本物品は、建物内の天井面もしくは内壁面に複数個が四方に連続して敷設され、パイプに冷温水が通水されることにより、放射効果で室内の冷暖房を行うことができる冷暖房用放射パネルである。「使用状態を示す参考斜視図」に示すように、６個が並列配置されたスパンドレルは、並列方向一端部を構成するスパンドレル（スパンドレルＡ）のみが、他のスパンドレル（スパンドレルＢ）と形状が相違しており、並列方向両端部が、建物の天井に設けられた天井下地材であるＹバーに、同じ高さ位置で支持される。
