Description
Descrizione del modello per invenzione industriale avente per titolo: Description of the model for industrial invention entitled:
PARABORDO FOSFORESCENTE PER MARINE E PORTI PHOSPHORESCENT FENDER FOR MARINE AND HARBOR
DESCMZIONE DESCMTION
Il presente Trovato concerne in un Parabordo Fosforescente per Marine e Porti applicabile a pontili, moli e, banchine fisse o galleggianti e nelle aree portuali The present invention relates to a Phosphorescent Fender for Marinas and Ports applicable to piers, piers and fixed or floating docks and in port areas
As known, to protect boats from accidental impacts that can occur during mooring in ports and in particular during docking procedures. The boats are equipped with special fenders or buffers that cushion the impact but for greater safety against possible collisions against the fixed port structures that are usually built in concrete, metal or wood, bumpers of rubbery or wooden materials are applied (to the structures) designed to cushion the blows.
The major problems for boats when maneuvering in port depend not only on the weather conditions, but also on the lack or poor visibility at night.
Therefore during the night it can be difficult to calculate the distance well, not having a good visual perception of the maneuvering speed and consequently there is the risk of accidentally colliding, damaging the boat, despite the presence of fenders fixed on the port structures.
The task proposed by the present Found is to be able to offer a large number of users a practical and easy to install fender, for the application to the fixed structures of the mooring points of the boats; with the characteristic of producing its own phosphorescent light so as to be visible in the dark.
The aforementioned task, as well as the purposes mentioned, and others that will be better highlighted later, are achieved by the Phosphorescent Fender for Marinas and Ports.
Ulteriori caratteristiche e vantaggi del presente Trovato, risulteranno meglio evidenziati attraverso un'analisi della descrizione di una forma di esecuzione e applicazione preferita, ma non in esclusiva, di un Parabordo Fosforescente per Marine e Porti, illustrata in modo indicativo ma non limitativo con l'ausilio delle tavole allegate: Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will be better highlighted through an analysis of the description of a preferred but not exclusive form of execution and application of a Phosphorescent Fender for Marinas and Ports, illustrated in an indicative but not limitative way with the use of the attached tables:
Table 1 - fig. A: represents the three-dimensional view of the Found.
- fig. B: represents the internal three-dimensional view of the Found. Table 2 - fig. C: represents the view of the Found applied to a wharf. The Phosphorescent Fender for Marinas and Ports, consists of an object made of ethylene vinyl acetate which is hot molded by means of injection machines (fig. A), in particular with double injection, co-injection or over-injection, or other systems aimed at molding the Found.
The Found has the external part shaped in such a way as to be divided into three sectors, two external (fig. A1 and 2) and a central one (fig. A3).
The Trov has the particularity of being made with two different compounds of ÈVA, one simple and one with the addition of a phosphorescent agent.
In this way you get a fender with details in a phosphorescent color. In particular, the part most exposed to the adult, the central sector (fig. 3), is devoid of phosphorescent chemical agent, while the two external sectors have a strong phosphorescent effect (fig. Al, 2), all in a single molded body, without subsequent adhesive applications.
The internal part of the Found will obviously be free of phosphorescence (fig. B).
This molding procedure allows to save costs on the molding mixture because the use of the phosphorescent chemical component will be in small doses and only for the creation of the two external sectors also allows to obtain a single object, very robust with certain phosphorescent areas; unlike other phosphorescent fenders which are constructed differently, applying phosphorescent or fluorescent films using glues or adhesives, with phosphorescent or colored textile coatings but in any case with subsequent application phases.
The Trov as built, offers a lot of resistance to abrasion, because the phosphorescent parts are an integral part of the object being printed in mass and not applied subsequently: this makes the Trovado much more resistant to the impact actions that boats cause on the fender.
The Found can be applied by means of screws (fig. A4), passing through suitable holes (fig. Bl), made on niches obtained at the base of the nylon or metal.
From what has been described above, it can be seen how the Found achieves the intended purposes. The material of manufacture of the Found will be Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (ÈVA), with the addition in the mixture before molding, of a phosphorescent chemical agent in a variable percentage but never lower than 5%.
The Found as conceived, allows to guarantee an effective protection from the impacts of the boats against the fixed structures of the ports and moorings in general, with the characteristic of having part of the phosphorescent surface able to be charged during the daytime or in the presence of other light sources and to release the accumulated luminous charge in the presence of darkness, thus creating a useful line of light in the perimeter of the port or marina (fig. C).
All the details of the Found can be replaced with other technically equivalent ones; moreover, the forms depicted in the drawings may undergo variations based on technical and aesthetic requirements, without thereby modifying the inventive concept.
