The present application relates to an aerated sports shoe, particularly for cycling or motorcycling.

Nowadays it is strongly felt, in the field of sports shoes and in particular for cycling or motocross or speed activities, to achieve optimal ventilation inside the shoe itself.

Patent US 4,693,021 is known as a partial solution to this problem, in which a ventilated sports shoe is illustrated, particularly for motorcycling, comprising an upper v, inside which is associated a structure formed by several elements permeable to the passage of air and consisting of a perforated element and a net; between the two there is inserted a reticular means with enlarged nodes provided with spacer elements and permeable to the passage of air, the surface of the upper presenting openings for the passage of air.

While this solution is valid, it has drawbacks as it requires, for its realization, to carry out the assembly of several elements which increase the overall cost of the shoe; moreover, an optimal passage of air between the rear and front areas of the foot is not achieved.

This last problem is aggravated to the extent that the sports shoe should be of the low type and therefore not constituted by a boot which also envelops the user's shin.

There are also known footwear, for non-purely sporting use, which have, in correspondence with the sole, predisposed openings, in correspondence with these being placed, inside the sole itself, a predisposed sheath suitable to allow the passage of air and not that of the 'water.

Such a technology cannot be borrowed from the previously mentioned sports shoes, since during the performance of this sports activity the shoe rests in correspondence with a support or step protruding laterally to the frame, the shoe assuming an arrangement slightly inclined forward with respect to the road surface. or to the competition ground.

As a matter of fact, therefore, due to the speed, an air flow is created which does not affect the sole of the shoe, thus rendering practically useless any openings made in correspondence with the sole itself.

The main task of the subject of the present application is therefore to solve the technical problem highlighted, eliminating the drawbacks of the cited known art and therefore devising a sports shoe, preferably but not exclusively, of the low type and which can be used in particular for the practice of cycling or motorcycling, and therefore for motocross or speed or trial, which allows to achieve optimal foot ventilation during sports practice.

Within the scope of the aforementioned aim, another important object is to provide a shoe which allows in particular to achieve optimum ventilation of the front support part of the foot.

Another important object is to provide a shoe which associates with the preceding characteristics that of preserving the upper from the presence of any air intakes both on the sole and on the front part of the upper itself, which could carry water inside the shoe during practicing sports or during normal walking.

Another important object is to provide a shoe which is structurally simple.

Not least object is to provide a shoe which has low manufacturing costs, the same being achievable with the usual and known machinery and systems.

The above mentioned aim and objects, as well as others which will appear more clearly below, are achieved by an aerated sports shoe, particularly for cycling or motorcycling, comprising an upper, associated with a sole, equipped with at least one air intake. placed in the rear and / or lateral zone, which is characterized in that it comprises a midsole having one or more internal longitudinal channels.

Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become clearer from the detailed description of a particular embodiment, illustrated by way of example in the attached drawings in which:

With reference to the aforementioned figures, the number 1 indicates an aerated sports shoe, particularly usable for motorcycling or cycling, which consists of an upper 2, open at the front and equipped with a tongue 3, as well as a prearranged means for tightening the flaps such as, for example, prearranged and clamps 4 or other technically equivalent known means.

The upper 2 is associated at the bottom in correspondence with a sole 5 and is equipped at the rear with an air intake 6 consisting of a heel 7, preferably made of plastic material, essentially U-shaped and whose wings 8a, 8b wrap laterally and externally the upper 2, meanwhile, the base 9 connecting said wings faces the rear of the upper itself.

This air intake 6 can also be placed in correspondence with the lateral area of the upper and therefore, for example, in the area of the malleoli or near an area adjacent to the upper perimeter edge of the upper 2 itself.

At the base 9 there are provided openings 10 which, in the particular embodiment illustrated. they are 3 in number and angularly offset by about 120 ° from each other.

Maximum functionality can be achieved by using a breathable and water-repellent lining.

Alternatively, a non-permeable surface to air can be assumed for the upper in the area in front of the openings 10 to facilitate the channeling of the air in correspondence with the rear perimeter edge 12 of an adjacent midsole 13 placed inside the upper 2 in correspondence with the sole 5.

The openings 10 may also be partially or totally occludable, since a septum 14 may be placed inside the base 9 rotatably associated with the base itself by means of a suitable pin 15, this septum being counter-shaped to the openings 10, so that its rotation can cause it to affect, partially or totally , the openings 10 themselves.

The midsole 13 has the peculiarity of being made in such a way as to define inside it a plurality of channels 16 arranged longitudinally thereto, these channels starting from the rear perimeter edge 12 and ending at the front perimeter edge 17 of the midsole itself. .

Advantageously, the rear perimeter edge 12 is slightly raised in the direction of the overlying base 9 on which the openings 10 are formed.

These channels can be defined by making the midsole in a suitable material such as two sheets of plastic material kept equidistant from each other by a plurality of longitudinal bridges 18, all of which are non-deformable to the body weight of the user, but at the same time allowing a foot flexion when walking.

Advantageously, a plurality of first holes 20 are obtained in correspondence with said channels 16, at least in correspondence with the upper surface 19 of said sole.

Possibly in correspondence with said first holes 20, second holes 21 are obtained, along the same axis, in correspondence with the lower surface 22 and the midsole itself.

Advantageously, an insole 23 can also be placed inside the upper on which a plurality of third through holes 24 are formed.

The use of the invention is as follows: once the shoe is worn, the presence of the air intake 6 allows, at a limited speed, to generate a weak depression which allows the air present inside the shoe to be sucked towards the outside, thus allowing the exchange of air.

The channels thus allow optimal ventilation of both the sole of the foot and the back.

At higher speeds, a situation arises whereby the air intake 6 results in a suction condition and this due to turbulent effects, thus allowing air to be blown inside the shoe.

The latter, in addition to being able for example to be made to flow inside the shoe through the lining, can alternatively or in combination be conveyed directly to the underlying channels 16 obtained on the midsole 13 and, through the latter and possibly through the first and the second holes obtained on the midsole and the third holes obtained on the insole, conveyed generically within the entire lower area of the foot or mainly or exclusively in correspondence with the toe area.

It has thus been found that the invention has achieved the intended aim and objects, a sports shoe having been devised whose use during practice, whether in cycling or motorcycling, allows air to flow outside or inside the footwear in such a way as to ventilate either the foot support area or the front part of the same; at high speeds the airflow is then expelled through the foot insertion opening.

The shoe thus made also allows such ventilation to be allowed even in non-optimal atmospheric conditions and therefore for example in the event of rain or a wet track without the water being conveyed inside the shoe.

Of course, the conformation of the air intake may be the most pertinent according to specific needs.

Thus also the number of ducts and their size may be the most pertinent according to the specific flow of air to be made to intervene in the aeration phase of the shoe.

The latter may also have the desired shape being able, for example, to consist of a boot which therefore also affects the upper leg area.

Naturally, all the materials as well as the dimensions that constitute the individual components of the invention may be the most pertinent according to specific requirements

Claims (9)

CLAIMS 1) Aerated sports footwear, particularly for cycling or motorcycling, comprising an upper, associated with a sole, equipped with at least one air intake located in the rear and / or lateral area, which is characterized by the fact that it comprises a midsole having one or more internal longitudinal channels. 2) Footwear as in claim 1 which is characterized by the fact that said air intake comprises one or more openings, partially or totally occludable, placed in communication with said one or more channels obtained on said midsole. 3) Footwear as in claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said one or more channels are arranged longitudinally thereto, said one or more channels starting from the rear perimeter edge and ending at the front perimeter edge of said midsole. 4) Footwear according to claims 1 and 3 which is characterized by the fact that said rear perimeter edge is slightly raised in the direction of said air intake. 5) Footwear as in claims 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that said one or more channels are defined by making said midsole by means of two sheets of plastic material kept equidistant from each other by a plurality of longitudinal bridges, said midsole having a non-deformable weight body of the user and preferably allowing at the same time a flexion of the foot during walking. 6) Footwear as in one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that in correspondence with said one or more channels, a plurality of first holes are obtained at the upper surface of said midsole. 7) Footwear as in one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that in correspondence with said one or more channels there are obtained, in correspondence with the lower surface of said midsole, a plurality of second holes having the same axis as said first holes. 8) Ventilated footwear, particularly for cycling or motorcycling, comprising an upper, associated with a sole, equipped with at least one air intake located in the rear and / or lateral area, which is characterized by the fact that it comprises a midsole having one or more internal longitudinal channels in correspondence of which a plurality of through holes are obtained. 9) Footwear as in one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by what is described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
