SOLUTION: The air heated to about 60 deg.C by a heating means 7 is supplied into a reaction tank 1 by interposing a fixed delivery pump 8 and a supply means or a jet nozzle 9 arranged at the bottom part of the reaction tank 1. Then the raw water sprayed from a raw water spraying pipe 5 is heated with the supplied heated air from the jet nozzle 9 and stirred to form bubbles and to float in the reaction tank 1, and the org. matter is subjected to high temp. and aerobic treatment by allowing the surface of the bubbles to perform a role of dwelling of microorganisms. As the result, the formed gas such as carbon dioxide is discharged from an upper end open port 3 after deodorizing. In this way, a large amount of org. waste water can be treated in a short time.
