L’ideazione della manopola formata da guanto e sacchetto con chiusura a laccio, adibita alla raccolta degli escrementi di animali domestici in area urbana, parte dall'osservazione che, nonostante siano stati introdotti sul mercato nazionale (ed europeo) prodotti specifici per la raccolta di questo particolare rifiuto organico come palette in plastica con sacchetto o in cartone 'usa e getta', i proprietari degli animali preferiscono raccogliere le deiezioni dei propri animali senza uso di 'strumenti' ingombranti, utilizzando fazzoletti di carta e sacchetti in PLT riciclati da precedenti acquisti (borse della spesa, sacchetti di drogheria e ortofrutticoli...). L'idea che viene posta sotto tutela di brevetto, configura come una MANOPOLA, FORMATA DA GUANTO E SACCHETTO CON CHIUSURA A LACCIO, ADIBITA ALLA RACCOLTA DEGLI ESCREMENTI DI ANIMALI DOMESTICI IN AREA URBANA. Essa risulta essere costituita da elementi già esistenti sul mercato e che, abbinati nella soluzione di progetto, risultano determinare un nuovo prodotto inteso come modello di utilità. The idea, which is placed under patent protection, is configured as a KNOB, MADE OF A GLOVE AND BAG WITH LACE CLOSURE, USED FOR COLLECTING THE EXTRACTIONS OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS IN URBAN AREA. It appears to be made up of elements already existing on the market and which, combined in the project solution, result in a new product intended as a utility model.

Questi elementi, che costituiscono il motivi della sua praticità, funzionalità ed economicità, sono: These elements, which constitute the reasons for its practicality, functionality and cost-effectiveness, are:
