La presente innovazione concerne un dispositivo di chiusura a leva per calzature sportive in genere. The present innovation relates to a lever closure device for sports shoes in general.

Sono noti dispositivi di chiusura a leva per calzature sportive. Essi generalmente comprendono una leva alla quale è articolato un cinturino di trazione dentato ed un arpionismo di ritegno costituito da un nottolino impegnante elasticamente i denti del cinturino. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Lever closing device for sports shoes generally characterized by the fact of comprising: - a lever (14) integral with a flap of the upper, - a toothed strap (18) articulated to said lever, - a base (24) provided at one end with a coupling (28) that can be gripped in a corresponding seat (42) provided on a support (38) mounted on the other flap of the upper, said base (24) being provided with retaining members (31) which can selectively engage one of the teeth of the strap.

2. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that said base (24) is constituted by a shell provided at one end with a pin (28) and affected at the other end by a seat (30) in which the ratchet of restraint.

3. Device according to claim 2 characterized in that the retaining ratchet is elastically urged by a spring (34) to engage one of the teeth of the strap.
