Materiale di realizzazione che, in dipendenza della specifica consistenza e composizione dei rifiuti da contenere, può anche essere del tipo biodegradabile. In linea di massima, tali sacchetti sono realizzati per estrusione e termosaldatura di un film plastico, il cui spessore e dimensione può essere variabile in funzione della particolare destinazione d’impiego. Così, piuttosto diffusamente, nel mercato si rinvengono sacchetti di dimensioni contenute per uso unifamiliare domestico e sacchetti di consistenza e dimensioni maggiori con maggiore capienza particolarmente indicati nel contenimento di rifiuti condominiali oltre a rivelarsi particolarmente adatti ad un utilizzo nell’ambito di comunità. [0004] Relativamente alla produzione di sacchi e sacchetti per pattume si è assistito, specie negli ultimi anni, ad una spinta tesa alla ricerca di soluzioni innovative che fossero, da un lato, in grado di renderne maggiormente agevole l’impiego, dall’altro di apportare una differenziazione del prodotto tale da consentire una possibile influenza sulle scelte del potenziale consumatore. Alcune innovazioni si sono mosse nella direzione di realizzare una composizione del materiale in cui il sacchetto viene ad essere formato per il tramite dell’utilizzo di sostanze biodegradabili. In altri casi, talune soluzioni si sono indirizzate nell’individuare opportuni sistemi in grado di agevolare le operazioni di chiusura dell’imboccatura del sacchetto stesso dopo l’uso. Altre soluzioni, invece, hanno cercato di consentire un adeguato fissaggio della detta imboccatura al bidone di contenimento, di modo tale da evitare che il sacchetto scivoli all’interno durante l’utilizzo. Ulteriormente, alcune soluzioni evolute hanno proposto sistemi di fissaggio anche combinati a sistemi di chiusura. [0005] L’oggetto del presente trovato è dunque volto alla ricerca d’una soluzione ottimale per consentire un efficace ed agevole fissaggio del sacchetto al bidone di contenimento, in corrispondenza dell’imboccatura, ed anche consentire una chiusura efficace dello stesso sacchetto, nonché il metodo d’utilizzo del sacchetto essendo particolarmente provvisto di stringhe per il detto fissaggio e la detta chiusura. [0006] In D1 si descrive un sacchetto per il pattume che è dotato in corrispondenza del bordo d’apertura, ovvero in ciascuna parete del sacchetto, d’un risvolto a guisa di passante continuo ove scorre una stringa elastica chiusa ad anello che consente di fissare il sacchetto al bidone di contenimento, attorno all’imboccatura, ed anche consentire di chiuderlo una volta estratto; in particolare, vi sono due aperture ai lati del detto risvolto per liberare le stringhe di ciascuna parete ai fini della loro estrazione e chiusura ed anche per realizzare le saldature laterali delle stringhe, una sull’altra formando un anello chiuso, ove tali saldature sono rientranti rispetto alle saldature laterali del sacchetto di modo tale da ottenere un anello elastico di circonferenza inferiore rispetto alla circonferenza del sacchetto, atto a stringere l’imboccatura del bidone e fissare il sacchetto. Inconvenienti Drawbacks

[0014] In linea di principio, i noti sistemi di chiusura a laccio del tipo ottenuto per il tramite di una stringa, conformata a guisa di nastro o bandella e ottenuta da una striscia uniforme di film plastico che è integrata all’esterno o comunque fornita separatamente al sacchetto, non consentirebbero, data la disposizione, un’efficace e/o agevole chiusura del sacchetto, con anche aperture accidentali. Parimenti, i sistemi noti e convenzionali di fissaggio del sacchetto al bidone di contenimento, mediante legacci o nastri adesivi incorporati all’esterno del sacchetto, sono disagevoli e lenti da attuare, con anche problemi igienici dovuti all’elevata probabilità di contatto delle mani o degli avambracci dell’utente con il bidone, il quale è generalmente molto sporco e costituisce un ricettacolo di germi e batteri. [0019] Più nel dettaglio delle soluzioni miste ove è contestualmente presente una stringa di fissaggio ed una di chiusura, quali in D5 e D6, si è rilevato che la stringa di chiusura è del tipo vincolato al bordo rivoltato a tunnel, mentre la stringa elastica di fissaggio è in un materiale ed in una posizione diversi dall’altra. In D5, ad esempio, tale stringa elastica è un anello chiuso e continuo, fissato all’altra stringa in un solo punto e rivolto all’esterno per renderlo libero e pronto all’uso senza estrazione, essendo di lunghezza totale inferiore rispetto all’imboccatura ed alla stringa di chiusura ai fini del fissaggio alla pattumiera. D6, invece, descrive una soluzione ove la detta stringa elastica di fissaggio è completamente separata essendo fissata all’esterno, con le due estremità rientranti rispetto ai fianchi del sacchetto. In entrambe le dette soluzioni si è riscontrata una buona efficacia ma tuttavia con una elevata complessità costruttiva, essendo quindi costose se prodotte industrialmente a volumi elevati. In D6, tuttavia, si è riscontrato lo svantaggio di un difficile utilizzo della stringa elastica, presentandosi sul retro della parete una volta che l’imboccatura del sacchetto è stata risvoltata attorno al bordo della pattumiera. Ulteriormente, sia in D5 che in D6 si sono riscontrati i tipici svantaggi delle stringhe ad anello che scorrono vincolate in un passante continuo. Inoltre, si è riscontrato uno spreco di materiale: sostanzialmente, infatti, è sufficiente una lunghezza di legaccio inferiore alla circonferenza totale e, in D5, è sufficiente una lunghezza inferiore della stringa elastica come vantaggiosamente è previsto in D6. Furthermore, both in D5 and in D6 the typical disadvantages of ring strings that slide constrained in a continuous loop have been found. Furthermore, a waste of material has been found: substantially, in fact, a length of the tie shorter than the total circumference is sufficient and, in D5, a shorter length of the elastic string is sufficient, as advantageously provided in D6.

CLAIMS 1) Bag (10) for rubbish equipped with a device (103) with strings for fixing to the container (200) and for closing it once filled, and method of fixing and closing the bag; said bag (10), of the type called single-fold or obtained from a plastic film unwound from a reel and folded longitudinally in half to form two specular flaps or walls (102, 103), where the fold side corresponds to the bottom (107), flanks correspond to the parallel lateral welds (106) and the mouth (111) is open; said device (103), positioned inside the bag (10) just below and parallel to said mouth (111), with the two ends (109) welded at the sides along said side seams (106); said device (103), with also two recessed welds (108) with respect to said side welds (106) so as to form a shortened portion (110) suitable for fixing; said bag (10), characterized by the fact that it has said device (103) composed of two strings (104-5) superimposed, i.e. with a lower string (104) and an upper string (105) coupled in adherence to each other , of equal length, where the said lateral welds (106) in correspondence with the overlap (109) are on four layers, i.e. with the two strings (104-5) interposed between the two walls (101-2), while the said recessed welds (108) are on three layers, that is with the two strings (104-5) integral with one wall (102); said coupled strings (104-5), having distinct and complementary functions, where said upper string (105) is of the elastic type for the purpose of fixing to the bin (200) and said lower string (104) is of the resistant type and not elastic for the purpose of closure and / or transport; and where said upper string (105) is made of a material with elasticity such as to act as an elastic fastening band around the mouth (111), appearing on the outside once the mouth (111) is folded around the bin ( 200-1) and being frontally exposed and available to be lifted and tensioned on the opposite side of the bag (10); and where the said lower string (104) is made of a more resistant material than the bag (10) and of the said upper string (105) so as not to stretch elastically between the said recessed seams (108), during the fixing of the said bag (10), and to be used as a strong tie and / or handle after filling.

2) A garbage bag (10) according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said overlapping strings (104-5) have different widths, where the width of the upper string (105) is smaller than the width of the lower string (104) to facilitate visual identification and hand grip.

3) A garbage bag (10) according to at least claim 1, characterized by the fact that said strings (104-5) overlapped have a different color, to facilitate their identification at sight.

4) Method of securing and closing the bag (10) for garbage according to at least claim 1, characterized in that it provides for the following sequence of use: - insert the bag (10) into the bin (200) leaving the opening (111) at the top, outside, and then turn it downwards (114) around the edge (201) so that the device (103) is facing outwards on one side (Fig. 3A); - lift and tension the outermost string or the upper string (105), being elastic (Fig. 3B); - turning up the shortened portion (110) of said upper string (105) from the opposite side of the bin (200), so as to elastically wrap the mouth (111) of the bag (10) fixing it, while the lower string (104) remaining between the two recessed welds (108) does not deform (Fig. 3C); - once the bag (10) has been filled, remove it from the bin (200) and tighten it under the mouth to form a neck (112), bring at least the shortened portion (110) of the lower string (104) to the outside to knot it with force like a tie around said neck (112) (Fig. 3D).
