La presente domanda ha per oggetto una struttura di elemento di aggancio per leve di chiusura, particolarmente per calzature sportive. The present application relates to a structure of an attachment element for closing levers, particularly for sports shoes.

E’ noto a riguardo il brevetto italiano 82588A/90 che illustra un dispositivo a leva che prevede la presenza di una leva di chiusura per calzature la quale comprende una rastrelliera che viene connessa ad un supporto, a.sua volta vincolato ad una calzatura, per mezzo di un perno filettato che ne permette la regolazione della posizione lungo un asse longitudinale della stessa. In this regard, the Italian patent 82588A / 90 is known, which illustrates a lever device which provides for the presence of a closing lever for footwear which comprises a rack which is connected to a support, which is in turn bound to a shoe, in order to by means of a threaded pin which allows its position to be adjusted along a longitudinal axis of the same.

In questo modo l'utilizzatore potrà modificare la distanza tra la rastrelliera e la leva secondo le proprie esigenze, a seguito di una rotazione impressa in senso orario o antiorario alla rastrelliera o al perno filettato. In this way, the user can change the distance between the rack and the lever according to their needs, following a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the rack or the threaded pin.

La modifica della posizione della rastrelliera risulta però difficoltosa a causa della possibile formazione di ghiaccio attorno alla rastrelliera stessa nonché a causa del fatto che l'utilizzatore indossa dei guanti. E' anche noto il brevetto US 4.395.801 nel quale è illustrato un dispositivo di fissaggio per calzature sportive il quale prevede la presenza di una leva di chiusura comprendente una rastrelliera girevolmente connessa, ad una estremità, ad un supporto conformato ad U la cui base risulta selettivamente interagire con una fascia dentata, fissata a sua volta alla calzatura. Grazie alla rotazione imprimibile alla rastrelliera, si ha che il supporto risulta selettivamente interagire con la sotto-stante fascia dentata permettendo cosi di modificare la posizione longitudinale della rastrelliera. Come nel caso precedente si riscontra però l’inconveniente dovuto al fatto che la modifica della posizione della rastrelliera risulta difficoltosa a causa della possibile formazione di ghiaccio attorno alla rastrelliera stessa ed a causa dell’impiego di guanti da parte dell'utilizzatore. E' anche noto il brevetto italiano PD 95 A 000137 il quale illustra un dispositivo di allacciatura per calzature sportive che prevede la presenza di una cremagliera connessa alla calzature per mezzo di un perno di connessione conformato a T la cui parte inferiore è inserita in una opportuna sede di alloggiamento, ed è comandato dalla rotazione di una estremità rispetto all'altra della rastrelliera. L'impegno ed il disimpegno del perno permette il movimento longitudinale della cremagliera assicurando un numero di posizioni assumibili dalla stessa pari al numero delle sedi ricavate per il perno. Come nei casi precedenti la cremagliera può essere spostata solo dopo il completo disimpegno di una preposta leva di chiusura e la rotazione della cremagliera stessa, per lo svincolo del perno; tale operazione risulta complessa e disagevole da eseguire dato che lo sciatore è sempre dotato di guanti e la cremagliera, con il relativo perno di connessione è soggetta alla formazione di ghiaccio che ne può precludere il corretto funzionamento. Anche questa soluzione presenta però degli inconvenienti, in quanto richiede il completo disimpegno della leva dalla rastrel-liera per la estrazione dell'elemento allungabile, in quanto quest'ultimo è posto sotto la rastrelliera ed è impossibile raggiungerlo con la leva impegnata. E' anche noto il brevetto EP 0705545 inerente un dispositivo di bloccaggio e serraggio per scarponi da sci il quale prevede lapresenza di una leva di chiusura dotata di una rastrelliera a cui è fulcrato, ad una estremità, un elemento, avente conformazione tale da circoscrivere perimetralmente la rastrelliera stessa, che può essere selettivamente utilizzato per l'impegno di un braccio leva. Patent EP 0705545 is also known, concerning a locking and tightening device for ski boots which provides for the presence of a closing lever equipped with a rack to which an element is pivoted, at one end, having a shape such as to circumscribe perimetrically the rack itself, which can be selectively used for the engagement of a lever arm.

Alternativamente lo stesso elemento può essere associato in modo scorrevole rispetto alla rastrelliera ed essere utilizzato ancora per un suo impegno con un braccio leva. Anche in tale soluzione, come nei casi precedenti, risulta attivabile solo dopo aver conseguito il disimpegno completo del braccio leva, oltre ad essere di difficile utilizzo durante la pratica sportiva a causa del possibile formarsi di ghiaccio intorno alla rastrelliera, che impedirebbe il corretto funzionamento dei relativi meccanismi. E' anche noto il brevetto EP 0752218 inerente un dispositivo di serraggio per calzature sportive il quale prevede la presenza di una leva comprendente un meccanismo di fissaggio alla calzatura che permette la modifica della posizione orizzontale. Patent EP 0752218 is also known concerning a tightening device for sports shoes which provides for the presence of a lever comprising a mechanism for fixing to the shoe which allows the horizontal position to be changed.

La leva e la rastrelliera sono fissate alla calzatura per mezzo di una coppia di perni aventi due facce laterali piatte, inseriti in una coppia di opportune sedi aventi conformazione ad asola. The lever and the rack are fixed to the shoe by means of a pair of pins having two flat side faces, inserted in a pair of suitable seats having a slot shape.

Queste ultime sono caratterizzate dalla dimensione in larghezza che risulta variabile; in particolare sono dimensionalmente corrispondenti alle due dimensioni (dimensione maggiore del diametro e dimensione minore della coppia di facce piane) del perno di fissaggio. La rotazione del perno di 90°, e con esso la leva o la rastrelliera, permette di modificarne la posizione orizzontale secondo le dimensioni della sede, prestabilite dalla ditta costruttrice. E' facilmente intuibile che la modifica delle posizioni della rastrelliera e della leva può essere fatta solo con lo scarpone non indossato, questo limitando il conseguimento di qualsiasi tipo di regolazione durante la fase di utilizzo dello scarpone. Compito principale di quanto forma oggetto della presente domanda è quindi quello di risolvere i problemi tecnici evidenziati eliminando gli inconvenienti di cui alla tecnica nota citata e quindi escogitando un elemento di aggancio per leve di chiusura per calzature sportive che permetta di conseguire in modo rapido ed agevole una variazione della entità del grado di serraggio imprimibile ad esempio ai lembi di una calzatura. The main task of what forms the subject of the present application is therefore to solve the technical problems highlighted by eliminating the drawbacks of the aforementioned known art and therefore by devising a coupling element for closing levers for sports shoes which allows to achieve quickly and easily a variation in the extent of the degree of tightening that can be imparted, for example, to the flaps of a shoe.

Nell'ambito del compito sopra esposto un altro importante scopo è quello di realizzare un elemento di aggancio che consenta di rendere più facile ed agevole l'operazione di serraggio della calzatura. Within the scope of the aforementioned aim, another important object is to provide a fastening element which allows to make the tightening operation of the shoe easier and easier.

Nell'ambito del compito principale un altro importante scopo è quello di realizzare un elemento di aggancio in cui possa essere modificata la entità del grado di serraggio conseguibile in qualunque momento durante la pratica sportiva. Within the scope of the main aim, another important object is to provide a coupling element in which the extent of the degree of tightening which can be achieved at any time during sports practice can be modified.

Un altro importante scopo è quello di realizzare un elemento d'aggancio che sia esente da possibili mal funzionamenti dovuti alla formazione di ghiaccio. Another important object is to provide a coupling element which is free from possible malfunctions due to the formation of ice.

Non ultimo scopo è quello di realizzare una struttura di elemento d'aggancio che risulti affidabile e sicuro nell’uso il medesimo presentando costi realizzativi contenuti. Il compito e gli scopi sopra accennati, nonché altri che più chiaramente appariranno in seguito, vengono raggiunti da una struttura di elemento di aggancio per leve di chiusura, particolarmente per calzature sportive, che si caratterizza per il fatto di comprendere una prima rastrelliera principale stabilmente connessa ad uno dei due lembi da serrare, a cui è associabile almeno una seconda rastrelliera ausiliaria. The above mentioned aim and objects, as well as others which will appear more clearly in the following, are achieved by a structure of an attachment element for closing levers, particularly for sports shoes, which is characterized in that it comprises a first main rack stably connected to one of the two flaps to be tightened, to which at least a second auxiliary rack can be associated.

La struttura di elemento di aggancio inoltre, consente di modificare la entità del grado di serraggio conseguibile in qua-lunque momento durante la pratica sportiva, la stessa essendo esente da possibili malfunzionamenti dovuti alla eventuale presenza di ghiaccio. Naturalmente la struttura è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti, tutte rientranti nell'ambito del medesimo concetto inventivo. The structure is naturally susceptible of numerous modifications and variations, all of which are within the scope of the same inventive concept.

Cosi, ad esempio, nelle figg. da 6 a 9 è illustrata una ulteriore forma realizzativa in cui la struttura di elemento d'aggancio 101 comprende ancora una seconda rastrelliera 105 ausiliaria la quale risulta associabile, in modo rimovibile, in corrispondenza di una predisposta seconda sede 115 ricavata in corrispondenza di un elemento di supporto 116 costituito essenzialmente da una piastrina opportunamente scaricata in corrispondenza della seconda sede 115 e presentante, alle estremità longitudinali di quest'ultima, una coppia di alette 117a e 117b parzialmente rialzate ed atte a bloccare le estremità terminali della seconda rastrelliera 105 una volta posizionata nella seconda sede 115, come illustrato in fig. 7. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Structure of an attachment element for closing levers, particularly for sports shoes, which is characterized in that it comprises a first main rack stably connected to one of the two flaps to be tightened, to which at least a second auxiliary rack can be associated.

2) Structure as in claim 1 which is characterized in that it comprises a first main rack, associated with one of the flaps to be joined of said shoe by means of the use of a prearranged pin or rivet passing through a prearranged opening obtained on said flap, to which at least one second auxiliary rack can be removably associated, consisting of a body having the same width as said first rack and a suitable toothing.

3) Structure as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that at least a first passing seat is transversely formed laterally to said body, in correspondence with which the ends of a connection element, having a ring shape, can be positioned.

4) Structure according to claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that said connection element has a flat end, opposite to that which can be associated with said body, selectively positioned between two adjacent teeth of said first rack.

5) Structure according to claims 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that the pitch of said teeth and teeth is the same.

6) Structure as per claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that two first seats, which are distinct and spaced apart from each other, are made transversely to the side of said body.

7) Structure as per claims 1, 3 and 6 which is characterized by the fact that said connection element has a ring shape defining a first and a second arm having different lengths and such as to allow, at their folded ends, to be distinctly involved one of said first seats obtained on said body.

8) Structure according to claims 1 and 7 which is characterized in that said ends of said first and second arms are associated in a staggered manner with said body.

9) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that said body of said second rack has, in the direction of said first rack, an appendix having an essentially wedge-shaped conformation which is positioned below the adjacent , end of said first rack.

10) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that said second rack can be associated, in a removable way, in correspondence with a predisposed second seat obtained on a support element essentially constituted by a plate, suitably discharged in correspondence with said second seat, and having, at the longitudinal ends of the latter, a pair of fins, partially raised, suitable for locking the terminal ends of said second rack once positioned in said second seat.

11) Structure as per claims 1 and 10 which is characterized by the fact that said support element has a third seat formed longitudinally thereto and such as to define an element for connection to a first rack constrained in correspondence with a predisposed flap of a shoe by means of a prearranged pin or rivet.

12) Structure as per claims 1 and 11 which is characterized by the fact that the flat end of said connection element is made to pass underneath one end of said first rack, possibly interacting abutment in correspondence with said pin or rivet.

13) Structure as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that, in the condition of coupling of said first and second rack, said first rack protrudes completely from said third seat of said support element which is locked therein resulting the longitudinal extension of said third seat equal to the longitudinal extension of said first rack minus the space between the free end of the latter and said pin or rivet.

14) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized in that said second auxiliary rack is rotatably associated, by means of a suitable pin, near the end of said support element opposite to said flat end.

15) Structure as per claims 1 and 14 which is characterized by the fact that said end of said second auxiliary rack not articulated to said support element has a longitudinal appendage able to engage inferiorly to the end of said, adjacent, first main rack in the condition of said support element associated with said first rack itself.

16) Structure according to one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawing table.
