DESCRIPTION OF INDUSTRIAL INVENTION

With the title: Container for separate waste collection

The container in question is used for separate collection, such as that of used clothing, meaning with clothing all its meanings (for example shirts, trousers, sweaters, jackets, hats, shoes or boots, handbags, ...). The structure of the current containers is made of metal with self-propelled parts, specifically: the door equipped with a padlock from which to access the interior to pick up the contents and the swingarm that is used to insert the clothing inside the container.

The purpose of the present invention is to improve the functionality and safety of current containers.

The new container consists of a body with a loading and unloading system, the structure of which will bring the following advantages:

- the load will no longer take place against gravity but simply by thrust on the impeller blades (see figure 1 and 2 of table 1 and figure 1 of table 2) with a rotation both to the right and to the left, in order not to discriminate left-handed subjects; the object of the collection placed on the rotation plane of the impeller is pushed against the blades and falls by gravity at the rear, as the plane ends at the rotation point of the impeller (see figure 1 of table 1 and figure 1 of table 2);

- the opening and size of the impeller blades, in any position, does not allow you to glimpse the inside of the container, in order to avoid any type of intrusion even with tools such as iron wires or others; in addition, a plate is welded to the top of the impeller for its entire diameter to prevent intrusion from above and increase its solidity (see figure 1 of table 2);

- the plane-impeller assembly does not have any mechanics (springs, screws, rubbers, ..,) in addition to the release pin, thus minimizing maintenance and the assembly phase; the latter, in fact, provides for the simple insertion of the impeller on the pin fixed on the rotation plane; the plane-impeller complex, moreover, is fixed on brackets previously fixed inside the container so that from the outside it cannot in any way compromise its integrity (see figure of table 1 and figure 1 of table 2);

- the unloading takes place from a door constrained at the bottom with a bayonet support and a locking system at the top, with special coded locks, avoids the use of padlocks and the resulting bars; in this way the door is completely without protrusions and avoids grips in the event of an attempted intrusion and danger in the loading phase; moreover, the opening does not require any rotation of pins but the opening of the locks is sufficient for it to open towards the operators assigned to emptying using its own weight (see figures 1 and 2 of table 1 and figure 2 and 3 of table 2 );

- the construction solutions adopted make it possible to use less material and energy, as well as making assembly faster and easier, also suitable for disadvantaged people operating in socially protected structures.

Claims (8)

CLAIMS 1. Container for separate collection consisting of a body with a loading and unloading system (see figures 1 and 2 of table 1 and figures 1, 2 and 3 of table 2). 2 Loading system as per claim 1) consisting of an opening equipped with a blade impeller (see figure 1 of table 2). 3. Unloading system as per claim 1) characterized by a door without bars, handles and without padlocks (see figures 1 and 2 of table 1 and figures 2 and 3 of table 2). The loading system as per claims 1) and 2) characterized by the fact that the opening and the size of the impeller blades, in any position, does not allow to glimpse the inside of the container, in order to avoid any type of intrusion even with tools such as wire or others. 5. The loading system as per claims 1) and 2) characterized by the fact that a plate is placed on the upper part of the impeller for the entire diameter of the impeller to avoid intrusions from above and increase its solidity. 6. The loading system as per claims 1) and 2) characterized by the fact that the plane-impeller assembly is fixed on brackets fixed inside the container so that from the outside it cannot in any way jeopardize its integrity and facilitate maintenance. 7. The unloading system as per claims 1) and 3) characterized by the fact that the door for closing the container does not require the use of padlocks and the consequent closing bars, as it has no protrusions and therefore no holds for any intrusions and dangers for the loading phase. 8. The unloading system as per claims 1) 3) and 7) characterized by the fact that the opening of the door does not require any rotation of pins or other mechanisms but the opening of the locks located above is sufficient for the door to open to the operators, in charge of emptying, using its own weight. 9. container as per claim 1) characterized in that for its realization it uses less material and energy, and provides for a faster and easier assembly, also suitable for disadvantaged people who work in socially protected structures.
