Tale soluzione, pur consentendo di variare la flessibilitÃ del gambale rispetto allo scafo per poter ad esempio conseguire l'ottimale posizionamento di quest'ultimo durante la sciata, presenta degli inconvenienti: in primo luogo presenta degli ingombri elevati, sporgendo molto i vari elementi sia dallo scafo che dal gambale; inoltre non permette di conseguire una ottimale deambulazione non potendo il gambale oscillare liberamente rispetto allo scafo anche a dispositivo disattivato; infine risulta strutturalmente complesso e costoso e soggetto a possibili impuntamenti durante il suo utilizzo, condizione aggravata dal fatto che l'uso dello scarpone avviene a temperature molto basse ed in presenza spesso di ghiaccio che puÃ² interporsi tra i vari componenti limitando o bloccando la loro interattivitÃ . Device (5) for adjusting the position of the leg (4) with respect to the shell (2), particularly for ski boots (1), which is characterized by the fact that externally and behind said shell (2) is the end (7) of a blade (6) slidably associated within the axial seat (13) of a hollow body (14) associated externally to said quarter (4), said blade (6) laterally presenting at least one pair (17a, 17b) of temporary housings for the ends (18a, 18b) of an open ring (19), elastically retractable and rotatably associated transversely to said hollow body (14), means being provided for imposing the spreading of said ends (18a, 18b) of said ring (19) to one rotation thereof 2. Device as in claim 1 which is characterized by the fact that it comprises, externally and behind said hull (2), a blade (6) whose end (7), having a curled conformation, is articulated to said hull ( 2) by means of a prearranged pin (8) placed transversely to a pair of shoulders (9a, 9b) protruding from a base (10) associated with said shell (2) in an intermediate area between the sole (11) and the free upper edge (12) of the shell (2) itself, part of said blade (6) being slidably associated within an axial seat (13) of said hollow body (14) associated and projecting externally to said quarter (4) in an overlying area said pair of shoulders (9a, 9b). 3. Device as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said hollow body (14) has a flat base (14a), which can be associated to said quarter (4) by means of rivets (14b), from which opposite to the quarter (4), a projection (14c) having a truncated cone or pyramidal trunk conformation in plan with the vertex (15) facing away from the sole (11) and with the base (16) facing the pair of shoulders (9a, 9b). 4. Device as per claims 1 and 2 which is characterized by the fact that said ring (19) has an open conformation and is made of material suitable for allowing its elastic spreading, said ring (19) having a substantially conformation rectangular, with a length approximately equal to or greater than that of the hollow body (14) and with a width slightly less than that of the base (16), said ring (19) being rotatably associated transversely to said hollow body (14) by means of said ends (18a , 18b) which can be selectively inserted in correspondence with one of two pairs of predisposed through openings (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) obtained, along the same axis, laterally and transversely to said projection (14c) of said hollow body (14) in an area adjacent to said base (16). 5. Device as per claims 1 and 4 which is characterized in that by moving said ring (19) from the position relative to said openings (20a, 20b) to that relative to said openings (20c, 20d) a variation of the inclination is obtained of said quarter (4) with respect to said shell (2). 6. Device as per claims 1 and 4 which is characterized by the fact that the lateral surfaces of said projection (14c) have, in correspondence with and proximate to said openings (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d), a recess (14d) linear whose function is to allow the positioning of the arms (14e) of said ring (19) in a non-splayed position in the condition in which said ring (19) is completely rotated upwards. 7. Device as per claims 1 and 5 that the length of said ends (18a, 18b) is such that, once they have been inserted one between said two pairs of predisposed openings (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d) is positioned said ring with the free end (21) facing away from said sole (11), said ends (18a »18b) are forced, due to the elasticity of said ring (19), in the direction of said adjacent blade ( 6) sliding inside said hollow body (14). 8. Device as per claims 1 and 6 which when said ends (18a, 18b) are positioned in front of said pair (17a, 17b) of temporary housings present in said blade (6) penetrate it blocking the sliding of said blade ( 6) itself within said hollow body (14) to prevent the free oscillation of said quarter (4). 9. Device as per one or more of the preceding claims which is characterized by the fact that said means adapted to force the spreading of said ends (18a, 18b) of said ring (19) upon rotation thereof in the direction of said sole ( 11) of said shell (2) consist of the lateral terminal ends (22a, 22b), of said projection (14c) of said hollow body (14), facing the sole (11) which, thanks to the truncated cone shape of said projection (14c), have a width slightly greater than that of the transverse side of the ring (19). 10. Device as per claims 1 and 9 which is characterized in that the width of said lateral terminal ends (22a, 22b) of said hollow body (14) is such as to force a rotation of said ring (19) in the direction of said sole (11) of said hull (2), the spreading of said ends (18a, 18b) of an entity such as to force the disengagement of the same from said pair (17a, 17b) of temporary housings thus leaving to said blade (6) the possibility of sliding within said seat (13) of said hollow body (14) to allow free oscillation of said quarter (4), said lateral terminal ends (22a, 22b) being obtained on said projection ( 14c) of said hollow body (14) in the area between said base (16) and said openings (20a, 20b, 20c, 20d).
