper side surface of the perforated bag-forming tube 1a for winding operation.

In such a conventional winding apparatus, it is difficult to adjust the tension applied to the perforated bag processing tube at the time of winding, so that the tension applied to the tube has to be increased. Therefore, cutting tends to occur during winding, and in order to eliminate this cutting, the proportion of the part cut by perforation must be reduced, and if a large cutting force is required during use, There was a compelling problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The features of the present invention for solving the conventional problems as described above and achieving the intended purpose are as follows.
The synthetic resin tube is sequentially conveyed by a plurality of feed rollers,
Along with forming a perforation for cutting on the tube during the conveyance, a perforated bag processing tube having a seal portion formed in parallel with the perforation is wound up sequentially in a roll shape around the core. In the roll winding device in the apparatus for manufacturing a rolled synthetic resin bag with perforations to be formed, the perforated bag processing tube formed with the perforations and the seal portion is wound around at the same week speed as the transport speed of the synthetic resin tube. A winding take-up roller having a rotating take-up roller, a take-up shaft having a take-up core detachably mounted on an upper side of the take-up take-up roller and being parallel to the roller and capable of moving vertically up and down; It is arranged on the upper side in parallel with this and is vertically movable so as to be able to move up and down and is urged downward. A winding auxiliary roller which is rotated at a slightly higher peripheral speed, and the perforated bag processing tube is wound around the outer periphery of a winding core mounted on the winding shaft, and is placed on the winding receiving roller, The winding assist roller is brought into contact with the upper surface thereof to perform a winding operation.

In this perforation forming apparatus, the perforation cutter moves in and out of the tube at a position where the synthetic resin tube is continuously conveyed and is wound around the perimeter of the perforation roller to form a perforation in the tube. With this configuration, when forming a perforation by projecting the cutter, it can be performed without applying any tension to the synthetic resin tube. Therefore, even if the ratio of the cut portion of the perforation is increased, the perforation processing is performed. There is no breakage inside, and since it can be processed during the continuous transport of the tube, it is possible to send at high speed,
Work efficiency is high.

Further, since the cutter projects from the inside of the perforated roller around which the tube is wound in the direction penetrating the tube, the edge of the cutting blade is almost eliminated,
Since a sharp state can be always maintained, the perforations formed are always constant, high quality can be maintained, and the cost can be reduced because the cutting blade has a long life.

Further, a pair of guide rollers are provided in parallel with the perforation roller at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the perforation roller, and the guide rollers are combined between the respective guide rollers and the perforation roller. By winding the synthetic resin tube around the perimeter of the perforation roller with the resin tube interposed, perforation can be formed in a state where the perforation forming portion is fixed to the perimeter of the perforation roller by a pair of guide rollers, More accurate and consistent quality perforations can be formed.

As described above, in the winding device in the apparatus for manufacturing a perforated roll-wound synthetic resin bag according to the present invention, the perforated bag-forming tube formed with perforations and a seal portion is wound around the synthetic resin bag. A take-up receiving roller that rotates at the same speed as the conveying speed of the resin tube, and is disposed above the take-up receiving roller in parallel with the roller, and is installed so as to be vertically movable in parallel, and a detachable core is provided on the outer periphery. A take-up shaft, and a take-up auxiliary roller which is disposed above and parallel to the take-up shaft, is parallelly movable up and down, is urged downward, and is rotated at the same peripheral speed as the take-up receiving roller. The perforated bag processing tube is wound around an outer periphery of a winding core attached to the winding shaft, and is placed on the take-up receiving roller. By performing the winding operation by contacting the winding assist roller, the peripheral speed of the wound roll is always the same as the winding receiving roller, and the winding force of the torque converter or the like is not adjusted. Thus, the perforated bag processing tube fed at a constant speed can be sequentially wound up at the same speed as the transport speed and with almost no tension.

Further, the winding shaft has a large-diameter portion having an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the winding core and a small-diameter portion smaller than the large-diameter portion. Since a plurality of core inner surface pressing springs protruding outward from the diameter are provided at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, the attachment and detachment of the core with respect to the take-up shaft is facilitated, resulting in effects such as good operability.
