Abstract

La presente domanda ha per oggetto una struttura di dispositivo di serraggio, particolarmente utilizzabile per calzature sportive comprendenti uno scafo a cui è fulcrato almeno un gambale tramite una coppia di borchie. La coppia di borchie è costituita da una boccola, associata a detto almeno un gambale, e da una ghiera, mobile assialmente a detta boccola.La struttura comprende un corpo mobile assialmente e girevolmente associato alla ghiera e presentante almeno una sede per l'avvolgimento di un elemento di trazione e mezzi di impegno temporaneo con mezzi di presa, associati a detta ghiera.Tali mezzi di presa sono attivabili e disattivabili tramite una leva accessibile all'utilizzatore.Il corpo risulta inoltre interagire con elementi elasticamente deformabili. Tale struttura risulta quindi posizionabile in corrispondenza di un punto della calzatura in cui già sussiste la borchia e quindi non occupando altre zone ed inoltre si ha che si può conseguire il detensionamento dell'elemento di trazione a seguito di una rotazione imposta al gambale.
