In fact, their presence reduces the space available on the table, space necessary for the deposit of papers and files that must be immediately consulted during the processing of the problem that is being faced. A different problem arises when the professional? in conversation with another person, who sits in front of him, and both must refer to diagrams and data that appear on the monitor: the professional must do so. continue to rotate the monitor in both directions in order to allow its neighbor to view such data, comment on it and possibly interact with the monitor, when this? equipped with touch-screen.

In one of his pi? general aspect the invention therefore concerns a table provided with a substantially box-like work surface, comprising a lower base, an upper plate and peripheral side walls, orthogonal to said base, which close said box towards the external environment, supported in an orthogonal direction. to said plate by at least two legs, characterized in that said worktop comprises at least one monitor placed inside said box with the screen facing said plate and made visible by a corresponding window made in said plate, the base of said surface being provided with at least a first through hole for connection with the external environment, and that at least one of said support legs? provided with a cavity? longitudinal tubular, open on the ends? opposite, for the passage of first conductors which supply services supplied to said and said monitor.

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become more apparent from the detailed description of a preferred, but not exclusive, embodiment of said table according to the present invention and, in particular, with reference to the solution which provides for the use of a technological leg.

Figure 1 illustrates the table according to the invention in a preferred embodiment which comprises a worktop 1 resting on four legs 2, from the foot of one of which (21) an electric cable 3 connected to a power tower 4 protrudes. , how will you see? better more? beyond. This technology makes it possible to use glasses or other transparent materials, which are easily washable and removable, for the protection plate, allowing easy maintenance of the table of the invention.

Preferably, at least leg 31? firmly fixed to the floor with one of the many systems useful for the purpose, for example with an L-shaped bracket 37, fixed simultaneously to the leg and to the floor.

Finally, leg 31? provided on its lateral surface with at least a through hole 38 for the passage of said conductors 40. Preferably, the passage of the holes 18 and 38 by the conductors 40 is not? free but is carried out by means of caps or connectors 39 which seal said holes. These conductors allow the connection of the computer (s) and of the screens placed inside the box with at least one external power supply network and with an external data transmission network, made available on the turret 4, usually fixed to the floor. Instead the conductors 41, through the connectors 5, allow the connection of the computer (s) and of the screens placed inside the box with auxiliary devices such as keyboard, mouse and printers present on the work surface or even separated from said surface. Preferably said connectors 5 comprise so-called USB ports, well known in computer technology.

Figure 2 illustrates the work surface of the computer table provided with a pair of windows according to the invention through which the information appearing on the screens contained in the box is visible. The number of windows and their position on the table are not a limitation to the effects of the invention.

The invention solves the above problems and achieves various advantages. In the case of a professional who works alone, the table offers him more space for the arrangement of the documents he wants to have at hand. The layout of the screen inside the box allows him to keep only the keyboard and / or mouse on the work surface, not bulky and, if wireless, without cables and easily movable in any position that does not cause disturbance.

And if the professional has to talk to another person (collaborator, colleague, customer, supplier, visitor), his workstation, as illustrated in figure 4, will see him? sitting on one side of the table in front of a monitor 51, not necessarily but preferably placed inside the box, a keyboard 52 and with a mouse 53 available, while his interlocutor will be? sitting on the opposite side of the table in front of a screen placed inside the box. Further advantages are offered by the presence of the technological leg: no need? of stray cables on the floor, or the presence of technological boxes under the table: in relation to the layout of the room and the position of the power supply towers? It is possible to decide during the purchase or ordering phase of the table which must be the technological leg between those of the table in order to minimize the distance between the leg and the turret. Thanks to the fixing of the technological leg to the floor, protection against accidental impacts that can move the table, interrupting the supply of energy or the connection with the data network, is ensured.

In the present description all the possible structural and dimensional alternatives to the specifically described embodiments of the invention have not been generally illustrated: no? in fact it seemed necessary to expand into the constructive details of the system of the invention as every technician of the art, after the instructions given here, will not have? difficulty? to design, by adequately choosing materials and dimensions, the best technical solution? advantageous.

However, these variants are understood to be equally included in the scope of protection of the present patent, as these alternative forms can be derived in themselves in an obvious way from the description made here of the relationship that binds each embodiment with the result that the invention intends to obtain. .
