La presente innovazione concerne un cassonetto per serramenti avvolgibili. The present innovation relates to a box for roller shutters.

Sono noti cassonetti per serramenti avvolgibili, del tipo comunimente denominato “tapparella". Essi nel passato erano realizzati in legno, ma attualmente vengono realizzati in lamiera metallica piegata ed aggraffata oppure in alluminio estruso od anche con pannelli ottenuti in materiale plastico estruso e reciprocamente agganciati. I cassonetti in lamiera metallica presentano l’inconveniente di un basso isolamento termico e di una insoddisfacente stabilità dimensionale, specie se realizzati in tre o quattro parti. Come si vede dalle figure, il cassonetto secondo l'innovazione comprende quattro pannelli 2, 4, 6, 8 a due a due congiunti lungo un bordo longitudinale adiacente a formare un corpo parallelepipedico allungato, chiuso alle due estremità da diie testate, non rappresentate nei disegni. Da quanto detto risulta chiaramente che il cassonetto secondo l’innovazione si presenta particolarmente vantaggioso rispetto ai cassonetti tradizionali in quanto, grazie alla sua conformazione, ai suoi componenti ed alla loro interazione, consente di ottenere un prodotto di elevata stabilità dimensionale per la rigidità dei singoli pannelli e per il sistema di vincolo reciproco; di ottime caratteristiche di isolamento termico, grazie allo strato isolante interposte tra i due fogli, nonché di costo limitato per il sistema di realizzazione dei singoli pannelli. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Box for roller shutters characterized by the fact of being formed by panels (2, 4, 6, 8) each formed by two sheets of metal, between which a layer of expanded material (10) is interposed, said sheets being between them joined along the edges in contact.

2. Box according to claim 1 characterized by the fact that the connection between adjacent panels is obtained with the engagement of a sealing gasket (14, 16) applied to a flap of a panel, in a longitudinal groove (22) obtained in the panel adjacent.

3. Cassette according to claim 2 characterized in that the longitudinal groove (22) is obtained by folding at least one of the metal sheets that form the panel.

4. Cassette according to claim 2 characterized by the fact that the sealing gasket comprises a body (14) housed within the corresponding longitudinal seat obtained in a panel, and a lip (16) adhering tightly to a wall of the groove (22) of the adjacent panel, in which said gasket is inserted.

5. Cassette according to claim 1 characterized in that at least one of the panels forming it is affected in the middle band by a depression in correspondence with the area of maximum encumbrance of the shutter.
