[Prior Art] There are few plant active agents which promote germination of plants, improve absorption of fertilizers and promote growth, not fertilizers, and only natural products or natural products which have been slightly treated Was not seen. It was difficult and time-consuming to restore the vitality of a weakened plant due to lack of sunshine and poor nutritional balance. There was no natural material revitalizer that could easily recover in such cases.

[Means for Solving the Problems] While confirming the effects of various natural substances, the present inventor has come to realize that a tea extract has a plant-activating effect. While continuing his research to further enhance the effect, he came to discover that a solution obtained by electrolyzing a tea extract had a stronger activating effect. Furthermore, they found that the effect of the electrolysis was greatly enhanced when salt was added to the tea extract and the electrolyzed solution was used to enhance the electrolysis effect. When the same test was performed with other chloride salts and hydrochloric acid, and further with an electrolyte other than chloride, the same effect was confirmed. At this point, the present inventor has noticed that the components of teas are the cause of the effect, and conducted a similar test on chemical substances commonly contained in teas. As a result, it was confirmed that the same plant activating effect was confirmed, although there was a difference in size, in any of the cases where tannin, caffeine, catechin, and chlorophyll were similarly treated, thus completing the present invention. Next, an example of confirming the effect of the plant activity using test examples will be described. [Test Example 1] 5% of salt was dissolved in an oolong tea extract, and a flow rate of 150 l / h and an electric voltage of 5 were measured using the apparatus shown in FIG.
The solution was electrolyzed with V and 3A, and the total amount of the decomposed product was diluted 100 times with tap water to obtain a test solution. A solution prepared in the same manner using water instead of oolong tea was used as a control solution 1 and tap water as a control 2. A test for germination and growth of seeds was performed using these three. A total of 10 seeds were sown in the holes of a sponge without fertilizer, and each liquid was immersed to half the thickness of the sponge. The liquid was appropriately added in a reduced amount. The results are shown in the following table. It is clear that the test solution has a growth promoting effect. In this test, it is possible to activate the plant using a tea of a different type. Therefore, the plant can be efficiently cultivated without adversely affecting the soil and the surrounding environment. In addition, it is possible to reduce the amount of fertilizer used by the effect, and it is possible to prevent soil fatigue.
