Description of the Related Art When a polyvinyl chloride resin composition for interposing electric wires and cables, which has been introduced in the past, is used, when the electric wires and cables are formed, the polyvinyl chloride-based insulator of the core adheres to the intervening material. It becomes impossible or difficult to peel off each other when processing the ends of electric wires and cables.
Generally, electric wires and cables with good workability cannot be obtained.

However, in general, the problem was not solved because the improvement of the releasability between the core insulator and the interposition was insufficient, and it was not possible to adopt it from the viewpoint of cost. (1) Polyvinyl chloride for interposition Even if a foaming agent is blended with the resin composition and an attempt is made to obtain an intervening foamed by the foaming agent, the amount of the plasticizer must be increased to 50% by weight for uniform foaming. On the other hand, when the resin content is about 50% by weight, the adhesiveness increases and the releasability deteriorates.

Increases the hardness and becomes brittle, and if the amount of plasticizer is increased to avoid this, the tackiness increases and the releasability deteriorates.

The improvement in the overall releasability is not ensured, and the polyethylene resin or the like is expensive, so that it cannot be adopted because of the cost required for the interposition.

It is a main component of the intervening filler, and preferably has a silica content of 2% or more. The addition amount is from 250 to 300 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin.
It is preferred to use parts by weight. If the addition amount is less than the lower limit, a sufficient effect of improving the releasability cannot be obtained, and if the addition amount is more than the upper limit, molding of the interposition becomes difficult.

It is a compounding agent. The addition amount is preferably 5 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin. If the addition amount is less than the lower limit, the effect of improving the releasability will be insufficient, and if the addition amount is more than the upper limit, the effect will be saturated, and it will be finally difficult to form the interposition.

Is synergistically enhanced by the coexistence of hydrous silicic acid and the like. The calcium-substituted A-type zeolite according to the present invention has a form of regular hexahedral crystal particles, and has functions such as adsorption ability, trapping ability, and exchange ability based on the zeolite crystal structure. Preferred as the calcium-substituted A-type zeolite is a synthetic calcium-substituted A-type zeolite, which has a very low content of residual alkali, iron ions, alkali ions, clay-based inorganic substances and the like, and has high purity. It is in the form of rounded regular hexahedral crystal particles having a rounded corner, and such a calcium-substituted A-type zeolite is a special calcium-substituted synthetic zeolite provided by Kosho Co., Ltd .: CS-100 ( Composition formula: C
aO.Al 2 O 3 .2SiO 2 .4.5H 2 O). The addition amount is preferably 1 to 8 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl chloride resin. If the added amount is less than the lower limit, a sufficient peeling effect cannot be obtained, and if the added amount is more than the upper limit, the effect is saturated, and finally, it becomes difficult to form the interposition. The effect of improving the releasability is to reduce the bonding surface by the regular hexahedral crystal particle shape, and to take in the adhesive by the three-dimensional network structure or the balloon-like structure.
Further, it is considered that these effects are obtained as a result of being increased by a synergistic effect with hydrous silicic acid and the like.

The thing which peeled and removed the sheath beforehand to the distance of 100 mm from one end was used for the peeling test. In the peeling test, in a room at a temperature of 23 ° C. and a humidity of 50%, the interposer and the core insulator are peeled off from the end from which the sheath has been removed in advance, and it is observed whether or not a part of the interposer remains on the insulator. Then, as a result of the peeling test for each of 200 samples, the number of samples in which no intervention was left on the insulator was recorded, and the case where the number was less than 10 was passed, and the case where 10 or more was found was rejected. The results of the peel test are shown in Tables 1 and 2.

An electric wire / cable cut out to a length of 200 mm (L = 200 mm) has a sheath 2 previously cut to a position 100 mm from the left end. The sample removed by stripping shows a state in which the interposition 1 has been stripped from the insulator 3 covering the conductor 4 by the stripping test (however, the stripped interposition is omitted. The interposition is 100 mm from the left end). , Which is a simplification to better understand the concept of the peel test.)

ことである。(4) Description of the results of Examples 1 to 3 As shown in Table 1, when the polyvinyl chloride resin composition of the preferred composition according to the present invention was used for forming an interposition, a peel test was conducted. As a result, no intervening residue in the insulator was observed at all, and the effect of improving the releasability was clearly observed. It should be noted that the releasability is high even under the condition that the amount of the plasticizer is relatively large and the tackiness is increased as in the case of Example 3.

It is the case where the use or the combination of only two persons is performed. In each of these cases, the proportion of the sample in which a part of the interposition was adhered to the insulator was high, and all of the samples were judged to be rejected.
