【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 超音波発生手段と超音波振動を増幅させ
る振動ホーンを備え、洗浄液の供給されたホーン先端部
に被洗浄物を至近距離に接近または接触させて洗浄する
洗浄装置において、振動ホーンを取り囲むよう形成した
ガード部のホーン先端部付近に被洗浄部分を挿入して洗
浄するスリット部を設けたことを特徴とする布類の洗浄
装置。
