Il trovato riguarda un cartello luminoso riportante una segnaletica relativa agli impianti di sicurezza da utilizzarsi all’ interno delle gallerie stradali. The finding relates to a luminous sign showing signs relating to safety systems to be used inside road tunnels.

E’ noto che all’ interno delle gallerie stradali di una certa lunghezza è prevista l’installazione di impianti di sicurezza che comprendono attrezzi di pronto intervento usabili in caso di incendio. Tali apparecchi sono essenzialmente estintori e/o manichette provviste di lancia per getto d’acqua in pressione. Il cartello luminoso ideato è rappresentato schematicamente in fig. 1, ove è indicato complessivamente con 1, nella sua forma esterna preferita costituita da un prisma con le basi, superiore 2 e inferiore 3, a forma di triangolo isoscele, in particolare equilatero. Da quanto sopra descritto e illustrato nelle tavole allegate risulta evidente che il cartello luminoso del trovato raggiunge tutti gli scopi prefissati, conseguendo una particolare efficacia per quanto concerne l’applicazione, la manutenzione, la resistenza agli urti, la protezione dal rischio elettrico, nonché della visibilità a distanza aH’intemo delle gallerie stradali anche poco illuminate. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Illuminated sign (1) for safety signs in tunnels characterized by the fact that it includes: - a bearing frame composed of sections (4) in metal section arranged along the sides of a triangular-based prism (2; 3) and able to be fixed to the tunnel wall by means of a bracket connected to said frame in correspondence with its posterior face (5); - a screen having at least two flat transparent faces (6; 7), forming a preferably acute angle (A) between them and bearing the symbols required by current legislation, said screen being able to be inserted inside said frame with said two flat faces arranged vertically and facing respectively towards the two directions of travel (X; Y) inside the tunnel; - a support base (9) of the lighting body (8) having a triangular shape corresponding to the basic shape of said prismatic supporting frame and able to be applied to one of the bases (2; 3) of said same supporting frame, so that said lighting body (8) is inside the volume defined by said frame; - said lighting body (8) provided with a length of cable (10) with electric plug (11) for connection to a corresponding power socket, said socket being placed in proximity to said luminous sign (1).

2) Illuminated sign (1) according to claim 1) characterized by the fact that said supporting frame defines a prismatic solid with the bases (2; 3) in the shape of an equilateral triangle.

3) Illuminated sign (1) according to claims 1) and 2) characterized in that said transparent screen has an empty prismatic shape with an equilateral triangular base, is open at at least one base (2 or 3), and has said two plane faces (6; 7) as part of the side surface of the same prismatic shape.

4) Illuminated sign (1) according to claim 1) characterized in that said supporting frame has an opaque closing element in correspondence with the upper base (2), and in correspondence with the lower one (3) it presents said support base (9 ) of the lighting body (8) associated with said frame by means of fixing means adapted to be removed by expert personnel for the internal maintenance of said luminous sign.

5) Illuminated sign (1) according to the preceding claims characterized by the fact that said socket is located just below said support base (9) of the lighting body (8), and the socket, plug (11) as a whole and of the connection cable (10) external to said load-bearing frame, is protected by a mechanical protection means (16) associated with the lower base (3) of said frame so as to extend its shape in height.

6) Illuminated sign (1) according to claim 1) characterized in that said supporting frame has, at the upper base (2), said support base (9) of said lighting body (8) facing downwards, and in correspondence with the lower one (3) it has a transparent closing element designed to prevent direct access from below to said lighting body, but to allow the light that illuminates the underlying emergency tool indicated by the symbolism of said luminous sign to pass through.
