Abstract
Prótese para levar ar purificado, umidificado e aquecido da região posterior do nariz ou rinofaringe para a traquéia, passando por plano profundo do pescoço, invisível portanto, é constituída por um tubo cilíndrico com duas extremidades abertas e duas curvaturas (1C) e (1D). Uma das extremidades tem diâmetro pelo menos duas vezes o diâmetro do resto do tubo. Essa extremidade tem uma abertura (1G) na sua parte superior para passagem de ar, e uma pequena parede (1F) na porção inferior para impedir entrada de secreção no tubo . 1. CAMPO DE UTILIZAÇÃO.
Refere-se a presente patente de invenção a uma prótese respiratória invisível que leva ar da parte posterior do nariz, rinofaringe, através de planos profundos do pescoço até a traquéia ou até a hipofaringe, ar aquecido, purificado e umidificado para tratamento de apnéia do sono, ronco e estenose da faringe ou da laringe. A referida prótese possibilita a realização de uma CIRURGIA INEDITA inventada ou criada e descrita pelo postulante da patente, cirurgia essa que pretende resolver problemas graves de APNEIA DO SONO, ESTENOSES DE FARINGE E LARINGE, que afeta milhares de pessoas em todo mundo e, que até então, tem sido medicados com tratamentos clínicos, cirúrgicos e outros cujos resultados são muito pouco eficazes, em fim, resultados que deixam muito a desejar.1. FIELD OF USE.

2. RELATORIO DESCRITIVO.
Prótese respiratória para levar ar da parte posterior do nariz ou seja, da rinofaringe até a traquéia ou mesmo até a hipofaringe, é constituída basicamente por um tubo cilíndrico com duas extremidades abertas, sendo a primeira extremidades mais ou menos o dobro do diâmetro do tubo. Na porção inferior dessa extremidade tem uma parede (1F) cuja altura é de 1/4 do diâmetro dessa parte mais larga do tubo para impedir entrada de secreção no tubo, deixando livre os outros 3/4 da abertura para passagem de ar que sai das coanas em direção a traquéia. Depois dessa parte alargada o tubo apresenta uma curvatura 1c de mais ou menos 90 graus para a saída do tubo da rinofaringe no plano profundo do pescoço em direção da traquéia, próximo a outra extremidades do tubo tem outra curvatura (1D) também de mais ou menos 90 graus para facilitar sua introdução na traquéia por baixo da pele durante a cirurgia.2. 5. ESTADO DA TÉCNICA.

Existe cânulas de traqueostomia que levam ar do meio ambiente sem purificação, sem aquecimento e sem umidificação para dentro da traquéia, são visíveis, muito pouco aceita pelos pacientes pela serie de inconvenientes que elas provocam, como buraco no pescoço, levando ar contaminado para a traquéia, com infecções na pele e mesmo para a traquéia , brônquios e pulmões, dificultando a fala, e necessitando de cuidados contínuos de um enfermeiro ou enfermeira.5. Ambas as próteses pretende m resolver um grave problema de saúde que afeta milhares de pessoas que hoje contam com tratamentos clínicos, cirúrgicos e outras medidas cujos resultados são muito pouco eficazes, resultados pobres.6. 8. DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO.
Com referência as figuras pode-se observar que a prótese é constituída por um tubo cilíndrico com uma extremidade mais ou menos o dobro do diâmetro do tubo, essa extremidade pode ser cilíndrica ou retangular ou quadrada para melhor adaptação atrás do nariz na rinofaringe que não tem forma regular, essa extremidade é aberta (1F) na sua porção superior para passagem do ar que sai das fossas nasais, na porção inferior da mesma abertura tem uma parede (1G) para evitar entrada de secreção para dentro do tubo, entrando apenas ar umidificado , aquecido e purificado, na parte superior da abertura. Seguindo esta extremidade mais alargada do tubo tem uma primeira curvatura (1C) de mais ou menos 90 graus para encaminhar o tubo no plano profundo do pescoço em direção a traquéia, onde ele, o tubo forma outra curvatura (1D) também de mais ou menos 90 graus para entrar na abertura da traquéia por baixo da pele.8.
