Abstract

Described is a device (1) for managing the electrical power which can be supplied to a lighting body (2), comprising a unit (5) for regulating the electrical power of a main power supply signal (4), an input interface (8) designed to receive an input signal (15) representing the main power supply signal (4), a time counting unit (9) configured to count the duration of at least one time interval between two consecutive switchings of the input signal (15). Moreover, the device comprises a processing unit (10) which is operatively connected to the time counting unit (9) of the electrical power for generating, as output, a signal (16) for configurating the regulating unit (5) according to the duration of the time interval counted.
