している庇、小屋根、或いはカーポート、サイクルポー
ト、シェルター等の屋根を言い、躯体外壁とは、躯体の
室外側を言う。ここで第一部材とは、屋根全体、屋根を
構成している前枠材、垂木、野縁等を言い、更に屋根に
固定するものも含まれる。ここで第二部材の第一取付部
とは、第二部材の取付角度を調整した状態でネジ等で屋
根に固定されないものも含まれる。請求項2として、第
一取付部が第二部材の取付角度を調整した状態で屋根に
固定してある。

躯体Wに対する第二部材2の取付角度θが小さくなり、
屋根8の先端側が上方向に押し上げられる。即ち、第一
間隔調整部5と第二間隔調整部6との間隔hは、躯体W
に対する第二部材2の取付角度θに略比例するもので、
例えば間隔hを広くすると、取付角度θが広くなり、間
隔hを狭くすると、取付角度θが狭くなる。
