Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an airtight device between a pillar and a floor material in a wooden building. 2. Description of the Related Art In a wooden building, in order to lay floor materials, a base is combined with a pulley, a joist is erected between them, and a pillar directly joined to the base by tenon joining is used. ,
In general, a means for mounting and fixing on a horizontal member such as the base with the end face abutting on the peripheral surface of the column is employed. [0003] In the above-mentioned prior art, the flow of air between the floor and the inside of the room (particularly, the gap from the floor below) depends on the accuracy of the abutment between the peripheral surface of the pillar and the end surface (edge) of the floor material. Wind), but it is extremely difficult to prevent the gap between the end surface of the floor material and the peripheral surface of the column due to the processing accuracy of the column and the floor material or the thinness accompanying the temporal change of the column. It is difficult, and a means for preventing draft from passing through this gap has been desired. [0004] The present invention has been made with the object of providing an airtight device between a pillar and a flooring material in which no gap is formed between the pillar and the flooring material. [0005] A column is erected on a base via a sheet-like airtight material, and is laid on the base at a portion of the airtight material protruding from the periphery of the column. The end of the floor material is placed. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an airtight device between a pillar and a floor material in a wooden building according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a main part, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a cutaway plan view, and FIG.
FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1. In the figure, reference numerals 1, 1 'denote bases which are combined with each other in a T-shape and placed on a foundation concrete 2, and a mortise 3 is formed in one base 1, and a lower end face is formed in the mortise 3. The column 5 is joined to the base 1 via a sheet-shaped airtight material 6 so as to engage the tenon 4 projecting from the base 1, and the bases 1 and 1 '.
A floor material 8 engaged with the column 5 is placed and fixed on the upper surface at an engagement notch 7 provided at the edge, and the floor material 8 and the base 1, 1
′, A peripheral end portion 6 ′ of the hermetic material 6 protruding from the peripheral edge of the column 5 is provided as an example apparatus. The sheet-shaped airtight material 6 is made of ethylene propylene rubber having light weight, toughness (tear strength), heat insulation, non-water absorption, cushioning, weather resistance and flame retardancy. It is made of a sheet having a square shape larger than the cross section of the pillar 5 by applying an adhesive, and a window hole 9 is provided at the center substantially corresponding to the mortise 3 formed in the base 1. The tenon 4 is engaged with the mortise 3 (by passing the tenon 4 through the window 9, the airtight material 6
The end 8 ′ of the flooring material 8 (constituting the engagement notch 7 in the embodiment) is placed on a portion 6 ′ protruding from the column 5, interposed between the column 5 and the base 1. It was done. The material of the airtight material 6 is not particularly limited as long as it is close to the column 5, the floor material 8 or the base 1, and closes the gap generated between the column 5 and the floor material 8. However, at least, since the airtight material 6 is interposed between the pillar 5 and the floor material 8 and the base 1, perfect airtightness is obtained if there is a gap between the pillar 5 and the base 1, and the floor material 8 and the base 1. Since the airtight material cannot be held, it is desirable that the airtight material is compressed and has a cushioning property (elasticity) in order to fill small gaps between the base 1 and the columns 5 to the flooring 8. Those having weather resistance are desirable. The reason why the adhesive is applied to one surface of the airtight material 6 on the side of the base 1 is that the airtight material 6 is adhered to the bases 1 to 1 ′. The misalignment due to others is prevented, and the work of joining the pillar 5 to the base 1 is performed smoothly. The floor material 8 of the embodiment is made of plywood, and is directly laid on a base or a large pull-up, and a joist is omitted.
The present invention can be applied to a flooring structure requiring a joist. Since the present invention has the above-described configuration,
The gap formed between the pillar and the flooring material can be closed with an airtight material, thus preventing the flow of air (draft) through the gap,
It can prevent insects such as cockroaches from entering.
