DESCRIPTION OF THE PATENT FOR IDUSTRIAL INVENTION HAVING THE TITLE: "SPORTS FOOTWEAR STRUCTURE AND METHODS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME, IN PARTICULAR FOR MONOFILAR AND SHORTRACKING SKATES".

DESCRIPTION

The invention relates to improved methods for obtaining a wearable structure that sports a wearable structure-skate assembly and this structure in particular from monofilament and short-track shoes.

Here and below for single-row skate is meant a known sports vehicle with a plurality of wheels associated longitudinally to a rigid support with specific footwear and used in various disciplines normally on tracks with complex evolutions carried out by riders: n frontflip in backflip with liukang rotations or kungloo, backside or backslide on bordwalks up to fisbrains, or others, as well as in compé-. speed conditions in said shortracking as currently referred to in the specific sector.

In the current state of the art, as is known, the operational effectiveness of single-row or paired-wheel skids is subordinated to the applied surfaces rather than to the mechanical properties of these means; consolidated on notable expansions of these sports activities.

Normal conditions on covered tracks are almost non-existent outdoors or on road surfaces where a roughness or a simple foreign body is sufficient to jeopardize developments and phases in progress and / or to cause serious falls; often ruinous, especially in this specialty, such as shorttracking.

The vibrations and their resonances, occurring in such skates and in rigid footwear, generated by unbalanced wheels or due to sharply rolled asphalt surfaces are such as to cause serious damage to said means, associated rolling units and / or their mechanical parts; with ascertained equal negative effects due to slowed dynamic phases and / or interrupted evolutionary procedures of a rider; resulting from intense tingling in the tarsal and metatarsal areas of the feet, muscle cramps and dizziness due to limited blood supply.

In order to overcome these drawbacks, various manufacturers have proposed single-row skates with interposed rubber pads for supporting rigid footwear with flat insoles that are equally rigid; which, if effective for normal activities of an amateur to an expert rider, result in convenient rates equal to the aforesaid ones.

In fact, both in training and in demanding competitions on tracks in these evolutions, a sportsman is subjected to considerable alternating stresses due to forces generated by vibrations and insistent loads in such rigid structures; integrally transduced from the lower limbs to the spinal column and head; with effects that jeopardize the functionality of corresponding organs and vital systems.

Moreover, said rigid footwear intended for normal skates, fitted with interposed closed-cell "indoor shoes" even if ventilated by recurrent cavities, are not able to allow effective sufficient transpiration of shod feet and worn tibial parts.

The same is true for the well-known current shoes for speed competitions, made "to measure"; usually with plaster casts of the feet of a so-called rider; with impressions increased by padded intermediaries to obtain, in further steps, "tailor-made interiors" in expanded plastomers between these matrices; with evident laborious processing and considerable production costs; to unresolved aforementioned inconveniences.

After some uses, in fact, unfavorable states to these formations have emerged, due to: impermeable constitutions, of prejudice to correct transpiration of liquid and volatile humors secreted by sweat glands of worn limbs, activated by the vagal section of the neurovegetative system; found putrid fermentations due to tangible stagnation of sweat; epithelial remains from maceration, in which significant entities of staphylococci and streptococci have been identified; excessive perspiration such as to compromise said dynamics and specific properties of use.

Properties necessary above all for procedures and phases both in practice and in shorttracking competitions; in such acrobatic tricks, in the so-called aerials in mistyflips or halfpipes; which can be attributed to the major developments of energy and heat generated in these dynamics verified by both amateur sportsmen and expert "riders".

The fundamental object of the present invention is to solve the technical problems mentioned above, overcoming drawbacks and / or disadvantages, however attributable to their causes and effects.

The results obtained with said wearable structure resulting from methods according to the present invention result from: precise controls of the incidence angles of a skate on surfaces of paths; radial indinations adequate to balance the center of gravity of a rider, especially in short tracking; constant mutual contacts between a foot and this wearable structure for changes in position and direction changes corresponding to their movements; interconnections conforming to balanced pressures on the metatarsal tarsal parts and on the malleolar, tendon and adjacent areas of a shod foot; isolations, obtained from internal alveolar formations, determining efficient absorption of vibrations of rotating units, in forced regime, generated on alternating dynamic actions of said units, and transduced by single sources offset from the center of symmetry of this structure of gravity of a rider; reductions of frequencies and amplitudes of the aforementioned vibrations, such as to prevent the development of resonances due to periodic coincidences between alternating forces and or due to oscillations induced in said assembly by conditions and stresses to which it is subjected; related effects, rendered irrelevant on dynamics, especially in the practice of short-tracking, during phases and speed procedures; with a wearable structure with a ventilated interior both in the cuff and in the shell consisting of open and alveolar areas such as to favor effective adduction of flows from the outside and corresponding ejections from the inside of the excreted sweats, tangibly limiting the hyperhidrosis and preventing spasms of the skin vessels and congestion of covered organs due to suspended excretions and vascular irrigations; precluding stagnation, mold formation, proliferation of bacteria and the corresponding consequences.

The advantages obtained with this wearable structure, made in accordance with this invention, substantially consist in the following: effective constant interactions are obtained in each procedure of the aforementioned speed activities in the short track; developed to safeguard the limbs, systems and vital organs of a sportsman; as well as of the components said together; which can be temporarily associated with a conventional sports shoe, preferably light, destined to be otherwise used, when disengaged, to: reach starting "spots", or access and remain in living quarters or other kinds; as usual footwear for rest, trekking or similar; worn by a sportsman, "rider" or not, especially for times without interruption. With the benefits deriving from this wearable structure, made with adequate loaded plastomers, preferably with carbon fibers, which adequately constituted, it can be used for other activities, such as ice skating, for the so-called off-road montain-skates, for skates with paired wheels and / or for different uses, including mountain cross-country skiing and for road roller skis and / or for other sporting activities.

Further characteristics, advantages and functions may be highlighted later on by detailed descriptions of examples, not binding and / or limiting, of preferential practical implementations of a wearable structure, usually from single-row skates and shortracking, in accordance with this invention represented by drawings concerning:

- in fig. 1: in side view, said wearable structure, with a sole with tangible partially sectioned prominences, intended to associate a skate with it, usually with in-line or ice wheels;

- in fig. 2: seen from above, the same formation with these external protrusions tangibly offset from the longitudinal axis of the plantar; - in fig. 3: side view of an assembly consisting of a shoe and a wearable structure as shown in figures 1 and 2, resulting from a practical industrial embodiment;

- in fig. 4: said structure, with an associated rigid toecap, which can be integrated with a preferably sports shoe intended for different uses when disengaged from this formation;

- in fig. 5: the section A-A 'of this rigid tip, as shown in figure 4, with an incorporated alveolar intermediate;

- in fig. 6: section B-B 'of the structure, as shown in figs. 1,2,4, with this intermediate in expanded plastoelastomers;

- in fig. 7: seen from above, a protective element of malleolar, tendon and adjacent areas of a shod foot, obtained from plates in said materials and with a plurality of thermoformed alveolar sectors - in fig. 8: section C-C of said severed element;

In accordance with the invention, said figures represent a wearable structure, in particular for single-row and short-track skates, comprising a shell with a raised cuff, with a sole between toe and spur; characterized in that it has in said sole a plurality of bi asymmetrical flaps, with front ends in proximity to said tip, with opposite terminals integrated with a sector enveloping said spur, and in correlation with opposing elements, forming said quarter allowing the malleolar areas and adjacent parts of a foot shod resting on said sole with an external back tangibly hollowed out between protrusions suitable for a shoe, for which this wearable structure is intended.

In other words, figures 1 to 8 represent a practical implementation of this wearable structure globally indicated by 1, which involves: - a hull 2 with a sole 3, with a toe 4 and a spur 5, with an external back 6 semi-elliptical, between tangible prominences 7 , 8 to which the bases 9, 10, with relative connectors, are associated in a support 11 of a shoe 12 with a series of wheels 13 in axis to the longitudinal axis of this support, (see figs. 1 to 3); - an internal plantar 14 of the sole 3, with a plurality of gradual opposite sensitive protrusions 15, stiffening the same, between depressions 16 suitable for heads 17 of multiple connectors 18, eccentric from the longitudinal axis of said wearable structure 1, (see fig. 2) ;

- a plurality of opposite asymmetrical flaps 19, 20, allowing the tarsal and metatarsal areas of a shod foot, (see figs 1 to 4):

- an end 21 of the flap 19, near the front side 22 of this prominence 7 adjacent to the tip 4, (see figs 1 to 4);

- an end 23, of the opposite tangibly lowered edge 20, in the direction of the opposite side 24 of said prominence 7, see figs 1 to 4); - terminal areas 25, opposite ends 21, 23 of the edges 19, 20 normally forming a sector 26 enveloping said spur 5, (see fig. 2); - a plurality of opposing elements 27, preferably with elliptical conformations, with discordant foci and on inclined stems 28, constituting a cuff, globally indicated with 29, constructed with said terminals 25 and, like the edges 19, 20, with a hole 30 for known straps with adjustable straps, from temporary retained as worn in this structure Ι not illustrated for the sake of brevity;

- a hollow area 31, between these legs 28 and terminal sectors 32 of the flaps 19,20, of which at least one can be folded tangibly on the frotal back 33 of a specific temporarily associated shoe 34, indicated by interrupted lines, (see figs. 1.3).

This wearable structure 1, especially when intended for shortracking, involves a structure l, usually made of plastomers loaded with carbon or Kevlar fibers, with an integrated element 35, cut from sheets of thermoformable expanded plastoelastomers, which has: - a body 36 to conformations related to said elliptical elements 27, to the stems 28, to an intermediate zone destined to said spur 5 and to the sectors constituting said edges 19,20 and respectively marked with 37, 38 and 39, (see fig. 7);

- a plurality of elevations 40 contiguous to decreases 41. achieved by means of hot-cold thermoforming, with geometric parameters and values commensurate with the aforementioned isolation of vibrations in said set and with ejections of transpirations excreted there by a shod foot, (see figs. 7 and 8) - a zone 42 with conformations, in reciprocal relations with the malleolar zones of this limb, thermoformed with said rises and falls 40, 41, in the example offset from the axis of symmetry of elements 27, (see fig. 7) . This wearable structure 1, especially when intended for said skating practices, other than short-tracking, has:

- a rigid toecap 43, preferably associated, made of loaded plastomers, and suitable for housing and retaining a toecap of a sports shoe with extensive breathable woven zones, for example. in GORETEX, otherwise usable when detached from said structure 1;

- an associated cut element 35, with said parts 37 to 39 and respective rises and cells 40, 41, (see fig. 5);

- an internal compartment 44 of the toe 43, with an expanded intermediary 45 with said elements 40, 41 thermoformed with conformations suitable for the toe of a shoe, preferably light and sporty, (see fig. 6);

- a tangible front hollow area 46 intended for adduction of flows from the outside and for ejections from the inside of said tip 43.

The invention concerns further embodiments of said wearable structure 1, conforming to the expressed functional characteristics, obtained by modifying the materials described, without thereby departing from the scope of the present patent.

Among the most evident modifications, in addition to the one exemplified by Figure 4, it is possible to obtain the corresponding embodiments and / or uses of: 'a preferential integrable shoe;

- an open area normally intermediate in said sector 26 wraps around the spur 5, destined to temporary interspaces between relative extreme restraints, according to rear dimensions of a shoe and of what is worn and / or defined outflows of the aforementioned transpirations;

-said elements 27 temporarily arranged and retained on stems 28 and in positions commensurate with the malleolar zones of a shod foot;

- a strong counter, with said sectors 40, 41 associated with the spur 5 and with dorsal parts of said elements 27 constituting the quarter 29, with conformations related to said components 5, 27 and 29;

Likewise, this wearable structure 1 can be implemented with a plurality of components such as: a sole 3 with said flaps 19,20 and integrated in a whole, formed by a quarter 29, with spur 5 and toe 43 stems 28, pivoted in said prominence 7 and retained on the rear 8, with interposed temporary sectors corresponding to preferential inclinations of a rider, especially for short-tracking on in-line wheeled skates and / or with specific ice blades.

Further evident modifications can result from the implementation of a wearable structure-skate assembly, in particular intended for the practice of different sports activities, with ice skates, with skates with paired wheels, or others mentioned above.

From described practical implementations. In conformity with the invention, the illustrated wearable structures differ from the current state of the art, mentioned in the preamble, for the clear overcoming of the problems highlighted and for the achieved tasks and pre-established purposes.

In any case, any constructive component exemplified, described and illustrated and ord necessary for the purposes, can be replaced with other technically equivalent means and / or components.

Likewise, in the tests and practical implementations, according to the proposed implementations and applications, the materials used, the shapes and the dimensions are suitable and chosen for the required requirements.

Claims (1)

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I: 1.- An extruded wearable structure, in particular for single-row and shortracking skates, comprising a hull (2) with a raised cuff and with a sole (3) between toe and spur (4 and 5); characterized by what has said sole (3) with a plurality of asymmetrical flaps (19,20), at the front ends (21,23) in proximity of said toe (4), with opposite terminals (25) integrated in a sector ( 26), enveloping this spur (5), and in correlation with opposing elements (27, forming this cuff (29), allowing the malleolar areas and adjacent parts of a foot shod resting on this sole (3) involving an external back ( 6) tangibly hollowed out between protrusions (7,8) suitable for a shoe, for which this wearable structure (1) is intended. 2.- Structure, as per Claim 1, characterized by the semi-elliptical external back (6), between said tangible protrusions (7,8) conforming to bases (9,10) in a support (11) of a shoe ( 12) consisting of a plurality of wheels (13) aligned with the longitudinal axis of said sports means (12) held by connectors (18). 3.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 2, characterized by what involves said sole (3) with an internal insole (14) having a plurality of gradual opposing sensitive protrusions (15), between depressions (16) conforming to heads (17 ) of these multiple connectors (18), usually eccentric from the longitudinal axis of said wearable structure (1), 4.- Structure, as per Claims 1 and 3, characterized in that it involves a plurality of opposed, preferably asymmetrical flaps (19,20) suitable for the tarsal and metatarsal areas of a shod foot. 5.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 4, characterized by what has said flap (19) with an end (21) near the side (22) of said prominence (7), adjacent to the tip (4) of this sole (3). 6.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 5, characterized by what has a lowered edge (20), opposite to said (19), at the end (23) in the direction of the opposite side (24) of this prominence (7) . 7.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 6, characterized in that it has terminal areas (25), opposite to these ends of the edges (19,20), concurrent to form a sector (26) enveloping said spur (5) . 8.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 7, characterized by what involves a plurality of opposing elements (27), usually with elliptical conformations, with discordant foci and on inclined stems (28), constituting said quarter (29) , and constructed with aforementioned terminal parts (25) opposite to said ends (21,23) of flaps (19, 20). 9.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 8, characterized by what in said flaps (19, 20) and ellipsoidal elements (27), has a plurality of holes (30) suitable for temporary means considered to be enveloping what is arranged in said wearable structure (1). 10.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 9, characterized in that it has a tangible hollow area (31), between said stems (28) and end parts (32) of said asymmetrical edges (19, 20). 11 .- Structure, as per claims 1 and 10, characterized in that it has at least one of said flaps (19,20) tangibly extended and foldable on the frontal back (33) of a specific shoe (34) temporarily associated with said wearable structure (1). 12 - Structure as per claims 1 and 11 characterized by what, especially when destined to the practice of shortracking, involves a formation in plastomers loaded with carbon or kevlar fibers with an integrated element (35) cut, from coupled plates in expanded plastoelastomers thermoformable. 13.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 12, characterized in that this element (35) has a body (36) with elements (37, 38 and 39) with conformations related to said elements (27), with stems (28 ), to an intermediate zone (26) destined to said spur (5) and to sectors constituting said asymmetrical edges (19, 20). 14.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 13, characterized in that it has said element (35) comprising a plurality of adjoining and lowering (41) elevations (40) achieved by hot-cold thermoforming and with geometric parameters suitable for insulation of vibrations, in this form (1) and to ejections of transpirations excreted there by shod limbs. 15.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 14, characterized by what involves said elements (27) with shaped parts (42), in reciprocal relationships with malleolar areas of a foot thermally molded with these alveoli (41) between rises (40) and, usually offset from the symmetry axis of said preferably elliptical elements (27). 16.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 15, characterized in that, especially when intended for skating practices, other than shortracking, it involves an associated rigid toe cap (43) in plastomers preferably internally loaded suitable for a toe of a shoe with areas in breathable fabrics, for example in GORETEX, otherwise usable when disengaged from this structure (1). 17.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 16, characterized by what involves said associated tip (43) integrated with a cut element (35), in parts (37 to 39) with a plurality of rises and cells (40,41 ). 18. Structure, as per claims 1 and 17, characterized by what involves said tip (43) with a compartment (44) where there is an intermediate (45) expanded with said sectors (40,41) with conformations suitable for the tip of 'a normally sports shoe and temporarily retained in this structure (1). 19.- Structure, as per claims 1 and 18, characterized in that it has in said tip (43) a tangible front hollow area (46) suitable for adduction of flows from the outside and ejections from the inside of said compartment (44 ). 20.- Structure, according to one or more of claims 1 to 19, characterized in that it has a toe cap (43) with a monostructure, associated with the toe (4) of this wearable formation (1), on temporary positions defined by dimensions of an integrable shoe. 21 Structure, as per one or more of claims 1 to 20, characterized in that this sector (26) enveloping the spur (5) has an open area, preferably intermediate, intended for temporary interspaces between respective extremes, defined by dimensions rear of a shoe and what is worn. 22.- Structure, according to one or more of claims 1 to 21, characterized by what involves said opposite elements (27) temporarily arranged and connected to said stems (28), on positions defined by corresponding malleolar and adjacent areas of shod limbs . 23.- Structure, as one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 22, characterized by this involves a buttress with sectors (40,41) intended for the spur (5), to the dorsal parts of said elements (27) constituting said quarter (29 ), and to conformations in reciprocal relationships with these components (5,27 and 29). 24.- Structure, as one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 25, characterized by what involves a sole (3) with flaps (19,20) integrated into a whole, consisting of a cuff (29) with stems (28) and spur (5) and with a tip (43), pivoted in the anterior prominence (7) and connected to the rear (8) with interposed temporary sectors defining preferential inclinations of a rider, especially in activities and speed procedures from short track and with skates to in-line or ice wheels with specific blades on equal supports 25.- Assembly of the wearable structure-skate, according to one or more of the claims 1 to 24, characterized by what has said components (1 to 46) intended for the practice of skates with in-line wheels or for ice, of skates with paired wheels and / or other and different activities with snow, road or off-road sports equipment. 26.- Sports wearable structure, according to one or more of claims 1 to 25, in particular from monofilament skates to shortracking, characterized by what is implemented as described and illustrated herein. 27.- A shoe-shoe assembly, according to one or more of claims 1 to 25, characterized in that it is implemented as described and illustrated here.
