Abstract

يتعلق هذا الاختراع بتركيبة دوائية والتي تشمل على بروجيستوجسينات، ويستحسن بروسبيرينون، استروجينات، ويستحسن اثينيل استرادايول، و5- مثيل andndash;(6S)- رباعي هيدروفولات، يمكن استخدامها كمانع للحمل فمي وبالإضافة لذلك يمنع الاضطرابات المرضية التي يسببها نقص الفولات بمتعاطية، وبالأخص الاضطرابات المرضية للأوعية الدموية القلبية، وبعد حمل الجنين، التشوهات الخلقية المتسببة نتيجة لنقص الفولات مثل، على سبيل المثال، عيوب (تشوهات) القناة العصبية، عيوب الصمام البطيني، عيوب القناة البولية التناسلية، وتشقق الشفاة، الفك والحنك، من دون حجب أعراض نقص فيتامين B12، وفي نفس الوقت حتى في حالة التعدد الشكلي متجانس اللواقح أو متغير اللواقح لإنزيم اختزال رباعي هيدروفولات المثيلين ليسهل الاستخدام الغير معترض (معاق) لعنصر الفولات 5- مثيل (6S)- رباعي هيدروفولات بالجسم وبذلك نشاطه الحيوي لمنع التشوهات الخلقية المذكورة بعالية المتسببه نتيجة نقص الفولات. وبالإضافة لذلك، المحافظة تأثير وقائي طويل الأجل بعد وقف تعاطي مانع الحمل.
