"TRASFORMATORE DI MISURA APRIBILE (TA) PER INTERNO E/0 PER ESTERNO, CON SISTEMA INTEGRATO DI BLOCCAGGIO SIGILLATURA E TENUTA STAGNA" "OPENABLE MEASURING TRANSFORMER (TA) FOR INTERNAL AND / 0 FOR EXTERNAL, WITH INTEGRATED SEALING AND WATERPROOF LOCKING SYSTEM"
Per TA apribile si intende un trasformatore di misura con primario passante costituito da due seminuclei in materiale ferromagnetico, le cui estremità vengono poi congiunte fino a formare un nucleo di forma cilindrico-toroidale, sul quale sono calettati gli avvolgimenti in rame e/o alluminio. Attualmente sul mercato sono presenti TA apribili adatti ad assolvere la funzione di trasformatore di misura o per applicazioni in ambienti esterni oppure per applicazioni in ambienti interni, senza che sia possibile l'utilizzo contemporaneo in ambienti sia esterni che interni, in quanto la normativa dei principali gestori della rete elettrica in Italia, impone che i trasformatori di misura per esterno debbano possedere un guscio contenitore (dei due semitoroidi e degli avvolgimenti) che garantisca un grado di tenuta almeno di livello IP3X fino a IP6X secondo quanto stabilito dalla CEI EN 60529 e successivi aggiornamenti ed integrazioni. Negli attuali trasformatori di misura apribili, il sistema di chiusura delle due metà toroidali, risulta poco maneggevole nel montaggio come per esempio i sistemi di chiusura a vite che richiedono sempre molto tempo per il serraggio delle due parti dei trasformatore soprattutto considerando che i tecnici della rete operano su campo in situazioni ardue ed a volte pericolose dal punto di vista della sicurezza, By openable CT we mean a measuring transformer with through primary consisting of two semi-cores in ferromagnetic material, the ends of which are then joined to form a cylindrical-toroidal core, on which the copper and / or aluminum windings are keyed. In particolare questo sistema non garantisce un buon rendimento del trasformatore in quanto le fascette che sono quasi sempre in ferro, durante l'esercizio influenzano negativamente il campo magnetico del nucleo.
