から第2洗浄槽へ落下させ、その高温水中に浸漬したペ
ットボトル細片を、斜め上向きの傾斜勾配に支持した案
内樋とスクリュウコンベアにより洗浄しながら搬送し、
当該スクリュウコンベアの先端寄りの位置で第2洗浄槽
の水中から押し出し搬送する工程。 (4) 押し出されたペットボトル細片をスクリュウコン
ベアの先端部から脱水ドラム内へ落とし込み、当該脱水
ドラムの内部に設けた水切り用回転羽根板により回転脱
水した上で、排出用回転羽根板により輸送管を搬出さ
せ、それを温風搬送することにより乾燥処理する工程。

とを特徴とする切断したペットボトル細片の多段洗浄脱
