2. Description of the Related Art Recently, domestic wastewater and miscellaneous wastewater have been purified and reused, or have been discharged to sewage or the like after the purification treatment. As one of such purification methods, there is a biological filtration method utilizing aerobic bacteria. Aerobic bacteria are killed in the absence of oxygen, so usually air is supplied from a blower to the lower part of the contact material of the biological filtration chamber through a diffuser to proliferate and activate the aerobic bacteria. I can do it. As shown in a vertical sectional view of FIG. 4, an example of a conventional air diffuser in a contact aeration process or the like includes a carrier 2 provided as a contact material in a contact aeration chamber or the like 1 and a contact aeration chamber 1 or the like. Partition wall 4 for partitioning between adjacent room 3
Is disposed using the space 5 in which the treated water circulated is formed. The air outlet of the air diffuser 6 is located below the carrier 2. The treated water is
It flows from above the contact aeration chamber or the like 1 and passes through the carrier 2. When passing through the carrier 2, the carrier 2 comes into contact with microorganisms such as aerobic bacteria attached to the surface of the carrier 2 and is subjected to a purification treatment. The treated water after purification is stored in the adjacent chamber 3 through the communication port 7 formed on the lower side of the partition 4, and is reused by overflow or discharged into sewage or the like. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the conventional air diffuser in the biological filtration process has no space between the carrier 2 and the partition 4, as shown in FIG.
The feeling of aeration 6 was provided through the carrier 2.

As described above, in the contact aeration treatment shown in FIG. 4, a space 5 for circulating treated water is formed between the carrier 2 and the partition wall 4. It is possible to easily perform maintenance of the air diffuser 6 by utilizing it. However, in the biological filtration method shown in FIG. 5, since the air diffuser 6 is disposed through the carrier 2,
There were the following problems. That is, in the conventional biological filtration method, the air diffuser 6 is disposed so as to penetrate the carrier 2, so that the air diffuser 6 cannot be taken out without removing the carrier 2, and the maintenance work is very large. There was a disadvantage. Moreover, in some cases, the carrier 2 cannot be removed, and the worst situation may arise where maintenance of the air diffuser 6 cannot be performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The configuration of the present invention will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings. 1 to 3 show an air diffuser according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view showing a part of a septic tank 8, FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof, and FIG. It is a top view. As shown in FIG. 1, the purification tank 8 has a pretreatment chamber 9, a biological filtration chamber 10, and a sedimentation chamber or a treated water storage chamber (hereinafter, referred to as an adjacent chamber) 11. The pretreatment chamber 9 is a so-called sedimentation separation chamber or the like that separates suspended matter in wastewater and stores the separated sludge and scum at the same time. The supernatant water separated in the pretreatment chamber 9 flows into the biological filtration chamber 10 to perform a biological filtration process.

[0008] The biological filtration chamber 10 is provided with a contact member 12 containing a carrier for adhering aerobic microorganisms. The contact material 12 has air permeability and water permeability, and the supernatant water from the pretreatment chamber 9 flowing from the upper side of the biological filtration chamber 10 passes through the contact material 12 and escapes to the bottom side. The space region below the bottom surface of the contact member 12 communicates with the adjacent chamber 11 through a communication port 14 provided on the lower side of the partition 13. Thus, this adjacent room 1
1 is provided with an air diffuser 15. Diffuser 15
Has an L-shape, and a large number of air ejection ports are formed in the lower horizontal tube portion 15a. This horizontal tube part 15a
As shown by a chain line in FIG. 3, the contact material 12 is inserted into the adjacent chamber 11 so as to be parallel to the partition wall 13 and then rotated by approximately 90 degrees about the vertical tube portion 15b as a central axis.
It is arranged so that it may be located below. A plurality of diffuser tubes 15 may be provided at predetermined intervals. FIG. 3 shows a case where three cables are provided. Fresh air is blown out from an air outlet provided in the horizontal pipe portion 15a of the diffuser pipe 15 thus arranged by a blower (not shown). This fresh air will supply oxygen to the aerobic microorganisms of the contact material 12, thereby realizing activation and growth of the microorganisms. That is, efficient biological treatment can be performed.

In the case where the air outlet of the horizontal pipe portion 15a is regularly inspected or the clogging is cleaned, when the air diffuser 15 is taken out, the operation reverse to the above-described operation may be performed. As described above, the removal and attachment (detachment) of the air diffuser 15 is performed by the adjacent chamber 11 of the biological filtration chamber 10.
Since the operation can be performed in a wide space without obstacles, the operation can be performed irrespective of the contact material 12 of the biological filtration chamber 10, so that the operation is extremely simple. for that reason,
The labor and time required for the maintenance work can be saved, and the maintenance cost can be significantly reduced. Further, the configuration is such that the attachment and removal of the air diffuser 15 are performed from the adjacent chamber 11, and the biological filtration chamber 10 is partitioned by a wall on four sides.
It is possible to adopt a configuration in which a carrier as a contact material is inserted into the inside thereof, and a net is provided above and below the wall to prevent the carrier from flowing out.
