Device (1) for at least partially inhibiting the sense of smell comprising a solid body (2) having a prevalent development along a main plane (50) in use substantially parallel to the sagittal plane of the human body, said main plane (50) defining a longitudinal direction (51) and a vertical direction (52), lying in said main plane (50) and mutually perpendicular, and a transverse direction (53) perpendicular to said main plane (50), and characterized in that - said solid body (2) has, in said main plane (50), a main shape comprising: - an upper portion (20) extending mainly in said longitudinal direction (51) and comprising a first upper edge (20a) which is substantially flat and aligned to said longitudinal direction (50), - a lower portion (21) protruding at least partially in said vertical direction (52) and downwards (52a), i.e. on the opposite side with respect to said first upper edge (2Qa), - a rear portion (22) extending diagonally with respect to said longitudinal (51) and vertical (52) directions and therefore both in the longitudinal direction (51), and in a rear direction (51 a), and in the vertical direction (52) and downwards (52a), said rear portion (22) comprising a second upper edge (22a), in direct contact with said first upper edge (20a) and extending in an inclined direction at an angle between 20 ° and 70 ° with respect to to said longitudinal direction (51), - and by the fact that said first upper edge (20a) extending, in said transverse direction (53), more than the remaining part of said solid body (2).

2. Device (1) according to claim 1, in which said lower portion (21) in said main plane (2a), is tapered towards the outside.

Device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said rear portion (22) in said main plane (50), is tapered outwards.

Device (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said rear portion (22) in said transverse direction (53), has an average extension greater than the average extension in said transverse direction (53) of said lower portion (21).

Device (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said first upper edge (20a) extends in an inclined direction of an angle comprised between 30 ° and 60 ° with respect to said longitudinal direction (2b).

Device (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said solid body (2) is mainly made of biocompatible medical silicone. Device (1) according to the preceding claim, in which at least first upper edge (20a) comprises an external surface, able to come into contact with the olfactory mucosa, in polymer with antibacterial mucoadhesive characteristics.

Device (1) according to at least one preceding claim, wherein said solid body (2) comprises an antibacterial polymer surface layer with muco-adhesive characteristics. 9. Device (1) according to the previous claim, comprising drugs absorbable through the nose-brain axis and in which said absorbable drugs are arranged on said polymer with mucoadhesive, antibacterial characteristics. Device (1) according to the preceding claim, comprising two of said solid bodies (2), one for each nostril.
