【発明の効果】密封された内側と外側カップ間のゼリ−
状保冷材が冷凍室で冷凍され、その保冷効果により、マ
グカップに注いだビ−ル等飲料を長時間保冷することが
できる。又、内側と外側カップの底部間に装填するゼリ
−状保冷材の存在によりその保冷効果は従来に比し、格
段の保冷力を有している。又、内側カップと外側カップ
を固定する際、縦溝5aの存在により、内側カップの上
部に設けた逆U字形折曲げ部の下端が外側カップと抵抗
なく密着し、両者の空間内の内圧上昇を防ぐことがで
き、マグカップ生産性の向上に寄与し、しかも構造上安
全である。内側カップの側胴外面に吸水性を有する紙又
は布を添着したので、底部の保冷材と相まってより優れ
た保冷効果を発揮する。外側カップの底面及び側胴内周
面に断熱性シ−ト材を嵌装したので、これ又ゼリ−状保
冷材と相埃って保冷効果の向上に寄与している。さら
に、内側カップをステンレス製にしたので、何回もの使
用後にも傷がつかず、きわめて衛生的である。ゼリ−状
保冷材が冷凍室で冷凍されることにより、体積が増大
し、外側カップの圧入溶着部分から、内側カップを押し
上げようとする力が発生する。

を装填したのち、前記内側カップ(2)の逆U字形折曲げ
部(6)の下端を環状溝(5)内に圧入し、高周波加熱によ
り溶着して固定したことを特徴とする保冷機能付マグカ
ップ。
