本物品は、尿吸収用のパッド部を備えた男性用下着である。本物品に係る男性用下着の各部の名称は［各部の名称を示す参考図１］及び［各部の名称を示す参考図２］の通りである。本物品に係る男性用下着は、外尿道口近傍の股間に密着する下着であって、外尿道口より漏出する尿を吸収するパッド部が、前身頃から後身頃に渡って縫合され、さらに、股間に隣接する左右の大腿内側に密着する箇所に渡って縫合されている。身生地とパッド部の生地に異なる色彩を配することにより、視覚的に表裏の見分けがつき、特有の美観を兼ね備えたデザインになっている。
