Più in particolare sfrutta il tipico concetto del fai da te, che pur adattando della tecnologia nota, offre un prodotto comunque in grado di soddisfare delle comuni esigenze ma che ovviamente non può essere comparato qualitativamente con le soluzioni del tipo a misura. In entrambe le tipologie citate, è possibile riscontrare degli elementi realizzativi comuni, i quali si sostanziano nel cassonetto, del tipo generalmente dato da un profilato in alluminio, all'interno del quale viene inserito coassialmente il rullo avvolgitore della tenda retinata, unitamente alla corrispondente molla di richiamo precaricata. Le estremità del cassonetto, poi, sono normalmente chiuse da apposite piastrine e vengono fornite in due versioni del tipo fisso oppure registrabile. Altri insegnamenti forniti dalla descrizione di cui sopra, consistono nel prevedere uno spessore in corrispondenza di una piastra, da asportare una volta installato il cassonetto, affinché fra la detta piastra ed il rullo vi sia una distanza sufficiente alla libera movimentazione per rotolamento dello stesso. Ulteriormente, oltre ad un particolare aggancio del cordino di presa, risulterebbe impegnata all'interno di ogni correntino, una guarnizione del tipo a spazzola premente la superficie della tendina contro la parete opposta del detto correntino. Infine, ancora una caratteristica che rivestirebbe particolare importanza, sarebbe data dal fatto che la maniglia si rende dissociabile dalla barra di ancoraggio dell'estremità della tendina, prevedendo su entrambi gli elementi da accoppiare, un corrispondente incastro maschio-femmina del tipo a coda di rondine.
