Secondo il Modello ideato si viene a creare una particolare attrezzatura in legno o metallo, mediante la quale una persona disabile perchè affeta da limitazioni funzionali, può autonomamente sollevarsi dalla posizione seduta a quella ereta e spostarsi facilmente in detta posizione per le normali ed usuali esigenze. L’attrezzatura è stata studiata e realizzata con ampie possibilità di regolazione al fine di poter essere adattata alle diverse altezze e dimensioni trasversali delle persone interessate, a partire da una statura minima di 14S centimetri, fino a circa 190 centimetri. Il sollevamento avviene ad opera di un attuatore lineare con adeguata forza di spinta, azionato eletricamente da adatte baterie di accumulatori ricaricabili. Nelle tavole di fotografie e disegni unite, le figure 1,2 e 3, mostrano di fianco il sollevatore nelle tre posizioni di seduta, intermedia ed ereta; le figure 4 e 5 lo rappresentano in vista posteriore ed anteriore; la figura 6 mostra l’atrezzatura ripiegata per avere il minimo ingombro; le figure 7,8 e 9 mettono in evidenza l’adattabilità del sollevatore alle diverse altezze delle persone, semplicemente scegliendo la posizione dei perni di rotazione nei vari fori predisposti; le figure 10 e 11 rappresentano più in dettaglio le stesse possibilità di personalizzazione in base alle diverse altezze delle persone. -NEL DETTAGLIO.- L’attrezzatura in oggetto è costituita essenzialmente da una piattaforma 1, mobile sul pavimento tramite quattro ruote pivottanti 2.-La piattaforma 1 è unita ad un sostegno formato da due elementi sagomati 3 fra loro collegati e distanziati tramite un perno speciale inseribile di volta in volta in tre serie di dieci fori allineati con inclinazione di 25°-30°-35° rispetto alla verticale.-Fra i due elementi 3 è imperniata una mensola formata da due elementi 4, con funzione di leva e provvista anch’essa di dieci fori per diversi ed adeguati collegamenti con i fori del sostegno 3, mediante il suddetto perno speci ale. -Questa mensola è congegnata in modo da potersi unire, con manovra di avvicinamento, al sellino 5, normalmente posizionato separato dalla mensola, disposto sul sedile della carozzella o della sedia. -Sempre fra gli elementi 3 del sostegno, ed anch’esso formato da due parti, è inserito un braccio 6, circa verticale, che porta in sommità una struttura a forma di “C”, quale supporto del torace o dei gomiti, o delle ascelle, con tre posizioni a scelta.-II braccio 6 è collegato agli altri elementi 3 e 4 sempre mediante il suddetto perno speciale. La mensola 4 unita al sellino 5 viene mossa a comando da un attuatore lineare elettrico irreversibile, con una forza di spinta di circa 2000 N.-La rotazione della mensola 4 di circa 90° intorno al perno, porta il disabile dalla quota di circa 330 mm (seduto) alla posizione eretta.-Le varie posizioni per le diverse altezze, si ottengono semplicemente con lo spostamento di un unico perno di collegamento nella serie dei dieci fori predisposti e rappresentati in figura 10.-La figura 11 è un ingrandimento, rispetto alla precedente, della sequenza dei 27 fori di base.-In tal modo, con i vari accoppiamenti dei fori mediante il perno speciale di cui si è detto, si realizzano 180 e più posizioni con le possibili varianti in spessore e dimensione del ventre, del sedere e della schiena più o meno arcuata della persona. -L’elemento a braccio 6, una volta sganciato dal perno, può ruotare di circa 180° per disporsi nella zona bassa delle ruote posteriori.-Un esempio di impaccamento del sollevatore, con gli elementi ripiegati a riposo verso le ruote posteriori, è rappresentato nella figura 6 della Tavola IIIA; in questa posizione di ingombro ridotto, il sollevatore può essere più agevolmente trasportato. -Da quanto esposto ed illustrato risultano evidenti la novità e l’utilità dell’attrezzatura ideata, anche per la sua realizzazione mediante elementi accoppiati ed adeguatamente distanziati fra loro, specie per il montante poggia-busto, che consente in tal modo anche la minzione in posizione eretta del disabile.
